学风的调查分析与思考--理学院本科学生基本情况调查

中国科大理学院就学生的学风、诚信、心理状况等方面，对全院本科学生作了一次较为全面的问卷调查。调查结果基本上反映了学生的现状，并为学生管理工作提供了新的思路和设想。

本文对英语动物词的雌雄性表示法、动物成幼表示法、动物肉类表示法以及动物词和带有动物词的词组及习语的含义进行分析，从而揭示出其所反映的社会文化内涵。     

The role of teachers in peer conflict: implications for teacher reflections

Abstract

The purpose of this qualitative study was to explore early childhood teachers’ interventions during peer conflict. Fifteen ethnically diverse teachers in central Texas were asked to reflect on videotaped peer conflict situations. Using thematic analysis, five strategy themes were identified: prevent aggression, consider timing, stop conflict, promote social competence, and use conflict resolution. A majority of teachers indicated a goal to enhance social competence; however, many disagreements resulted in teachers preemptively stopping conflict without discussion of alternatives. We emphasize the benefits of teacher training, including reflections, as a tool in discovering conflict resolution strategies that promote socialization.     

Novices and veterans journeying into real-world teaching: How a veteran learns from novices

This paper illustrates the experiences of novice teachers through self-reflection by a teacher trainer. It shows how novice teachers recognize deficiencies in their professional capacity, the coping strategies they adopt and implications for teacher training. As teacher trainers we should know why novice teachers say ‘I wish they had taught me about…’ or ‘how lucky I am to have been taught this.’ The paper accounts for the initial experiences of novice teachers in their first school and clarifies how they address their own self-improvement. It shows how novice teachers engage in meaning making as they connect theory and practice in the classroom. It also illustrates how within one component of a teacher training programme a veteran teacher-trainer learnt from novices whose experiences enabled practical theories to be recognised. The evidence highlights potential areas of criticality in teacher education programmes in the real-world of teaching.

从中国现代文学研究的当代性角度考虑,对中国现代文学传统进行性别意识的反思,将有利于当代文化的精神建构。从中国现代文学自身的现代性要求考虑,反思其男性中心意识符合“历史观点”这文学批评标准。倡导男女两性主体性平等,在主体性平等的前提下尊重性别和个体的差异性这一价值立场,包含着对封建性别等级文化的批判,也包含着对以平等为名义用政治化的男性类特性压抑性别差异性、压抑个体生命差异性这一历史的反思。这一种性别立场是对男权文化传统的本体性否定,而不是男女轮回式的反叛。
