颜色词在英汉语言中比较丰富,通过比较可以看出在各个民族中色彩词的文化内涵都很丰富,英汉语言中对色彩词的使用存在明显差异.     

彩色图像信号的非均匀采样和重构

计算机图像处理技术的发展，加速了情报学对图像／视频等较大信息量的快速存储、检索、应用。本文讨论将彩色数字图像信号按一定的规则分割成相同大小的子块，对其进行非均匀降速采样的过程，重采样频率的自动确定、选择原则，重构信号的质量、数据量与子块的尺寸等问题，并以实际的彩色数字图像文件全部用VC 6．0编程实现非均匀降速采样和Hermite插值重构；以实验数据得出了一些有益的结论，并进行了分析讨论。分析方法、实现程序不仅彩色数字图像文件有效，对视频信号也有效的。     

网络条件下升格师范学院图书馆馆藏建设初探

以乐山师范学院图书馆为例谈合并升格为本科后师范院校图书馆馆藏建设的现状与思路:在正确的馆藏建设指导思想下,制定科学合理的馆藏规划方案,调整藏书结构,处理好现实馆藏与虚拟馆藏的关系,建立符合本校发展实际的馆藏体系。     

Lighting the Shroud of Turin for Exhibition in 2015

ABSTRACT

Lighting a cultural heritage artifact requires balancing visual perception with preventive conservation, by providing the best lighting (in terms of spectral distribution and quantity) to enable the viewer to appreciate details and color, while limiting photo-induced degradation. The paper outlines the methodology applied by a multi-disciplinary team while lighting the Shroud of Turin at its last public exhibition in 2015. The methodology considered the special requirements of the Shroud, including exposure to ultraviolet light, while providing appropriate display conditions that would meet audience expectations. The desired appearance (readability of the body image and color) was defined with the help of Shroud researchers and confirmed by subjective tests, while appropriate light levels for preservation were set in agreement with standard requirements and using knowledge of the degradation of linen in visible and UV light. The installation provided a controlled environment and a managed visitor route to the Shroud, assuring excellent perception of both details and color, with the lowest illuminance level about 15?lx.

"三农"问题一直横亘在我们心中,拂之而不能去。用社会学视野观察之,是想让具有乡土情结的人"倾听它的声响"。本期论坛主要讨论实现城乡协调发展必须进行体制改革、如何突破城乡二元结构、尊重和依靠农民跳出历史周期律、"组合竞选"谁与之争峰以及影响农民职业流动的因素。陆学艺教授认为,实现城乡协调发展必须打破"城乡分治、一国两策"的体制格局。郭书田研究员认为,突破二元经济社会结构必须在十四个方面予以改革;石山老先生认为,应在总结历史经验的基础上,尊重和依靠农民跳出历史周期律;辛秋水研究员认为,在村民自治中创造的"组合竞选制"模式具有科学规范、公平合理、简便易行等优点,值得推广;同春芬博士则在全面评述国内外研究现状的基础上,分析了影响中国农民职业流动的制度因素、社会因素和人力资本因素。     

高校学报体制改革实践——以《北京航空航天大学学报》为例

《北京航空航天大学学报》于2013年8月进行体制改革,采取学术与出版分离的办刊模式.文章以此为例,阐述实施方案、实践过程中的困难、解决措施,以及改革后的效果和变化,为探索更加科学有效的科技期刊改革方案提供参考.     

供给侧改革视角下对科技信息服务的几点思考

针对中央提出的“供给侧结构性改革”思路,通过梳理供给侧改革的理论基础,在总结我国科技信息服务 行业在供给侧现状的基础上,分析科技信息服务业所面临的三大挑战和机遇,提出基于科技信息供给侧要素的分析框 架,结合科研人员、企业等创新主体的需求,着重探索科技信息服务在供给侧结构性改革中所面临的新契机,希冀对 历史发展的新阶段如何促进科技信息服务业的发展提供参考。

An Examination and Validation of an Adapted Youth Experience Scale for University Sport

Limited tools assess positive development through university sport. Such a tool was validated in this investigation using two independent samples of Canadian university athletes. In Study 1, 605 athletes completed 99 survey items drawn from the Youth Experience Scale (YES 2.0), and separate a priori measurement models were evaluated (i.e., 99 items, YES 2.0, YES for Sport [YES-S]). Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and exploratory structural equation modeling (ESEM) results indicated issues with model fit. Post-hoc modifications improved fit, resulting in a 46-item, 9-factor model with five positive and four negative dimensions. In Study 2, 511 athletes completed the same items. The resultant model was confirmed using both CFA (comparative fit index [CFI] = .911, standardized root mean square residual [SRMR] = .056, root mean square error of approximation [RMSEA] = .040) and ESEM (CFI = .956, SRMR = .023, RMSEA = .034). The resultant University Sport Experience Survey provides a reliable and factorially valid instrument for measuring development in university sport.
