实施"一村一名大学生计划"试点的思考

电大通过实施“一村一名大学生计划”点开展农村现代远程教育,首先要转变观念,充分认识“试点”在电大可持续发展中的作用;其次,实现现代远程教育与农村的零距离,要办好学习点、解决农村学生“学得起”的问题,专业设置要满足农村人口多样化的学习需求.     

优化人力资源配置 提升高校二级学院管理水平

高校实行校、院二级管理模式后,二级学院办公室的管理至关重要。目前,高校二级学院办公室物质资源配置紧张,人力资源空间配置问题突出,从学生资源配置、教师结构、二级学院办公室人员队伍等方面实现人力资源的优化配置,提升二级学院管理水平,促进高校内部管理体制的改革迫在眉睫。     

我国高等师范美术教育研究的回顾与反思

近十年,高等师范美术教育在培养目标、课程设置、课程体系构建等方面取得了一系列研究成果,同时存在研究成果重复现象严重、研究多为定性研究等问题,因而价值观的定位、研究对策和建议的实施、与基础教育课程改革的衔接、研究视角与方法的丰富、加强高等美术教育的比较研究是今后进一步努力的方向。     

信息通讯技术是否对教学法有影响?(英文)

不同学者对教学法有不同理解,随着信息通讯技术在教学中的广泛应用,与之相联系的新教学法也应运而生。是什么因素影响了信息通讯技术在教学中的应用?教师需要做好课程计划以及对后续课程的准备,但更重要的是他们需要有好的教学想法,只有这样才能有效地把信息通讯技术与教学相结合起来。     

Learning through working: a case study of Chinese college students in South Korea

This qualitative case study was designed to provide an understanding of the work experience of Chinese college students in South Korea. A growing number of Chinese students are coming to South Korea for college education, and their aspirations for better work materialize into work experiences in South Korean businesses. In-depth interviews were conducted with five Chinese students to investigate their learning experience at local workplaces. The Chinese students' work experience not only led them to a deeper understanding of local culture and language, but also gave them integral learning within an experiential, situated learning environment.     

Animating critical action learning: process-based leadership and management development

Increasing attention is focusing on the value of critical approaches to enhancing leadership and management development processes. This paper examines how a critical action learning perspectives can be harnessed to produce valuable learning and development through critically reflective practise. Critical action learning approaches not only explore underlying power and control issues, but actively engage in an examination of political and cultural processes affecting leadership development. The aims of this paper are to explore approaches to critical action learning, to elucidate its principal features, to highlight how it can be applied in leadership and management development contexts and, finally, to illuminate some of the complexities and challenges of working with critical action learning in practice.     

基于 DICE 知识生态模式的 Python 课程教学实践

为保证 Python 语言课程教学质量、提高学生利用 Python 语言解决理论和实践问题的能力,提出基于DICE 知识生态模式的 Python 课程教学实践方法。该方法以构建 DICE 知识生态模式为导向,通过建立知识分布、知识互动、知识竞争和知识演化相融合的多元化教学方法,在培养学生计算思维的基础上,不断加大学生知识储备、提高学生自主学习能力,使学生最终能利用 Python 程序设计语言解决软件专业理论问题和实践应用问题。教学实践表明,该方法可有效促进学生自主学习能力、提高 Python 程序设计语言应用能力。     

高职教育工学结合课程开发应把握三个关键环节

本文分析了工学结合课程开发中存在的主要问题,认为教师要完成高质量的课程开发,首先要对＂学什么和怎么学＂形成正确认识,其次要把握三个关键环节,即典型工作任务分析、任务载体设计和教学组织与实施设计。     

板书在物理化学多媒体教学中的合理运用

运用多媒体教学手段可以生动地展现物理化学中一些抽象的概念或现象。而物理化学中诸多原理和公式需要给出严格的推导,单一的多媒体教学手段在物理化学教学中难以达得理想的效果。板书与多媒体展示的有机结合,才能更好的引导学生思考相关知识的来龙去脉,从而提高教学质量和效果。     

Development of a user-friendly instrument for identifying the learning strategy preferences of adults

Learning strategies offer a means of addressing individual differences. A programmatic line of inquiry at two universities in the United States has led to an extensive body of research related to learning strategies and to the development of two instruments. This study reports on the development of one of these instruments that can be used to quickly identify learning strategy preferences. Although this instrument, Assessing The Learning Strategies of AdultS (ATLAS), appears very simple and is easy to use, a series of multivariate statistical procedures were used to develop and validate it. These procedures are reported here in detail so that practitioners can be aware of its strong research base and use it with confidence. ATLAS can be used either for self-assessment or by an instructor in order to quickly identify how an individual learner approaches a learning task.
