英藏《董永变文》是敦煌文献中极具俗文学文献研究价值的写卷.尽管该作品受到佛教的影响,但诸如“孤儿”、“至孝”、“感天”等具有本质意义的内容以及有关我国传统民俗与民族的信仰的文化信息几乎没有改变.在董永故事中,“孤儿”经验的痛苦召唤着人类最初的良知与恻隐,孤儿对“天”的诉求,更无限地触及着人们的孤儿情结与渊源久长的弱者经验.《董永变文》依然延续了“孤儿”文学这一主题,强调董永“年登十五二亲亡”,是一个需要上天关爱与呵护的对象——“孤儿”;至于董永“卖身葬父”最基本的价值则在于“至孝”;董永“至孝”的文化意义,不仅仅在于对父母的感恩,还有一个更为隐秘的重要目的,即“感天”,取得具有血缘关系的祖神或者称之为“天”的佑护. 相似文献

This article reports a study of literacy instruction in our own elementary preservice program. It examines the views and practices of both the preservice faculty who teach literacy and a sample of graduates of the program during their first three years of teaching. The new teachers reported learning many things from their preservice program, including the importance of engaging learners, strategies for developing an inclusive class community, the names of high-quality works of children's literature, and a variety of general teaching strategies. However, there were gaps between what was taught and what the new teachers wanted to learn. The new teachers struggled with program planning, desired more direct instruction on developing a literacy program, and wanted closer links between theory and practice. The teacher educators tried to cover so much material that the new teachers were unable to develop a focused, coherent pedagogy. The authors describe how they are revising their courses in light of these findings, modifying their approach to preservice instruction, and giving priority to certain key aspects of teaching. 相似文献

Abstract The out-of-field phenomenon, that is the situation where teachers teach outside their field of expertise, adds complexity to the education environment and affects learners, colleagues, parents, governing bodies and school management. It puts extra strain on school management's responsibility to provide quality management and jeopardises effective teaching and quality learning. This article examines the implications of the out-of-field phenomenon for school management. An empirical investigation entailing the use of a qualitative approach was employed for the study. Data were gathered through semi-structured interviews with selected participants who shared their experiences of the phenomenon. Findings indicated that the out-of-field phenomenon and its implications should be recognised in order to provide effective and quality teaching, substantial teacher support and sufficient staff development programmes. 相似文献

This article is based on the voices of four newly qualified teachers who give us the opportunity to listen to experiences in authentic surroundings. The purpose of this article is to gain better insight into the type of networks newly qualified teachers maintain, develop and create to develop as teachers. The research question is: What is the importance of networks for the professional development of newly qualified teachers in upper secondary education?Main argument:?The main finding of the article, based on in-depth interviews with four newly qualified teachers, is that being acknowledged by colleagues is decisive for professional development. Furthermore, the school’s programme of meetings to some extent contributes to developing the respect and trust of the newly qualified teachers, who also need to find time and opportunities for reflection in personal networks outside school. The relational and emotional aspects of the teaching profession produce a need for guidance processes where the ethical dilemmas of the profession can be raised. When these dilemmas arise, the newly qualified teachers actively look outside school to grasp opportunities for professional development. The teachers appear to be very active in their own professional development, and they have ambitions to develop as teachers for the benefit of the pupils and the school.Conclusions:?Systematic guidance is highlighted as fundamental for these teachers’ learning. 相似文献

This paper investigates rotor-side field oriented control of a wound-rotor induction motor using the slip energy recovery principle. The proposed drive system uses a matrix converter to transfer the slip energy from the rotor into the mains instead of using ac-dc-ac converter whilst the stator side is fixed to the grid. Operation at both subsynchronous and supersynchronous regions is possible with the proposed drive system. Simulation studies of the proposed doubly fed induction motor drive system verify the good control performance of the system in transient and steady-state conditions. 相似文献
