教师的职业认同刍议

教师对其职业的认同程度直接关系到教育事业的发展及教学工作的成效,提高教师的职业认同对教育及教学工作有着重要的意义。提高教师队伍整体的职业认同程度,可通过清退职业认同程度极差的教师,帮助教师进行职业规划,对教师进行职业认知的学习和训练这三种途径来实现。     

结合交际教学法提高高职英语课堂教学效果

以培养学生交际能力为教学目标是交际教学法的本质,也是高职英语课程教学的基本要求。教师如果能在高职英语课堂教学实践中充分发挥交际教学法的优点,针对学生的具体情况,制定出切实可行的教学计划,选用合适的教学材料,并有效地组织课堂教学活动,无疑将使课堂教学效果得到很大程度的提高。     

南京工业大学开设体育舞蹈选项课教学的调研

采用身体素质测试、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对参加体育舞蹈选项课学习前后的大学生部分身体素质以及学习情况进行调查与分析,认为体育舞蹈教学在普通高校体育课中的作用主要有：提高大学生上体育课的兴趣;有效地提高身体素质;培养大学生审美情趣,进行美育教育;提高大学生自信心,发挥他们更大的学习工作能力;丰富校园文化生活;提高大学生的自锻能力,为终身体育打下良好的基础。     

The differential effects of prior knowledge on learning: A study of two consecutive courses in earth sciences

We studied the occurrence and nature of learningin a university first year Introduction toGeomorphology course, and its relations with priorknowledge taught in a prerequisite course, and withthe prior knowledge in the to be learned subjects. Tendimensions of knowledge were tapped before and afterthe course by conventional and cognitive structuremeasures that were derived by the concept mappingmethodology. The fine-grain analysis of learningoutcomes yielded the following results: (a) studentsacquired only a small portion of the content in thecourse Introduction to Geomorphology, (b) the priorgeological and geomorphological knowledge did notaffect the learning of the new geomorphologicalcontents, (c) the minor effects appeared within ratherthan across knowledge dimensions, and they affectedmainly the learning of smaller knowledge units, and(d) concept definition cannot be considereda valid probe of knowledge. The differential effects of prior knowledge question thecentral, global and undifferentiated role that schematheories ascribe to prior knowledge in futurelearning. They call for greater reference to theexposed dimensions of knowledge by suggestingadditional factors to be considered in the sequencingof courses, as well as to the acquisition of complexknowledge with partial meaning of the basic knowledgeunits, and the use of new cognitive structure probesof knowledge.

本运用语境理论，论析了一定言语交际中词义存在的多重性及其歧义的产生，揭示了言语交际环境中歧义的消解不仅要借助语言内上下而且要借助语言外情景。     

一种针对访问控制系统的安全态势感知模型

针对高安全级别信息系统提出一种利用策略和审计日志信息进行态势感知的安全态势感知模型。相比传统通过入侵检测系统采集网络数据和系统数据进行分析的方法,该模型对于威胁事件有较强的灵敏度,能够在系统发生威胁事件的第一时间觉察。同时模型依托可信计算技术,使整个系统运行在允许范围内,有效提升系统防护能力,对高安全级别信息系统的安全监控有实际意义。

李吉林的情境教育思想是既有理论依据,又有相应行动方案,且经过亲身实践验证的教育思想;在李吉林的情境教育探索中,学生不仅是教师所创构的情境的享受者,而且是不断形成、丰富、优化的师生共同情境的创构者;情境教育特别需要教师有爱心、童心及恒心;李吉林的情境教育探索不仅含有"中国元素"、具有"中国特色",而且含有"人类元素"、具有"世界意义"。     

The relationship between exposure to family violence in childhood and post-traumatic stress symptoms in young adulthood: The mediating role of social support

BackgroundExtensive research has examined the relationship between exposure to family violence and its long-term mental health effects. Social support has been found to moderate this relationship, but there is a dearth of research on its mediating role.ObjectivesThe article presents the results of a study on the relationship between witnessing interparental violence and experiencing parental violence during childhood and adolescence on the one hand, and post-traumatic stress symptoms (PTSS) during young adulthood on the other. In addition, the article presents results on the role of social support as a mediator in this relationship.Method, participants, and settingA cross-sectional survey was conducted among 516 Israeli university and college students (90.7% female, and 9.3% male; M age = 24.9, SD = 2.7) using a retrospective, self-administered questionnaire.ResultsThe results revealed that exposure to each pattern of family violence (i.e., witnessing interparental violence and experiencing parental violence) predicted higher levels of PTSS. Furthermore, social support was found to partially mediate the relationship between exposure to family violence during childhood and adolescence and current PTSS as well as its four symptoms, i.e., depression, sleep disturbance, dissociation, and anxiety.ConclusionsThe results of the current study highlight the important role of social support in the association between adversities experienced early in life and young adulthood outcomes. The findings are interpreted on the basis of Conservation of Resources Theory (Hobfoll et al., 1990), which served as the conceptual framework for the study. The limitations of the study and implications for future research are discussed.
