关于当前我国普通高中教育任务的再认识   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
"普通高中教育任务"是中国教育政策文件当中经常使用的一个独特概念,体现着中国普通高中教育的价值取向,也折射出普通高中教育的功能定位和发展水平。建国以来,中国有关普通高中教育任务的表述,经历了一个以"双重任务"(准备升学与准备就业)为轴心,不断丰富和完善的过程。当前,随着高等教育的大众化和高中教育的普及化,教育界对于普通高中教育任务的表述,有一些新认识,也有一些分歧和争论。基于对历史传统和当前社会形势的考虑,本文提出关于普通高中教育任务的表述,应该在继承传统双重任务的基础上做进一步的扩展和整体化理解,具体包含"五项任务":为成人做准备(人格教育)、为未来公民做准备(公民教育)、为终身发展做准备、为升学做准备以及为就业做准备。这五项任务的排列顺序意味着普通高中教育任务价值上的优先性和前后之间的逻辑与实践关联。  相似文献

This article presents findings from a corpus-assisted discourse analysis of mission and vision statements of 105 state and 66 private/foundation universities in Turkey. The paper combines a corpus-based approach with critical discourse analysis to interpret the data in relation to its institutional as well as socio-political context. It argues that the mission and vision statements are marked by a need for reassuring their legitimacy and the demands of a growing tertiary market. The historical and cultural backgrounds of the development of universities in Turkey, as well as political and economic conditions, are also decisive in the shaping of mission and vision statement of universities.  相似文献

This article explores the entanglement of gender, education and empire in Bosnia and Herzegovina during the Habsburg period throughout the analysis of a unique institution: Sarajevo’s Muslim Female School. Established at the very end of the nineteenth century, this pedagogical institution was the only school in Austria-Hungary specifically devoted to Muslim girls. The article begins by presenting the development of the Habsburg Empire’s educational policy in Bosnia after 1878 and demonstrates that it was deeply bound with its imperial ‘civilising mission’. Through an analysis of the programmes taught at Sarajevo’s Muslim Female School, the article detects the model of ‘Hapsburg Muslim femininity’ promoted by this institution. By investigating the reports the teachers sent to the authorities, it explores how this school was perceived by the Muslim population. The last section is devoted to the schoolgirls’ experience of this school, and especially to their access to the written word.  相似文献

This article reports on a study that examined the relationship between the mission statements and performance of Basic Education Schools in Oman. The process of mission statement framing was also investigated. A sample of 161 school mission statements was randomly collected from the Ministry of Education school mission portal database representing 19% of the total population. A sequential mixed method of analysis was chosen. The mission statements being classified with respect to 12 themes of which the most frequently of them appearing Academic Achievement (74.5%) and the least frequent Scientific Research Methods (26.1%).

Results show that Learning Outcomes Excellence significantly correlated with a theme around Reconstructing School Environment (r?=?0.243). Also, Islamic Values and Ethics significantly correlated with Scientific Research Methods (r?=?0.221). It was also appeared that school principals spent great efforts on designing school mission statements that directed schools towards achieving their purpose and improving their performance.  相似文献

云系统中的漂移数据作为大量冗余数据的一种,对其有效及时的删除能保证云存储系统的稳定与运行。传统的云系统漂移数据删除技术采用全文件静态分块策略,由于操作粒度较小,对漂移数据的删除率不高。提出一种基于垂直分层布隆过滤的云系统漂移数据删除算法,设计基于客户端/服务器的云存储系统漂移数据删除机制体系构架,采用布隆过滤技术进行数据源端处理,引入热度垂直索引热度来衡量数据块边界偏移所造成用户的访问集中热点损失,文件根据内容划分成可变长度的数据块,进行垂直分层,得到备份集中数据对象的粒度,采用奇异值分解的方式对漂移数据序列的细节信号展示,根据矩阵奇异值分解矢量的唯一性,避免一些数据块边界偏移造成的误删和漏删。仿真实验表明采用该算法进行云系统的漂移数据删除,性能较好,执行效率和精度优越于传统算法。  相似文献

Machine learning applications must continually utilize label information from the data stream to detect concept drift and adapt to the dynamic behavior. Due to the computational expensiveness of label information, it is impractical to assume that the data stream is fully labeled. Therefore, much research focusing on semi-supervised concept drift detection has been proposed. Despite the large research effort in the literature, there is a lack of analysis on the information resources required with the achievable concept drift detection accuracy. Hence, this paper aims to answer the unexplored research question of “How many labeled samples are required to detect concept drift accurately?” by proposing an analytical framework to analyze and estimate the information resources required to detect concept drift accurately. Specifically, this paper disintegrates the distribution-based concept drift detection task into a learning task and a dissimilarity measurement task for independent analyses. The analyses results are then correlated to estimate the required number of labels within a set of data samples to detect concept drift accurately. The proximity of the information resources estimation is evaluated empirically, where the results suggest that the estimation is accurate with high amount of information resources provided. Additionally, estimation results of a state-of-the-art method and a benchmark data set are reported to show the applicability of the estimation by proposed analytical framework within benchmarked environments. In general, the estimation from the proposed analytical framework can serve as guidance in designing systems with limited information resources. This paper also hopes to assist in identifying research gaps and inspiring new research ideas regarding the analysis of the amount of information resources required for accurate concept drift detection.  相似文献

An attempt was made at recording structured sport in non-White schools in Cape Town, South Africa, prior to 1956. The study was introduced with a historical presentation of sport at mission schools. It was shown how these schools inherited a legacy of deprivation and neglect that impacted upon sport participation. Yet, champion sportspersons at these schools gained some recognition in a racist and hostile society. This was possible due to the efforts of a few Teachers' League of South Africa (TLSA) campaigners who saw sport development as part of their mission of uplifting children in their charge. The TLSA attempted organising athletic meetings from 1916 onwards. Teachers belonging to this organisation were instrumental in establishing the first mass-based school sport organisation in Cape Town in 1928, the Central School Sports Union (CSU). This organisation was the only avenue of meaningful sport participation for most of Cape Town's marginalised children. A study of the CSU enables historians to open a window not only on social and political complexities of school sport but also on the broader early twentieth-century Cape society.  相似文献
