面向产品生命周期的SMA多信息描述技术研究

本文借鉴在一般制造产品信息描述上的已有成果，对SMA（Surface Mount Assemblies）产品信息的描述技术进行研究，针对SMA产品信息所具有的特点，寻求一种可以满足实际应用，并使其能贯穿产品研制、生产、使用和维护等产品寿命全周期的信息描述、传递、运算、控制、存储整个过程之中的解决方案。本文给出该方案的概念、实现方法和信息描述系统的演示性原型。     

表面处理工艺在修复脱粉机分配盘的应用

引进德国进口二手设备KSΦ5．7M干式脱粉机，经修复后用于潘三矿原煤脱粉；介绍了修复脱粉机分配盘组件的表面处理工艺过程和如何做好氧化处理前表面的准备、氧化处理、涂油等工序流程；使用效果表明，分配盘的耐比性和耐磨性较好，为修复进口脱粉机和推广脱粉工艺作了有益的尝试。     

关于弯曲液面下由液体重力产生的附加压强的讨论

凸状球帽形弯曲液面下由液体重力产生的附加压强，与液体表面张力产生的附加压强相比较，在通常情况下，由液体重力产生的附加压强可以省略。     

Phase diagram estimation of the Al2O3-SiO2-Re2O3 systems

Nine limiting binaries of Al₂O₃-SiO₂-Re₂O₃(Re=Nd, Sm, Gd and La) system are assessed. The binary diagrams or experimental information from Toropov, Mizuno, Aramaki, Bondar, Rolin and Coutures are optimized with the substitutional model of Kaufman and Nesor and the approximate formula of fusion free energy for rare earth element oxides of Wu and Pelton. The extracted Gibbs free energies of pure solid oxides and stoichiometric phases and the solution parameters are used to estimate the corresponding binaries, liquidus surfaces and a series of isothermal sections of four ternaries Al₂O₃-SiO₂-Nd₂O₃, Al₂O₃-SiO₂-Sm₂O₃, Al₂O₃-SiO₂-Gd₂O₃, and Al₂O₃-SiO₂-La₂O₃. In the Al₂O₃-SiO₂-Gd₂O₃ system samples as fired at exact temperature with different compositions were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer and the detected results are fitted with the calculation of isothermal sections. Parametric design of a part with free-form surfaces

热镀锌板表面锌层起泡原因探讨

热镀锌板在冲压成零件时,局部的镀锌层出现约3mm大小的起泡,将起泡用手术刀切开,撕下锌层,采用扫描电镜对起泡部位的基体以及锌层靠基体的表面进行了分析,对比分析正常部位纯锌层与基体之间的抑制层。结果表明:正常部位的抑制层为细小弥散分布的Fe2Al5颗粒,产生起泡的缺陷部位未见到抑制层颗粒,锌层与基板之间存在局部聚集的Al2O3夹渣,冲压成型后,夹渣松动,锌层与基板分离,导致锌层起泡。     

The effect of peer feedback for blogging on college students' reflective learning processes

Reflection is an important prerequisite to making meaning of new information, and to advance from surface to deep learning. Strategies such as journal writing and peer feedback have been found to promote reflection as well as deep thinking and learning. This study used an empirical design to investigate the interaction effects of peer feedback and blogging on college students' reflective thinking skills and their learning approaches. Forty-four first- and second-year undergraduate students participated in the study. Students kept blogs each week throughout a whole semester. Two journals were sampled at the beginning and end of the semester for each student. A repeated measure one-way ANOVA suggested that students' reflective thinking level increased significantly over time; however, peer feedback was found to negatively affect students' reflective thinking skills. The result of the study suggests more carefully designed uses in the future.     

速度攀岩运动员上肢肌表面肌电信号变化的研究

记录速度攀岩运动员上肢肌最大肌力的40%、60%和80%三种负荷强度下分别进行肘关节屈伸运动时腕屈肌和腕伸肌的表面肌电(sEMG)信号,并用MegaWin软件对之进行时、频阈指标的分析。结果表明:(1)sEMG信号分析中时阈指标AEMG和频阈指标MF、MPF都能较好监控速度攀岩运动员进行上肢肌力量训练时腕屈肌及腕伸肌的疲劳状况。(2)MF、MPF、AEMG出现显著下降时间的提前与负荷有着密切的关联,这为速度攀岩运动员训练上肢肌力量提供了科学的理论依据:教练员或运动员应根据上肢肌力量训练的持续时间来选择相应的运动负荷。(3)攀岩运动中腕屈肌与腕伸肌往往同步用力。所以,在平时的训练中都要重视腕屈肌、腕伸肌的力量训练,而不能有所偏向。

紧生成l—群的一个结构定理

l-群G称为紧生成的，如果对于G的任意子集{αλ|λ∈Λ}且α=∨λ∈Λαλ存在，必存在{αλ|λ∈Λ}的有限子集a1、a2……an，使得a=∨ni=1ai。主要结果是：G∈F，则G是紧生成的当且仅当G的任一个l-子群是闭的，且Г（G）满足极小条件。
