浅谈企业危机信息管理

探讨企业危机信息管理的涵义以及企业开展危机信息管理的重要意义，指出 企业危机管理过程实质上是一个危机信息的采集、加工、传递、分析、利用、公开和反 馈的信息管理过程，提出企业只有将危机管理与信息管理相融合，以信息管理连接和支 撑整个危机管理过程，才能更有效地预防和化解危机。

企业竞争情报过程模型的关键机制分析

在归纳企业竞争情报过程模型、用户驱动的竞争情报模型和面向知识管理的竞争情报过程模型的基础上,分别选择三种典型的过程模型,即Herring模型、User Driven模型和Rosenkrans模型,分析这三种典型模型的关键作用机制,即关键情报课题机制、信任机制和决策整合机制。结合竞争情报过程模型的演化,分析总结这三种关键作用机制的特点。     

Adopting a toolkit to manage time,resources, and expectations in the systematic review process: a case report

Background:The proliferation of systematic reviews has impacted library operations and activities as librarians support, collaborate, and perform more tasks in the systematic review process. This case report describes a toolkit that librarians with extensive experience in supporting multiple review teams use to manage time, resources, and expectations in the systematic review process.Case Presentation:The toolkit is a compilation of documents that we use to effectively communicate with and help review teams understand and navigate each stage of the systematic review process. Elements included in the toolkit and discussed in this case report are intake forms, communication templates and memoranda, a process flow diagram, library guides on tools for retrieval and data appraisal, and established standards for guidance during the write-up stage. We describe the use of the toolkit for both education and project management, with a focus on its use in helping manage team time, resources, and expectations.Discussion:The systematic review toolkit helps librarians connect systematic review steps and tasks to actionable items. The content facilitates and supports discussion and learning by both librarians and team members. This toolkit helps librarians share important information and resources for each stage of the process.     

不同编辑流程下科技期刊优先数字出版的实施

为使优先数字出版在中国科技期刊中得到更好更广泛的实施,通过调查优先数字出版在科技期刊中的实施情况和《中国机械工程》部分作者的优先数字出版需求,分析优先数字出版推行过程中存在的问题.调查结果表明:优先数字出版在国内仍处于初级阶段,后续发展也并不是很理想;优先数字出版对期刊影响因子的影响不明显.提出根据不同编辑流程和编辑部规模选择适合自己的实施方案,可以使得优先数字出版工作量最小,为每篇4min.作为科技信息推广的媒介,科技期刊在认识到优先数字出版的工作量和作用后,有责任实施优先数字出版.     

大众传媒体育信息在大学生中的扩散过程研究

当代大学生是信息社会的主要力量。通过问卷调查法对北京3所高校140名大学生亚运会期间接触各类媒体体育信息进行了调查,对大众传媒体育信息的扩散过程进行比较系统的调查分析,证实大学生主要通过不同媒介获得体育信息,人数比较多,体育信息传播速度比较快。此项调查旨在为体育教育工作者进行媒介教育和传播工作者工作和决策提供参考。     

服务流程管理视域下公共体育服务流程理论研究

自20世纪90年代以来,"服务流程管理"理论逐渐受到服务组织的重视,并开始应用于各种服务行业。在基本公共服务越来越受到重视的社会背景下,服务流程管理理论逐渐应用于公共服务之中,而公共体育服务作为公共服务的重要组成部分,服务流程管理理论仍未得到应用。国务院相继颁发了《全民健身条例》(2009)和《全民健身计划(2011-2015年)》(2011),都为公共体育服务的发展提供了保障。通过文献资料法对国内外服务管理理论进行分析,并对公共体育服务理论研究现状进行视域分析,旨在构建我国公共体育服务流程管理理论。     

Sex-specific associations of moderate and vigorous physical activity with physical fitness in adolescents

The present study examined the sex-specific associations of moderate and vigorous physical activity (VPA) with physical fitness in 300 Japanese adolescents aged 12–14 years. Participants were asked to wear an accelerometer to evaluate physical activity (PA) levels of various intensities (i.e. moderate PA (MPA), 3–5.9 metabolic equivalents (METs); VPA, ≥6 METs; moderate to vigorous PA (MVPA), ≥3 METs). Eight fitness items were assessed (grip strength, bent-leg sit-up, sit-and-reach, side step, 50?m sprint, standing long jump, handball throw, and distance running) as part of the Japanese standardised fitness test. A fitness composite score was calculated using Japanese fitness norms, and participants were categorised according to their score from category A (most fit) to category E (least fit), with participants in categories D and E defined as having low fitness. It was found that for boys, accumulating more than 80.7?min/day of MVPA may reduce the probability of low fitness (odds ratio (ORs) [95% confidence interval (CI)]?=?0.17 [0.06–0.47], p?=?.001). For girls, accumulating only 8.4?min of VPA could reduce the likelihood of exhibiting low fitness (ORs [95% CI]?=?0.23 [0.05–0.89], p?=?.032). These results reveal that there are sex-specific differences in the relationship between PA and physical fitness in adolescents, suggesting that sex-specific PA recommendation may be needed to improve physical fitness in adolescents.
