锚杆框架梁支护在雪道边坡防护中的应用

随着我国经济的快速发展,基础设施发展迅速,建设过程中新的施工技术层出不穷,其中对于工程岩体分化严重、结构面较发育的高挖方边坡,通常采用锚杆框架梁结构支护。然而,对于高山滑雪中心滑雪赛道两侧高陡边坡,除了要实现边坡稳定的同时还需考虑如何防止雪道污染的问题。本文结合北京2022年冬奥会高山滑雪中心第二标段的工程实践,详细阐述了兼具边坡支护和防止雪道污染的锚杆框架梁支护体系的设计原则、设计内容、施工工艺,并说明了施工中的一些细节或要点。实践证明该支护体系合理,不仅确保了边坡的安全稳定和防止了雪道污染,同时具有造价低、施工机动性强的特点,可以在类似的雪道施工中推广。     

云南现代远程教育网络学习支持服务体系建设探究

现代远程教育工程的实施，给云南教育的跳跃式发展提供了机会和条件。云南要发展现代远程教育，必须遵循其特点，加大政府投入，规则、建设好现代远程教育中心及其下设的学习中心，构建起完善的学习支持服务体系，为学习提供适用的学习计划和学习呈现材料，联系学习、施教和有关部门，通过各种教学资源的应用，展开和控制教学过程，形成开放式的教育网络，为所有社会成员提供学习机会。     

湖北高等教育摭谈

湖北地处我国中部，是我国的高等教育大省，在全国具有广泛的影响和重要性。在东部跨越式发展和西部大开发的形势下，如何利用承东启西的地理优势促进湖北高等教育的繁荣，最主要的是要结合本区域的特色。本文通过分析湖北高等教育的特点，总结高等教育发展中的经验和发展趋势，旨在能为其他区域高等教育的发展起到一定的借鉴作用。     

The relative impact of school‐wide positive behavior support on teachers’ perceptions of student behavior across schools,teachers, and students

School‐wide positive behavior support (SWPBS) is a systemic approach for implementing a proactive schoolwide discipline and for improving students’ academic and behavioral outcomes by targeting the school’s organizational and social culture. With a multilevel approach, the present study evaluates the relative effectiveness of SWPBS on teachers’ perceptions of the student behavior (N = 3,295) across schools, teachers, and children using a multilevel approach. We assessed teacher perception of student problem behavior five times during a 3‐year implementation of SWPBS in 23 Dutch schools. Multilevel analyses not only revealed a small increase in perceived prosocial behavior and a small decrease in problems with peers, but also different effects across children, teachers, and schools. Effects were stronger for girls and for students with higher severity of perceived problems at baseline. At teachers’ level, higher mean baseline severity of perceived problems was associated with the reduced impact of SWPBS on perceived emotional problems and problems with peers. At the school level, effects were stronger for regular schools as compared with special needs schools.

提高远程开放教育质量，学习支持服务是重要的因素。探讨人才培养模式改革试点中建立，完善，推进，支持，健全学习支持服务系统的若干问题，加强教学与助学的媒体建设，加快开放教育手段现代化进程，以进一步在理论与实践上加强对这一问题的研究。     

Institution initiatives and support related to faculty development of open educational resources and alternative textbooks

ABSTRACT

Evidence exists that American institutions of higher education are well-entrenched in the consideration of mechanisms for supporting the implementation of Open Educational Resources (OER) and alternative textbooks. Literature reveals that developing and implementing OER is a significant undertaking in terms of time and human resources. This study deploys content analysis of a sample of United States regionally based higher education institutional websites to determine the current state of institutional support mechanisms to implementers just embarking on the OER journey. Findings reveal that institutions have made strides in the development of faculty mini-grants and stipends with guidelines, proposal checklists, and weighting mechanisms to inform decision making. However, due to widespread language across the stratified sample emphasising award pool and individual limits, it is clear that OER funding is still seeking wider support as a permanent funded resource. Sponsorship of institutional OER initiatives seems split between institutional library functions and teaching and learning centres. Other issues, such as ownership and licensing, are significantly underdeveloped in field implementation or fall in a large continuum of practices. Recommendations of shared responsibility and use of data driven initiatives are provided that may improve institutional support of faculty OER adoption, adaption and creation.     

支持向量分类算法在5-HT3受体拮抗剂的构效关系研究中的应用

In this work, support vector classification （SVC） algorithm was used to build structure-activity relationship （SAR） model of the 5-hydroxytryptamine type 3 （5-HT3 ） receptor antagonists with 26 compounds. In a benchmark test, SVC was compared with several techniques of machine learning currently used in the field. The prediction performance of the model was discussed on the basis of the leave-one-out cross-validation. The results show that the accuracy of prediction of SVC model was higher than those of back propagation artificial neural network （BP ANN）, K-nearest neighbor （KNN） and Fisher methods.     

我国高等职业教育发展的政策支持和办学思路

目前，我国高等职业教育办学经验不足，在办学的政策支持、教学模式、社会评价等方面，还存在着许多亟待解决的问题。加速我国高等职业教育发展的对策包括：政策和舆论支持，建立灵活多样的办学机制，提高教育质量等。
