R&D PROJECT ASSESSMENT AS AN INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION PROCESS

The paper has three main objectives, viz, to emphasize the need for informed project assessment as central to the effective management of R&D by Australian businesses; to argue that different assessment techniques will be applicable to different stages of a project's development; to emphasize the importance of R&D project assessment as an information and communication process which helps to promote a firm's goals. In addressing these issues the paper highlights some of the ways in which managers of Australian companies can learn from overseas experience and outlines some of the challenges facing Australian management at this time.     

桑树DNJ提取、纯化和检测的研究进展

1-脱氧野尻霉素(1-deoxynojirimycin,DNJ)是存在于桑树中的一种多羟基哌啶生物碱,因其通过抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶活性,进而具有降血糖、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等生理活性和药理活性.DNJ广泛存在于桑树的各种组织中,不同桑树类型和品种中DNJ含量不同,采取的每一种提取、测定方法均具有选择性和特异性,只适用于某种类型或某种桑树品种样品的纯化和检测.同时,DNJ在桑树体内的含量较低,而且桑树体内其他次生代谢物质的干扰增加了DNJ提取和测定的难度.因此,目前文献中报道的DNJ提取、分离纯化和检测方法较多.针对已报道的DNJ的提取、分离纯化和检测方法,综述了近年来DNJ研究方面的最新进展,为更好利用和开发DNJ制品,为DNJ的工业化生产提供参考和借鉴.

汽车制造业对整个经济的发展起着一个至关重要的作用,而零部件采购是汽车制造业供应链管理的重要环节,供应商的选择是供应链管理的基础。通过对诸多影响供应商的关键性因素进行全面分析、并建立指标体系,运用AHP和matlab软件对数据处理,对供应商进行一个选择、评价过程,为整车企业选择供应商提供一个方法、依据。     

The quality of teaching and learning of BCom honours degree students at an open distance learning university in South Africa

ABSTRACT

Student support at Unisa involves a range of stakeholders providing academic and administrative support. The study was conducted among Unisa BCom honours students. The main objective of the study was to determine the educational quality of teaching and learning offered. Students were contacted by e-mail and asked to complete an online questionnaire. New methods on problem solving, investigating problems and formulating problems were found very useful and students gained independence in developing their learning capabilities. Available resources and supervision were not utilized to the full. Adequate financial aid seemed to be a problem. Support should be optimized and students should realize that all resources made available to them are crucial for their success. Students are of all ages and levels of maturity and have different needs and views regarding their studies. Unisa should endeavour to meet as many of these needs as is practically possible.     

用于乙醇-水分离的SA-PVA/PSF中空纤维渗透汽化复合膜

Using polysulfone (PSF) hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes as the substrate, sodium alginate (SA) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) blend solutions as the coating solution, and maleic anhydride (MAC) as the cross-linked agent, SAPVA/PSF hollow fiber composite membranes were prepared for the dehydration of ethanol-water. The effects of different sodium alginate concentration in the coating solutions and different operating temperatures on pervaporation performance were investigated. The experimental results showed that pervaporation performance of the SA-PVA/PSF composite membranes for ethanol-water solution exhibited a high separation factor although they had a relatively low permeation flux. As SA concentration in SA-PVA coating solution was 66.7% and the operating temperature was 40 ℃, SA-PVA/PSF hollow fiber composite membrane (PS4) had a separation factor of 886 and flux of 12.6 g/(m2·h). Besides, SA-PVA/PSF hollow fiber composite membranes (PS3 and PS4) were used for the investigation of the effect of ethanol concentration in the feed solution on pervaporation performance.     

高职院校产学研合作研究综述

经过世界各国长时间的探索，高职院校的产学研合作有了长足的发展；对于快速发展的中国来说，结合本国实际借鉴世界各国的有益经验显得尤为重要。特别是在产学研合作的模式问题上，应尽快克服在低层次重复探索的不利局面：与此同时，充分理解与把握产学研合作的演变规律与发展趋势，在大学“经营化”思想的引导下，探索最优化的产学研思路式。

半个世纪以来,欧盟一体化发展取得了令人瞩目的成就,而其政治领域的一体化远远落后于经济领域,共同外交与安全政策作为欧盟政治一体化的关键性政策领域有着其重要的作用。从欧共体外交政策行动到欧洲政治合作,再到欧盟共同外交与安全政策正式确立,欧盟共同外交与安全政策的发展和法理基础呈现出现鲜明的渐进性特征。新功能主义和政府间主义对于欧洲一体化的发展提出了各自不同的分析框架和解释,而对于共同外交与安全政策而言,政府间主义更为贴切、合理。
