高等职业教育基本价值取向徘徊在传统教育的功利性阴影之中,没有充分认识德育的关键作用,不同程度地出现了德育边缘化倾向。汲取儒家智慧,完善高职院校德育工作,是高职院校健康发展的当务之急。

浅谈源语中心地位的边缘化

中西传统译学理论将原文,原作者视为高高在上,神圣不可侵犯的权威,是典型的“源语中心论”.20世纪70年代翻译研究“文化转向”后,“源语中心论”逐步被“目标语中心论”所取代,源语的中心地位被边缘化了.“中心”的转移在某种程度上只是由一个极端走向另一个极端,不利于译学研究的发展.     

ICT Inclusion and Gender: Tensions in Narratives of Network Engineer Training

Government, major information and communications technology (ICT) companies, and educational institutions in the United Kingdom currently claim that ICT skills training offers inclusion into the new economy. We focus on a private-public training initiative and its impact on the socially excluded, specifically lone women parents. Narrative data from four United Kingdom educational sites participating in this computer network engineer training program highlight a systemic paradox: that ICT skills development initiatives designed to support lone women parents are simultaneously working in opposition to broader policy goals such as work-life balance and ironically serve to reproduce the participants' classification as socially excluded. The assumptions underpinning the model of social inclusion driving the ICT skills training course are analyzed critically using the concepts of community of practice, classificatory systems, and marginalization. Our findings suggest that ICT training courses and initiatives should be accompanied by changes in pedagogic practice that accommodate the more wide-ranging needs of those targeted for inclusion, as well as changes in employment settings. We conclude by exploring the implications of this for government policy formation, business vendor qualifications, the design of ICT skills training initiatives, and our understanding of the role of ICT skills in overcoming the digital divide.

五年高职语文课程被边缘化的原因与对策

五年高职教育中的语文课程由于种种原因,正在被边缘化。这种边缘化的尴尬地位和语文肩负的重任及它本应有的重要地位极不相称,严重影响了技能型人才的人文素质。五年高职语文应针对现实,在教学手段、教学内容、考核方式等方面进行改革,阻止语文的边缘化,从而有效地促进职校教学目标的实现。     

由外王到内圣:自唐至清士人的精神轨迹——以《翰苑集》和《读通鉴论》为中心

《翰苑集》和《读通鉴论》分别是陆贽和王夫之各自的代表作。从中我们能清晰地看到中国知识分子思想变化的轨迹:由外王向内圣迁转,由帝王师向民众师迁转。这一轨迹一方面显示了古代知识分子在封建体制下的不断边缘化过程,另一方面,也能看出内圣是他们抵御日渐边缘的社会地位、强化自我认同和优越感的手段。     

Chinese visiting scholars' academic socialization in US institutions of higher education: a qualitative study

Socialization as a theoretical concept has been increasingly applied to higher education over the past several decades. However, little research examines international visiting scholars' overseas academic socialization experiences. Rooted in socialization theory, this one-year qualitative study explores 15 Chinese visiting scholars' lived experiences in socialization to the US academic community through observations and interviews. The data reveal that the strategies used for academic socialization include motivation, social networking development, academic recognition, goal orientation, and community involvement. Besides, this paper analyses the reasons for their encountered dilemmas such marginalization, time constraint, and external critique. Implications for Chinese Scholarship Committee (CSC) policy makers, international visiting scholars, and researchers are provided.     

中国企业员工边缘化的结构维度与人群特征

近年来,员工边缘化问题得到了学界和实务界的共同关注,但大都停留在理论探索阶段,尚缺乏一个成熟的员工边缘化测量量表。研究表明,中国企业员工边缘化的内容结构包括工作意义边缘化、企业文化边缘化、人际关系边缘化、利益互动边缘化、团队角色边缘化5个维度;员工边缘化水平能够预测离职意向水平。当员工主动或被动边缘化后,很可能产生较强离职意向;员工边缘化在性别、年龄、工作年限、企业性质上没有显著差异,但在学历、婚姻状况、岗位层级上存在显著差异,学历低的、未婚的、岗位层级较低的员工往往容易被边缘化。     

中国企业国际化进程中的边缘化风险与规避

演化经济学在探讨组织跨国经营中与环境的演化关系上有所启示,根据文献回顾,利用在香港上市的多家中资企业进行跨案例研究,提出3企业国际化进程中风险识别的演进过程,这个过程是在国际环境变化、企业国际化地理范围和经营模式的演进过程中出现的,提出了企业国际化中新的政治性风险边缘化风险,说明了这种新风险的规避措施.
