生产一级豆油精炼工艺的研究

跟踪工厂实际生产,综合考虑工厂生产成本,对高品质一级豆油精炼的工艺参数进行研究。处理量为17 T/h时,在碱添加量为75 L、脱胶反应时间30 min和碱炼反应时间15 min的条件下最佳的磷酸添量为油重的0.1%;在反应温度110℃、反应时间40 min和脱色压力30 mbarg的条件下,活性白土的最佳添加量为油重的1.3%;在脱臭压力为2 mbarg、脱臭时间为1 h的条件下最佳的反应温度为240℃.
