《新世训》何以为“训”

针对冯友兰先生在抗日战争时期以生活方法新论为副标题的《新世训》何以为“训”来展开论述,其一它是“接着讲”而并非“照着讲”;其二它是“周全之道”而并非“偏至之端”。

煤矿井下局部通风机是保证煤矿井下安全生产的重要设备.对旋局部通风机是一种用途广泛的新型局部通风机,具有结构紧凑、噪音小、效率高、反风性能好的特点.研制与其配套的起动和控制设备是十分必要的.     

学校文化对学校效能影响的多元回归模型研究

本研究运用Denison组织文化模型,采用多元线性回归模型分析方法研究了学校文化对学校效能的影响效应,发现:1、学校文化的4个特质、12个维度与学校效能之间存在显著的正相关性;2、学校文化的4个特质都对学校效能具有显著影响效应;3、学校文化的核心价值观、工作目标、创新变革、授权、一致意见、学校愿景、能力发展对学校效能有显著影响效应,而团队导向、发展战略、协调整合、组织学习和家校关系5个维度的影响效应则不显著。在原因分析的基础上,提出了对学校文化建设的启示。     

Resistance partial factor and reliability of cast ball-and-socket support joint

Considering the uncertainty of material performance, geometric characteristic and analysis method, the analysis of statistical parameters of the resistance of cast ball-and-socket support joints and the reliability analysis are carried out by JC method (improved first-order second-moment method) based on the relevant experimental data. Results show that the resistance partial factor of the joint increases with the increase of the reliability index. The resistance partial factors are suggested corresponding to the reliability index under different load combinations. Moreover, the suggested resistance partial factor is adopted in reliability design, and it is found that the reliability index of the joint is larger than the target reliability index. The optimal load combination is the one in which live load plays an important control role. Finally, based on the suggested resistance partial factors, the reliability analysis of cast ball-and-socket support joints of a project is conducted.     

基于PSO和多元线性回归的奥运会奖牌预测分析

针对传统奥运会成绩预测模型中存在的不足,提出一种将PSO和多元线性回归分析相结合的预测模型。分析多元线性回归和PSO算法后,结合体育比赛的特点,通过PSO优化迭代计算,确定奖牌统计模型中各回归系数,建立了奥运会参赛国成绩与回归系数之间复杂的非线性关系。利用Matlab对建立奖牌模型进行了验证,预测精度高。     

影响英语专业学生口语成绩的多因素回归分析

通过随机抽取江西师范大学08级英语专业两个班级的学生进行问卷调查,用社会科学统计分析软件包( SPSS17.0)进行统计,将学生大二上学期的期末口语成绩与影响学习者口语成绩各因素进行回归分析,研究结果表明,英语口语成绩与性别、动机、母语观念、管理策略和形式操练策略有显著相关.     

Modeling of polishing process for electric stainless-steel kettle

The market of stainless electric steel kettles is growing significantly, but the main mechanism for polishing kettles via traditional handwork operations limits the growth of electric kettle manufacturing. Based on the successful multi-tool automatic polishing system for electric stainless steel kettles, regression analysis and orthogonal tests were employed to construct a polishing process model, with a purpose to improve the automatic polishing technology for electric stainless steel kettles. The model reveals the relationship between the surface roughness and processing parameters including gringding depth, abrasive tangent speed, workpiece rotating speed and axial feeding speed. Simulation and experimental results are in agreement,which shows that this modeling method is feasible in practice, and it can also be used as a guidance for planning automatic polishing process of electric stainless-steel kettles.     

学习动机、班级气氛与社会网络关系的实证研究

将社会网络分析与阶层回归分析相结合,以某高校5个班的181位学生为研究对象,以班级为单位收集了整体网数据,探讨了学习动机、班级气氛与社会网络的关系。在用Ucinet6对整体网数据进行分析,用SPSS15．0进行描述性统计、信度与效度检验及相关分析,用阶层回归分析方法对各变量间的关系进行检验后,得出的最终结论是,学习动机中的学习能力自信对咨询网络有直接的影响,班级气氛在学习动机和咨询网络的关系中起到了调节作用。     

抓住题目本源不靠记忆解题——由两个作业题所引起的思考

当前数学教学中存在着这样的问题：重术轻道,即只重视对知识点的记忆和解题技巧的训练,而忽略了对学科基本原理和数学思想方法的理解掌握.从学生解答正确率极低的两个小题入手,教学教学若只注重题型归类和解题模式的汇集,形成各种套路,然后大量模仿,机械记忆是行不通的.必须要强化数学思维的概括领会、掌握数学知识的本质.     

江苏农村居民收入结构及影响因素实证研究

以江苏省1990年至2009年农村居民收入的相关数据为样本,选取9个对农民收入增长有重要影响的因素,运用多元线性回归模型,分析影响农民人均纯收入的各因素及影响程度。通过因子分析找出与农民人均纯收入构成呈极显著相关的影响因素,探求农民增收的途径,为促进江苏农民收入持续增长提供思路。
