基于学科交叉与目标一致性的重大研究计划资助绩效评价

国家自然科学基金委重大研究计划拟通过整合与集成不同学科背景、不同学术思路和不同层次的项目群,促进学科交叉融合,提高各研究领域协同合作能力,推进重大难点科学问题的解决。本文利用Web of Science平台中的论文数据,从学科交叉、研究内容与资助目标一致性两个维度对重大研究计划资助绩效进行了评价研究。研究结果表明;(1)重大研究计划的实施有效推动了学科的交叉融合,提高了协同合作能力,但不同计划间的学科交叉情况存在较大差异,数理科学部牵头实施计划的学科集成程度相对较高,管理科学部则涉及的学科范围最广;(2)不同计划资助论文的研究内容与资助目标的一致性存在较大差异,研究主题与研究目标相关性较强,但聚焦程度相对较差。总体上,重大研究计划的学科交叉程度还有较大提升空间,在研究内容与资助目标一致性方面还有待提高。     

Education for children with a chronic health condition: an evidence‐informed approach to policy and practice decision making

Children managing chronic health conditions face many obstacles which can impede their learning during periods of hospitalisation. In one particular hospital, a team of educators deemed it necessary to take a personalised learning approach in order to maintain students’ educational progress, namely making use of individual learning plans (ILPs). This team adopted an evidence‐informed practice (EIP) approach to the issue in order to persuade administrators of the need for change. The successful implementation of the EIP approach led to the inclusion of the ILP form in patients’ medical records, which is thought to be a first for Australia. Although EIP is regarded highly by practitioners and policy makers, there can be difficulties when implementing this approach. This study aims to identify the enabling features that permit EIP to be successfully implemented and to examine the ways in which EIP can lead to improved practice.     

关于高职院校教学计划制定的讨论

目前,高职院校的专业教学计划常存在着与专业培养目标不相符、社会需求与因材施教结合不好等问题,另外还有一些课程安排存在着不利于学生构建相关知识体系的问题。因此,教学计划的制定应充分考虑到各个专业的特色和培养目标,要适应社会,还要结合学生的实际情况。     

Reaction Time and Anticipation Time: Effects of Development

Abstract

The developmental nature of reaction time (RT) and anticipation timing (AT) performance, as well as the relationship between them, was investigated using 15 male and 15 female subjects at each of five age levels—7, 9, 11, 13, and 20 yrs. Each subject was given 40 trials for both RT and AT performance with task order counterbalanced. Results indicated that as age increased RT decreased, with males having more rapid RT than females. The two younger age groups differed from the three older groups on AT performance. RT was significantly correlated with AT (|CE| measure) for the 7, 9, and 11 yr old males but not in any other age by gender condition. Apparently neither young males nor young females have a good motor plan in memory to control AT performance. However, the more rapid RT (and thus better response initiation) of the males allows better AT performance at the younger ages. Beginning about 10–11 yrs of age, better motor plans are developed in children's memory system, leading to less reliance on rapid RT for good AT performance, and thus the correlation between RT and AT performance is not present.     

Promoting a Juvenile Awards Approval Plan: Using Collaboration and Selected Projects for Improved Visibility and Findability to Promote Juvenile Collections in Academic Libraries

This article describes a project to promote an approval plan for purchasing award-winning juvenile books. The overall project utilizes a combination of projects for promoting awareness and use of the awards books and the juvenile collection in general. The promotion plan includes collaborative work with teacher education faculty, projects to increase the visibility of the juvenile collection in the library, and projects to improve the findability of the juvenile books via the online catalog and an online subject guide. Initial assessment of the plan indicates some success with increased book circulation and increased use of the online guide.

中小企业是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要力量,进入大数据时代,市场环境、技术环境的日益复杂多变,竞争情报快速、有效地获取成为中小企业健康快速发展的必备条件。但是由于资金短缺、专业情报人员匮乏等原因,竞争情报短缺已经严重制约我国中小企业的发展,该问题已经引起我国政府的高度关注,先后出台相关法律、政策和规划等,促进我国中小企业竞争情报服务发展。本文对相关法律、政策及规划等进行系统梳理,以求明晰竞争情报服务的内容和种类,并针对目前我国中小企业竞争情报服务的相关法律、政策和规划等存在的问题,提出有针对性的服务建议。     

求解二层线性多目标规划的一种新算法

给出二层线性多目标决策问题数学模型的一种新解法,把线性加权模理想点法,Kuhn-Tucker条件、罚函数法和Frank-wolf结合起来,将二层线性多目标规划问题转化为单层单目标规划问题,使问题简化,从而得到原问题的解.数值验证表明所提出的算法是有效的.
