On the same page: Improving the connection between public services units in academic libraries

Communication quality between public service units in academic libraries can make the difference between mediocre and exceptional service. If units do not communicate well, patrons may receive inaccurate information and experience short-term frustration, leading to long-term damage to the library's reputation. Poor communication creates adverse effects on employees through decreased productivity, negative work culture, and low morale. This article explores the importance of quality communication through a review of the literature and a case study at one academic library. The authors share practical communication improvement strategies for libraries of every size and fiscal ability.

组织设计是确定适合组织的战略、组织成员、技术和组织任务等组织结构的过程。组织设计五项经典原则一直在组织设计中发挥着指导性作用,但在组织设计过程中,对一些关键因素,如:组织战略目标、组织环境变化、组织的成长性与稳定性、组织的核心能力、组织的可塑性、组织所处环境的文化价值观等仍是我们在组织设计中要给予重视的关键因素。

休闲垂钓旅游具有相当大的发展潜力,将成为一种重要的旅游活动类型.本文运用实地勘察、社会调查等研究方法,对湖南省长沙和株洲两地居民的休闲垂钓旅游行为特点进行了细致分析,对休闲垂钓地经营状况进行了初步研究,并给出了一些休闲垂钓旅游地开发的建议.     

高速PCB中过孔引起的同步开关噪声抑制研究

高速PCB中，由于过孔数量较多导致信号产生严重畸变．文章首先分析了过孔对高速信号质量的影响，然后通过在过孔周围添加去耦电容器来抑制同步开关噪声（SSN）．结果表明，在过孔周围添加去耦电容器可以有效地减小同步开关噪声，使得信号波动峰值减小，提高了信号质量．     

谈高职院校计算机专业毕业论文（设计）的改革

当前,我国高校毕业论文（设计）存在抄袭、拼凑成风的不良现象,结合高职院校计算机专业毕业论文指导工作的现实情况,有针对性地提出了基于工作过程的改革方法,在实践中让学生自主选题,形式上不拘一格,并且规范写作与指导流程,使得毕业论文（设计）真正地为学生服务。     

澳大利亚国家图书馆展览政策研究

[目的/意义]国内图书馆对展览政策的研究较少，而国外图书馆在相关领域有比较成熟的做法。研究国外图书馆展览政策有助于促进国内图书馆展览工作的开展。[方法/过程]通过对澳大利亚国家图书馆展览政策与展品租借政策文本的梳理与研究，探索其有益做法对我国图书馆的启示。[结果/结论]我国图书馆应从4方面完善展览工作：①重视展览工作的组织建设；②重视对展览原则的研究；③结合国家文物保护政策制定展品借出政策；④结合我国实际制定展品借入政策。     

Business Intelligence Capabilities and Firm Performance: A Study in China

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology expands the boundary of business practice, inducing the emergence and application of business intelligence (BI) that has promoted the transformation of information techniques to optimize business decision and operation. However, there is a lack of theoretical consensus and measurement of the technology embedded in BI at present. This study exploratively develops the Sense-Transform-Drive (STD) conceptual model of BI based on dynamic capabilities theory and organizational evolutionary theory to explain the core BI capabilities. By using factoring analysis and structural equation modeling analysis, we extract the latent constructs and empirically verify the validity of the STD model and further examine the correlation and mode of interaction of the three core BI capabilities and the impact of BI application on firm performance in the real economy with a sample contextual to Chinese business practices. The study results show that there are direct and high-intensity cumulative positive effects among the structural components of the STD conceptual model and BI-related dynamic capabilities can enhance operating efficiency and firm performance.     

当代大学生网络行为的基本趋势与引导对策研究

当代大学生越来越将自己的生活与网络融合在一起,网络给大学生带来快捷便利的同时,其负面影响也日益凸显,尤其突出的是大学生网络行为不断出现问题。本文以安徽省高校720名大学生为样本,在全面调查的基础上,分析了大学生网络行为的基本趋势,并针对性地提出了引导对策。     

新课程背景下师生教学行为的异化与矫正

新课改以来,由于对课改理念的僵硬化解读,学校精细化管理制度带来的压抑与控制,以及盲目模仿带来的伤根性移植,师生教学行为出现了异化现象:教学资源开发异化为材料的堆砌,教学方法选择异化为学生盲目的探究,教学环境营造异化为缺乏深度思维的"热热闹闹",教学评价异化为盲目赞扬。对课改理念进行个性化解读,学校积极营造创造性教学氛围,以及唤醒师生主体意识是教学异化行为矫正的重要路径。     

Psychological complaints reported by sexually abused children during criminal investigations: Istanbul example

The present study aims at describing the psychological complaints reported, as a part of the criminal investigation process, by the victims of sexual abuse as a part of the criminal investigation process, without attempting at reaching a medical diagnosis; and it discusses the relation of these reports with variables such as victim's gender, age and relation to the offender, type and duration of abuse, and parental marital status of the victim. Data is obtained from the statements of childhood sexual abuse (CSA) victims under the age of 15, as taken by Istanbul Juvenile Justice Department between the years 2009 and 2012. The sample consists of 175 cases with a total of 202 victim statements. Through the use of content analysis, the main and sub-categories of themes of the statements were determined. By means of the evaluation of the psychological condition of victims, we evaluated them in two categories: psychological complaints including self-harm and risk taking behaviors and psychological complaints with no self-harm and risk taking behaviors. The statistical analyses yield significant relations between the psychological complaints and children's parental marital status. Analysis of initial statements of sexual abuse victims is important as it may greatly contribute to professionals diagnosing and treating psychological complaints of these victims. It is essential that victims of sexual abuse should receive immediate psychological support starting with the criminal investigation process.
