On-line broken-bar fault diagnosis system of induction motor

Induction motor faults including mechanical and electrical faults are reviewed. The fault diagnosis methods are summarized. To analyze the influence of stator current, torque, speed and rotor current on faulted bars, a time-stepping transient finite element (FE) model of induction motor with bars faulted is created in this paper. With wavelet package analysis method and FFT method, the simulation result of finite element is analyzed. Based on the simulation analysis, the on-line fault diagnosis system of induction motor with bars faulted is developed. With the speed of broken bars motor changed from 1 478 r/min to 1 445 r/min, the FFT power spectra and the wavelet package decoupling factors are given. The comparison result shows that the on-line diagnosis system can detect broken-bar fault efficiently.

A bridge over troubling waters: a snapshot of teacher graduates' perceptions of their ongoing professional learning needs

For graduating teachers, the bridging period between formal teacher preparation and joining the profession is a time of high anxiety and great excitement. While this transition influences efficacy, job satisfaction, career length and future teaching quality, it is widely recognised to be inconsistent, poorly planned and resourced and largely unsupported. In Australia, the transition to teaching remains largely a school-based affair. However, individual schools may not have the resources to support a comprehensive and cohesive transition program. This paper discusses a pilot university program of extended teacher preparation. It reports on the perceived professional learning needs of a group of graduates as they transition to teaching. The key findings indicate that these graduates are seeking ongoing support as they develop confidence in their canonical skills of teaching. The authors argue that university-based programs are one way of providing professional learning and support for beginning teachers.     

大花蕙兰原球茎诱导与增殖研究

为研究大花蕙兰（Cymbidium hybridum）原球茎诱导与增殖的最佳配方,用大花蕙兰无菌苗为材料,以MS、1/2MS为基本培养基,应用6-BA、2,4-D、NAA植物生长调节剂对大花蕙兰无菌苗茎段切块进行原球茎诱导和原球茎增殖研究。结果表明：在1/2MS＋6-BA 8.0 mg/L＋2,4-D 0.2 mg/L＋琼脂10g/L＋蔗糖15g/L＋活性炭1.5g/L的培养基（PH=5.8）上诱导出原球茎的效果最好,其诱导率高达77.78%;原球茎接种于MS＋6-BA6.0mg/L＋NAA0.2mg/L＋琼脂10g/L＋蔗糖10g/L＋活性炭1.5g/L＋香蕉泥100g/L（PH=5.8）培养基上原球茎增殖效果最佳。低水平的2,4-D（0.2 mg/L）、较高水平的6-BA（8.0mg/L）对大花蕙兰原球茎诱导具有显著的促进作用。     

雷电损坏电视机的机理分析

本文运用电磁感应原理分析了雷电的电磁效应及产生原理,阐明了雷电感应具有大电流、高电压的特点和雷电所产生的电磁场具有高频电磁波的性质,论述了雷电损坏电视机的机理和避雷防雷措施。     

乳糖诱导Pfu DNA聚合酶基因的表达及酶的纯化

利用乳糖诱导重组大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中Pfu DNA聚合酶基因的表达。对诱导菌株起始生长量、乳糖浓度和诱导持续时间进行了优化,尝试使用JK110弱阳离子交换柱和Sephadex G-75凝胶层析柱来分离纯化Pfu DNA聚合酶,并用PCR扩增实验检测酶活性。结果表明乳糖可以有效诱导Pfu酶的表达,JK110离子交换柱有较好的纯化效果,从500 mL培养液中可以得到3×105U的酶活,比活达22,200 U/mg,结果好于IPTG诱导表达。     

基于扩张状态观测器的鲁棒转子磁链估计研究

提出了新型的基于线性扩张状态观测器的感应电动机转子磁链估计模型。以两个独立的线性扩张状态观测器观测定子电流,用分别被扩张的两个状态构建闭环转子磁链观测器,根据Lyapunov稳定性理论推导满足转子磁链观测器渐进稳定的反馈增益矩阵和转速估计自适应律。利用Matlab进行了仿真,分析了电机参数变化对磁链观测和转速估计精度的影响,表明了提出的模型对电机参数变化具有强鲁棒性。
