高职学生患者致病菌耐药性分析

目的：了解高职学生患者常见致病菌的种类及耐药情况,为临床抗感染治疗提供参考依据。方法：对来自高职学生患者的68株致病菌进行菌种鉴定和药敏试验,并对结果进行统计分析。结果：高职学生患者致病菌种的前三位分别是金黄色葡萄球菌（36．76％）、铜缘假单胞菌（17．65％）、大肠埃希氏菌（16．18％）;药敏试验结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺和达福普汀的敏感率较高保持为100％,但对青霉素G的耐药率很高,达到97．5％,铜绿假单胞菌对各类抗生素的耐药性均较强。结论：金黄色葡萄球菌对多种抗生素耐药率提高,临床上应重视药敏试验,根据药敏试验结果合理选用抗菌药。     

An Autonomist Biopolitics of Education: Reproduction,Resistance, and the Specter of Constituent Bíos

In considering the enigmatic relationships between philosophy, politics, and pedagogy, this essay attempts to map some of the currents in educational scholarship, particularly those running between reproduction theories and resistance theories. While these two theoretical frameworks have been at odds with one another, Gregory Bourassa suggests that both share orthodox commitments that prevent them from appreciating the constituent dimensions of revolutionary subjectivity. In seeking an alternative orientation, Bourassa proposes an autonomist biopolitics of education. This framework inverts the traditional circuits of resistance and suggests that schools follow behind and resist the constituent life forms (constituent bíos) of students. If resistance theory only attempts to identify the ways in which students resist school practices, it risks obscuring the potentiality of constituent bíos as a social ontology that is primary, always already present, and subject to the resistant practices of the school. Therefore, a key contribution of this essay is its development of an autonomist biopolitics of education. Within this framework, constituent bíos is recognized as the foundational and constitutive motor to which schools are constantly reacting. The adoption of this perspective, alongside more conventional understandings of resistance, offers a more nuanced conception of the relation between forms of life and schools.     

The visual rhetoric of the aerial view: From surveillance to resistance

We live in a world increasingly photographed from satellites, planes, and drones. Many scholars have viewed aerial imagery through a dystopian lens, largely due to its use by the state and its legacy of military applications. While problematic uses of aerial images persist, this paper theorizes rhetorical potentialities of aerial imagery. We posit how aerial imagery creates these potentialities through strategies related to questions of visibility, scale, and aesthetics. Using case studies that illuminate these strategies, we demonstrate how they can be used to resist state and corporate interests, constitute new social movements, and invite contemplation of otherwise repellent political subject matter. Ultimately, we argue that with increased technological access and the ability to reconfigure norms of expertise, the aerial view presents both opportunities for civic engagement and counter-hegemonic potential.     

豫东地区乡镇中小学体育课程改革阻抗因素的因子分析与策略研究

目前豫东地区乡镇中小学体育课程改革中的诸多阻抗因素,已成为影响基层学校体育课程改革深入发展的症结所在.文章通过问卷调研和数理分析得出其阻抗因素主要为：体育课改保障、评价、监督机制不完善;欠缺科学规划与管理,课改内涵认识不到位;经费保障和投入力度不足;师资力量不均衡;课程内容设置陈旧,课外体育活动开展方式单一.对其阻抗因素做出成因分析,并提出相应的对策与建议,以期为豫东地区乡镇中小学体育教育事业的发展提供服务与帮助.     

探析电源电动势和内电阻的测定方法和误差

物理实验在物理教学中占有很大的比例,理解实验原理,探究实验方法,合理分析误差是做好实验的前提,也是学好相应物理内容的关键.电学实验占物理实验的比重较大,其中,电源电动势和内电阻的测定既是电学实验的基础,又是不少学生难以掌握的内容.     

解读《钟形罩》中埃斯特·格林伍德的“理性疯癫”

《钟形罩》是美国自白派女诗人西尔维娅.普拉斯创作的唯一一部长篇小说。长期以来,众多学者用女性主义的视角来解读主人公埃斯特.格林伍德的形象,认为小说记录了埃斯特从自我疏离到疯癫,直至重建真实自我的心路历程。然而埃斯特是否真正疯癫却没有受到应有的关注。文章将从父权社会的压制和女性榜样的缺失两个层面来分析埃斯特精神崩溃的原因,从而揭示她的疯癫只是父权文化给予的标签,并不是其精神状态的真实反映。这种所谓的＂疯癫＂是20世纪50年代觉醒的美国女性对性别政治的反抗形式,是一种充满反叛精神的＂理性疯癫＂。

金属电极与硅的接触电阻是太阳电池中串联电阻的一部分,是影响太阳电池填充因子和短路电流进而影响光电转换效率的重要因素之一,通过了解接触电阻的大小,可以判断太阳电池电极的优劣。接触电阻的测量,较为困难,难以精确,笔者给出了一种基于PN Vinod三点测试方法的改进方法及测试实例。     

Resistance as method: unhappiness,group feeling,and the limits of participation in a digital storytelling workshop

This paper offers a narrative case study of Mirabel, one participant in a digital storytelling workshop for women who were newcomers to Canada, whose experience compelled me to rethink conceptualizations of participation in social justice-oriented, community-based participatory media projects. Drawing on the work of Sara Ahmed, I consider how Mirabel’s resistance to the ‘promise of happiness’ offered by the group was interpreted by others as a failure to participate. Conversely, I suggest that Mirabel’s experience and her digital story are generative for thinking about resistance as a method of participation and a political resource for the group. I argue that conceptualizations of participation should be complicated to include the kinds of agency demonstrated by participants like Mirabel who resist the norms of the digital storytelling workshop and group culture.

苏北高职院校体育教学改革实施中教师阻抗的现象学分析及消除策略

本文将教师阻抗定义为由于自身或外界因素导致教师对现有体育教学改革表现出的不满、反对、甚至抵制心理和行为。研究以教师阻抗为问题切入点,重点探究教师阻抗的内在原因。具体分析内容包括:现有体育教学改革实施现状、体育教师态度真相、冷落改革,阻抗缘由,并结合阻抗缘由提供相关消解建议。本研究主要以现象学研究方法作为方法论基础,由悬置与还原、体验与描述、反思与归纳、本质的呈现作为重点环节,参照Pollio的现象学研究方法流程,采用深度访谈,访谈对象20人,每轮访谈结束后及时将访谈录音转录为文本形式,访谈文本132571字。对访谈文本采取归纳与演绎相结合的形式,精简提炼并进行具体论证分析。结论:(1)高职院校体育改革情况并不理想,阻抗现象真实存在;(2)体育教师内心支持改革,主观排斥现象罕见,阻抗现象另有他因;(3)体育教师阻抗主要由于教师对公共体育课程教学指导纲要无从下手,各校围绕体育教学改革中需要变更新的大纲、教学方法、评价方式等工作茫然无措所导致。以此建议多安排一线教师参加培训学习;制定更为客观、易操作的教学方法和评价方式应用于高职院校体育教学一线;增大资金及人力投入;提高教师文化自信等方面,消除改革中出现的部分教师阻抗,也为高职体育改革提出一些思路。
