黄伯荣、廖序东主编的《现代汉语》（增订五版）存在用词不当、重复多余、词语搭配不当或不协调、成分残缺或语义遗漏、前后矛盾、语序不当等语病，对此，分析并提出修改方案。     

Ethnic school composition and peer victimization: A focus on the interethnic school climate

Does de facto school segregation have an impact on ethnic minority and majority pupils’ chances of being victimized by their peers? Moreover, does the interethnic climate at school mediate the relationship between the ethnic school context and peer victimization? To answer these questions, this article examines the association between the ethnic composition of a school—as measured by the ethnic school concentration and the school's ethnic heterogeneity or diversity—and self-reported peer victimization. Multilevel analyses on data based on a survey of 2845 pupils (aged 10-12) in 68 Flemish primary schools revealed differential effects for natives and non-natives. In line with the imbalance of power thesis, and disconfirming the group threat theory, we find that non-native pupils report less peer victimization in schools with a higher minority concentration—that is, in schools with higher proportions of non-native pupils. Our findings indicate that this relationship is mediated by the interethnic school climate. In contrast, for native pupils, the concentration of ethnic minority students is not associated with peer victimization. We conclude by discussing the implications of these findings for the literature on interethnic relations and educational policy.

研究证明,模型中的语音知识的运用、语言环境、语言焦虑,和冗余词句的合理利用对有效英语听力的影响都得到了验证。然而,文化背景、词汇量和物理环境,在本文的研究范围内,都不足以构成对听力理解的决定性影响。学习者应抓住主要矛盾,将精力集中到决定性的关键因素上,从而提高听力理解的效率。     

政府机构人员与职位适应性配置的质性测度——“匹配”与“反匹配”的双向视域

作为困扰政府机构高效运行的高端难题,编制管理不应仍停留于体制视角的理性探讨,而须更多专注人员与职位的适应性配置。而在匹配形态上,质量标准应和数量标准形成双层面测度路径,以质量指数表征政府机构任职人员素质和绩效与所任职位职能强度比对关系并在"匹配"与"反匹配"双向视域中验证人员与职位的适配性,竭力杜绝政府机构"功能性"人员冗余积弊。     

集群企业异质性及其对产业集群演进的影响机制研究

从演进视角,认为集群企业在演进的过程中会由于路径依赖而形成差异性的知识基础与多样性的网络模式,二者彼此强化进而形成集群企业的异质性.基于异质性假设,分析了集群企业异质化的三种路径,包括知识守门人、企业衍生和企业迁移及其对产业集群演进的影响机制.     

The seven deadly sins of world university ranking: a summary from several papers

World university rankings use the weight-and-sum approach to process data. Although this seems to pass the common sense test, it has statistical problems. In recent years, seven such problems have been uncovered: spurious precision, weight discrepancies, assumed mutual compensation, indictor redundancy, inter-system discrepancy, negligence of indicator scores and inconsistency between changes in ranking and ‘Overall’. These issues render the validity of ranking results suspect. Moreover, discussion on problems in world university ranking has been conducted mostly at the verbal level with little substantiation of supporting statistics. It is argued that discussion on ranking issues needs statistical evidential support. Modifications to the approach of processing ranking data are suggested.     

Juggling the roles of parents,therapists, friends and teachers – a working model for an integrative conception of mentoring

Mentoring programs for youth have become increasingly popular interventions and are generally effective in promoting protégés’ wellbeing and functioning. Building on recent efforts to understand the interpersonal mechanisms underlying mentoring relationships, the authors apply central concepts from attachment, social support and social learning theories and systematically compare the mentor’s role with the roles of other caregivers (parent, therapist, friend, teacher). The authors highlight similarities and differences between mentoring and these roles, and discuss interpersonal dynamics specific to each relationship that can be enacted in mentoring. It is argued that the uniqueness of mentoring rests on mentors’ ability flexibly to transverse these different roles to some degree, without embodying any. Consequently, the authors underscore the existence of different profiles of mentoring relationships and suggest that these might address diverse protégés’ needs. This view serves to articulate specific recommendations for research and practice in light of protégé heterogeneity.

基于GNS3的冗余网络仿真

根据实际分层网络设计中常用的冗余解决方案,设计了网络拓扑结构。基于GNS3仿真软件,联合应用热备份路由器协议(Hot Standby Router Protocol,HSRP)和生成树协议(Spanning Tree Protocol,STP)模拟高可用性网络。实验中模拟了网关发生故障后HSRP、STP实施的网络行为,分析了HSRP和STP联合应用时应注意的事项,控制台输出验证了该方案的正确性和实际可行性。     

企业可持续发展的冗余管理战略分析

现代企业经营管理在追求效率的同时,为了抗御由于陕速知识更新、技术发展、全球激烈竞争所带来的更大经营风险,保持企业的生存与可持续发展,必须转变传统效率至上的精准管理信条,实施冗余管理战略。文章在论证了企业实施冗余管理战略必要性的基础上,提出了基于核心竞争力培育的人力资本投资冗余管理战略,基于企业团队凝聚力的员工心理契约维系冗余管理战略,以及基于和谐氛围的企业公关能力建设冗余管理战略。同时论证提出了企业冗余管理中冗余度的掌握方法。
