实验室安全监测无线传感器网络应用设计

实验室的安全主要由规章制度与一些技术措施做保障。利用技术手段实时监测实验室环境参数,可及时对危险状况报警。提出一种层次型无线传感器网络,其上层网络拓扑是单向有向通路,下层网络是星型结构。该拓扑结构满足参数检测与数据传输的要求,作为实验室安全监测网络是合理的。本文设计了该网络的路由协议与簇首节点软硬件,该无线传感器网络所用技术成熟,易于工程实现。     

Leadership supervision for managers of educational psychology services

A growing body of literature surrounds the development of effective supervisory practices for practitioner and trainee educational psychologists. To date, none of this has addressed supervision for managers of UK educational psychology services, despite evidence that they may be under increasing pressure to make difficult decisions, respond to changing economic and political contexts and experience greater scrutiny in relation to service performance. In this study, 10 principal educational psychologists (PEPs) took part in a focus group to explore the supervisory needs and experiences of service leaders. Emergent key themes revealed differential patterns of entitlement and support, with PEPs often reporting innovative practice in order to access supervision. Supervision often had a duality of purpose, with PEPs advocating and promoting service delivery, rather than seeking personal support, potentially eroding the notion of supervision as a “safe space.” Implications for future practice are discussed and a potentially supportive leadership supervision framework proposed.

在线课程的顺利实施，要求教师依据实际情况调整教学进度，及早向学生交待课程学习的预期要求，妥善安排好教学任务的顺序、时间分配和完成期限，同时应制订应急方案，为学生提供技术支持，努力提高教学活动效率。在线课程的管理中应特别注重网络礼貌问题。

淋巴管生成与肿瘤淋巴道转移

肿瘤淋巴道转移是影响许多实体瘤预后的一个重要因素。关于肿瘤诱导的淋巴管生成的具体机制目前尚不清楚，与VEGF—C和VEGF-D的调节有关。本文综述肿瘤淋巴管生成，VEGF—C和VEGF—D基因表达，及与肿瘤淋巴道转移的关系。     

Multi-view enhanced zero-shot node classification

In recent years, Zero-shot Node Classification (ZNC), an emerging and more difficult task is starting to attract attention, where the classes of testing nodes are unobserved in the training stage. Existing studies for ZNC mainly utilize Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to construct the feature subspace to align with the classes’ semantic subspace, thus enabling knowledge transfer from seen classes to unseen classes. However, the modeling of the node feature is single-view and unilateral, e.g., the bag-of-words vector, which is not enough to fully describe the characteristics of the node itself. To address this dilemma, we propose to develop the Multi-View Enhanced zero-shot node classification paradigm (MVE) to promote the machine’s generality to approach the human-like thinking mode. Specifically, multi-view features are obtained from different aspects such as pre-trained model embeddings, knowledge graphs, statistic methods, and then fused by a contrastive learning module into the compositional node representation. Meanwhile, a developed Graph Convolutional Network (GCN) is used to make the nodes fully absorb the information of neighbors while the over-smooth issue is alleviated by multi-view features and the proposed contrastive learning mechanism. Experimental results conducted on three public datasets show an average 25% improvement compared to baseline methods, proving the superiority of our multi-view learning framework. 馆际互借与文献传递服务转型策略探究——以上海交通大学图书馆为例

随着智慧图书馆建设日趋完善,高校图书馆的各项业务面临着转型。作为传统业务之一,馆际互借与文献传递服务面临着读者所发申请量逐年减少,所申请文献的获取难度加大,读者日益个性化需求难以满足的挑战。文章从图书馆多业务协同的角度出发,提出将馆际互借与文献传递同学科服务、借阅服务、荐购等相融合,并对相关系统平台提出改进建议,增加读者与馆员即时交互的功能,从而更高效地满足读者的文献需求。
