Social Inclusion – Social Exclusion: Physical Exercise as Means Between Strengthening Individuals and Integration into Collectivities

Abstract

Physical exercise, beyond the mere physical aspect, is very much a social construct. But it is as well a means of constructing the social and as such it can be used in different ways. The contribution, taking a broad comparative perspective, will reflect on two major possibilities: the one may be called social inclusion as subordination and the other can be looked at as a matter of social inclusion by strengthening individuals. This also allows an understanding of new dangers of exclusion in the era of liquid modernity.

出版业作为文化产业,兼有意识形态属性与产业属性。作为出版企业实现文化属性1.0版本的公司社会责任,在我国呈现虚化之现实。美国的公益公司制度为盈利性企业实现公益目标确立了法律标识和法律框架,对于以社会效益为首位的出版企业尤其具有借鉴意义。我国应当对其进行改造式引进。以公益目的为首要目的的公益公司是对公司社会责任的实质性超越,是实现出版企业文化属性的2.0版本。     

Simulation of Fragment Impact on Multi-Layer Targets Using Contact Method

Cased explosives generate highly energetic fragments as their casing breaks up. Due to the complexity of casing fragment related behavior such as embedment, perforation and ricochet, it may be insufficient to use equivalent triangular pressure loading in fragment impact simulations. This simplified method may over- or under-predict the target response. Recently, a procedure using contact techniques has been proposed to overcome such difficulties. It has been shown that the new method has the inherent capability in modeling the multi-piece and multi-hit fragment impact problems in a more realistic way. To investigate the applicability of the proposed method to simulations involving multi-layer penetration, the selected problems of fragment impact on multi-layer targets are described in this paper. It is demonstrated that this method is capable of predicting the complicated multi-layer structural response caused by fragment impact and penetration. Modeling procedures and some technical issues are also discussed.

从文化差异看英汉习语

不同的生产方式、地理环境、饮食习惯、价值观念和宗教信仰构建成不同的社会文化环境,而不同的社会文化环境下形成的英汉习语往往带有鲜明的民族文化特征。它们之间往往存在对应(corresponding)、半对应(semi-cor-responding)和非对应(non-corresponding)的关系,在英汉习语互译过程中,大部分都不能直接翻译,而需要对它们之间的文化差异进行理解、分析,然后根据具体情况通过直译、意译、增译的方法,进行翻译。     

理论理路的分歧与借鉴——哲学社会科学语境中的教育学研究

在当今哲学社会科学的主导学术话语中,教育学不应仅仅处于理论的“被殖民”地位,而应把握自身独特的理论理路。本质意义上的“教育学”不是“教育现象之学”,而是“助人成长之学”,其理论理路的独特性在于理论起点上对人的成长的关注,研究理念上具有内在的乌托邦倾向,研究旨趣上的实践取向。对主流学术话语的借鉴需以对自身理论理路独特性的把握为基础。     

布朗族的发展与社会保障

布朗族是云南省7个人口在10万人以下的少数民族之一。新中国成立50多年来,布朗族地区及其布朗族人民的生活发生了翻天覆地的变化。云南省政府无论是在最低生活和社会养老保险方面、还是在新型农村合作医疗和五保供养方面,都对布朗族人民实现了最大的保障。然而,由于历史的原因,布朗族人民的社会保障还处于一个发展的过程。因此,政府应该全面落实科学的发展观,坚持以布朗族人民为本和为布朗族人民执政的思想,在推进社会主义新农村建设的过程中,建立有中国特色的农村社会保障制度,让布朗族人民同享社会政治、经济和文化发展的成果,并与经济社会同步发展。
