论我国咨询从业人员素质培养机制

本就我国咨询业从业人员的现状出发，结合国外的咨询人员培训计划以及我国的具体国情，从宏观角度对我国咨询从业人员的素质培养体系进行了初步的探讨。     

我国公共图书馆事业建设与文化产业发展

论文从文化产业的界定入手，分析了我国文化产业的发展现状，并结合公共图书馆的实际，指出公共图书馆不能市场化，但它将为我国的文化产业发展提供精神动力和智力支持。     

Automatic Alphabet Recognition

The last step of the Information Retrieval process is to display the found documents to the user. However, some difficulties might occur at that point. English texts are usually written in the ASCII standard. Unlike the English language, many languages have different character sets, and do not have one standard. This plurality of standards causes problems, especially in a web environment, where one may download a document with an unknown standard. This paper suggests a purely automatic way of finding the standard which was used by the document writer based on the statistical letters distribution in the language. We developed a vector-space-based method that creates frequencies vectors for each letter of the language and then matches a new document's vectors to the pre-computed templates. The algorithm was applied on various types of corpora in Hebrew, Russian and English, and provides an efficient solution to the stated problem in most cases.     

论教师日常教学生活的文化意蕴、表征及改造

文化可分为自在的文化与自为的文化。教师的教学生活可分为日常教学生活与非日常教学生活。自在的文化与日常教学生活具有内在一致性。日常教学生活这种自在的文化表征通过教师思想意识上的保守性、日常教学活动的重复性以及教师处理日常教学事务的经验性而表现得淋漓尽致。要对教师的日常教学生活进行文化改造,必须变革日常教学生活的文化根基,在自在文化与自为文化之间保持张力,构建教师学习协同体,促进教师的教学文化自觉。     

基于用户自然标注的TF-IDF辅助标引算法及实证研究

[目的/意义] 从用户角度出发,研究基于用户自然标注的TF-IDF辅助标引算法。[方法/过程] 首先以核心期刊论文中作者标注的关键词和分类号为源数据,通过对关键词词频进行统计,使用TF-IDF算法构建用户标注词表、形成标引知识库,然后通过IK Analyzer分词软件对待标引的科技项目数据进行切词和停用词处理,进而使用TF-IDF算法和位置加权算法提取科技项目数据的特征词,最终实现对科技项目数据进行关键词和分类的同步标引。[结果/结论] 实验结果表明,机标关键词与人标关键词的相似比在60%以上的科技项目数据占总数的68.1%,机标分类号与人标分类号前三位一致的占总数的83.9%,结果表明基于用户自然标注数据并采用TF-IDF算法在关键词和分类标引方面是可行的。     

The “Free Press” of Unionized Journalists and Students

This paper outlines a history of the union organizing of the American Newspaper Guild at Thomson Newspapers’ Peterborough Examiner in Canada from 1968 to 1969. It examines the communication tools that union members used to facilitate this labor organizing and “bite back” at the profitable Thomson chain. Peterborough newsworkers went on strike from November 1968 to April 1969 over union recognition. During the strike, the union members built an unprecedented alliance with Ontario university students, collaboratively launching a strike newspaper called the Peterborough Free Press. Expanding on the concept of temporary labor convergence, this paper considers how strike newspapers can be seen as a form of alternative journalism that newsworkers use as a campaigning tool to communicate their struggles to the public and put pressure on news corporations to bargain with them. This case study is situated in the local institutional contexts of labor relations at the Peterborough Examiner and the news industry in Peterborough, where Thomson Newspapers had a media monopoly. It is based on labor standpoint and signal juncture analyses of union archival documents and newspaper content. The research ultimately suggests that newsworkers should not only focus on communication tools but also build bridges with community members.

新时代中原特色体育产业发展研究*

新时期我国社会主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要和不平衡不充分的发展之间的矛盾，这将对体育产业发展提出更高的要求。现阶段，河南省体育产业现状还不能满足人民日益增长的健身需要。因此，我们应理清现阶段体育产业发展的主要矛盾并积极探索体育产业创新发展的路径，为缓解新时期社会主要矛盾而贡献体育智慧。 采用文献资料法、专家咨询法、实地调查法、逻辑推理等研究方法，深入探析现阶段河南省体育产业发展现状与人民日益增长的健身需要还存在的矛盾，并在充分认识河南省体育产业发展优势、理清体育产业发展的矛盾基础上，提出中原特色体育产业创新发展路径：积极推进中原特色“体育+旅游”融合发展模式，满足人民群众体育旅游需求；大力发展中原特色户外健身休闲产业，满足人民群众的休闲健身需求；以中原特色体育竞赛活动带动体育产业发展，满足群众观赏赛事需求；积极建设中原特色传统体育文化传承核心区，带动传统体育文化产业发展，满足人民群众的体育文化精神需求；合理开发公共体育服务场地资源，满足人民群众健身场地需求；积极培育社会性组织管理体系，缓解政府体育组织管理体系管理职能压力。     

区域体育产业发展与健康中国建设耦合协调度研究——以我国东部地区11个省市为例

为探讨区域体育产业发展与健康中国建设耦合协调度及未来前景,在分析体育产业与健康中国耦合作用机理的基础上,构建体育产业与健康中国耦合协调发展评价体系,运用熵值法、耦合协调模型和修正GM(1.1)预测法对我国东部地区11省市2013—2017年两大系统耦合协调关系进行实证分析,并预测未来10年两大系统的耦合协调关系。研究发现(1)区域体育产业发展与健康中国建设之间存在明显的相互影响、相互作用关系,耦合协调发展特征显著。(2)东部地区11省市两大系统发展水平总体呈上升态势,且二者具有较高的关联性;体育产业系统发展水平比健康中国系统波动性更强,体育产业成为缩小区域发展差异的有效路径依赖;体育产业发展对健康中国建设的驱动作用较弱,而健康中国建设对体育产业发展促进作用较大。(3)东部地区11省市两大系统耦合协调性在逐年稳步上升,但演进与提升速度较缓慢,协调关系始终处在勉强协调阶段,且耦合协调度存在较大的空间差异,从北向南的空间格局大体上呈现“高—较高—高—较高—高—低”,预测结果显示未来10年耦合协调水平演进与提升速度明显加快,但仍存在显著的空间差异。并提出建议,以期服务实践。     

Reactivity without legitimacy? Online consumer reviews in the restaurant industry

In recent years, web sites where individual consumers can rate and review goods and services have mushroomed all over the Internet. Restaurants are particularly affected by online reviewing. If the impact of online consumer reviews (OCRs) on the demand side of markets is now well understood and measured, few studies examine the reception of this new evaluation method by those who are assessed. Based on interviews with French restaurant managers, our research shows that OCRs systems reconfigure relations of accountability in the restaurant industry. We use the notion of reactivity to describe the mechanisms through which the new evaluation system transforms the activity of restaurants. We also examine the affects surrounding the reception of ratings and reviews by restaurant managers and the moral criteria that accompany their discourses on online reviews. Many restaurants consider online reviews as a brutal and hypocritical mode of judgment. The judgment produced by online ratings and reviews is not easily borne by restaurant managers, because it challenges the conventions of quality they had previously internalized as legitimate, that is, those produced by professional experts. We interpret this ambivalent reception as the unfinished movement of transforming a performative reputation device into a legitimate evaluation institution.
