目的:观察悦容丹内服治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效,重点探讨其对患者血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平的影响。方法:80例黄褐斑患者随机分成治疗组(40例)、对照组(40例),正常组(38例)。治疗组采用悦容丹口服加外用广谱防晒霜,对照组维生素C片和维生素E胶丸口服加外用广谱防晒霜,治疗12周,正常组不治疗。观察分析临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率95.00%,对照组有效率72.5%,两组相比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);较正常组,治疗组与对照组SOD显著升高、MDA显著降低,差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗组血清SOD水平治疗后明显高于治疗前,MDA水平治疗后明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,治疗组血清SOD、MDA水平改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:悦容丹对黄褐斑疗效显著,无不良反应。其机制与调控机体SOD、MDA水平有一定相关性,值得临床深入探讨。  相似文献

[目的]优选室温下超声辅助提取仙人掌多糖的提取工艺.[方法]采用正交试验设计,分别考察液固比、超声时间、提取次数对提取率的影响.[结果]最佳提取工艺为:液固比35∶1 mL/g,超声时间25 min,提取次数2次.[结论]该工艺合理可行,可用于仙人掌多糖的提取.对多糖提取液的抗氧化研究表明,仙人掌多糖对羟自由基有一定的清除作用.  相似文献

汉字“以形示义”的功能和汉民族“据形识义”的文化心理,使得人们总是试图对发展后的字形和字义做出新的诠释,以期使新的形义关系得到统一.《现代汉语通用字表》中的“羊”部字的大部分形体与原始的构意保持一致,其构形笔意义类大致有四类:一是表示“羊”的种类名称;二是表示“美、善”之意;三是表示“地名或姓氏”的用字与“羊”有关联;四是表示与“羊”相关联的动作行为;五是与“羊”义无关联的(用作声旁的,构字部件与“羊”字形体相似的).通过考察分析,得出“羊”字的构形规律.  相似文献

为评价泉州湾底栖生物可口革囊星虫对有机污染物BaP的暴露风险,研究了BaP对可口革囊星虫体壁中氧自由基和丙二醛含量等因子的影响.结果表明:BaP对可口革囊星虫产生的氧自由基及膜脂过氧化伤害受暴露剂量和时间的双重影响.在20~500ng/gBaP浓度范围,超氧阴离子自由基含量随着BaP浓度以及暴露时间的延长呈显著上升变化,可口革囊星虫体壁丙二醛含量和羟自由基含量在BaP暴露1~4d内随暴露浓度的升高而显著增高;在暴露时间达7d时,各处理组丙二醛含量与BaP暴露4d之间无显著性差异,羟自由基含量则下降到与空白对照含量相当的水平.可口革囊星虫氧自由基和丙二醛含量可作为海洋环境BaP污染的早期预警生物标志物.  相似文献

Abstract

The author provides an overview of recent critical works on human rights that constitute important contributions to the literature and ties together key threads from the discourse. Monographs, edited collections, and select articles on human rights are examined that draw primarily on critical legal theory and feminist approaches, among others, such as radical democracy and radical cause lawyering. Also explored are intersections between the critical human rights scholarship surveyed and recent works on ecological feminism and environmental human rights. The author argues that such collected works are invaluable contributions for those seeking transformative approaches to law and social change through the critical human rights lens.  相似文献

Within media theory the worldwide shift from a 19th-century print culture via a 20th-century electronic culture to a 21st-century digital culture is well documented. In this essay the emergence of a digital culture as amplified and accelerated by the popularity of networked computers, multiple-user software, and Internet is investigated in terms of its principal components. A digital culture as an underdetermined praxis is conceptualized as consisting of participation, remediation, and bricolage. Using the literature on presumably “typical” Internet phenomena such as the worldwide proliferation of independent media centers (indymedia) linked with (radical) online journalism practices and the popularity of (individual and group) weblogging, the various meanings and implications of this particular understanding of digital culture are explored. In the context of this essay, digital culture can be seen as an emerging set of values, practices, and expectations regarding the way people (should) act and interact within the contemporary network society. This digital culture has emergent properties with roots in both online and offline phenomena, with links to trends and developments predating the World Wide Web, yet having an immediate impact and particularly changing the ways in which we use and give meaning to living in an increasingly interconnected, always on(line) environment.  相似文献

Abstract

This journal recently published a special issue on Kant, evil, moral perfection and education. The essays included in the special issue discussed the vulnerably and imperfection of human beings and the role of education as facilitating such beings in their pursuit of moral perfection. The contribution of this article is to put forward a Kantian idea of hope as a response to the difficulty of holding imperfect agents to an impossibly high standard (perfect virtue). Hope plays an enabling role for human agents, mediating the seemingly unstable relationship between imperfect moral agents, characterised by radical evil, and their duty to elevate themselves to the idea of moral perfection in an uncertain world. As such, hope can be seen as a response to the editors’ call to bring attention to the need to work with the vulnerabilities and imperfections of human beings through education and social change. One practical way in which education can accomplish this task is through role modelling. A further contribution of this article is to advocate a Kantian idea of impure role modelling (the role model as imperfect but hopeful).  相似文献

目的:探讨甲醛染毒对运动大鼠骨骼肌的毒性及刺五加的保护作用。方法:采用40只2月龄雄性WiStar大鼠,体重(180士10)g,随机分为对照组、模型组、刺五加组进行动式染毒,甲醛剂量分别为0.8mg/m3,2.4mg/m3。每天染毒30min,每周6次,连续4周,刺五加的灌胃剂量为104.17mg/kg,测定运动大鼠骨骼肌组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GsH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性和丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果:模型组与对照组相比,模型组大鼠骨骼肌组织中CAT、GSH-PX、SOD活性均明显低于对照组(P〈O.05),MDA含量明显高于对照组(P〈O.05)。刺五加组与模型组相比,刺五加组大鼠骨骼肌组织中CAT、GSH-PX、SOD活性明显高于模型组(P〈O.05),MDA含量显著低于模型组(P〈O.01)。结论:甲醛可以造成运动大鼠骨骼肌组织的氧化性损伤,而灌服刺五加可以有效缓解其毒性。  相似文献

Constructivism claims to be a postepistemology that replaces ‘traditional’ concepts of knowledge. Supporters of constructivism have argued that progress requires that pre‐service teachers be weaned off traditional approaches and that they should adopt constructivist views of knowledge. Constructivism appears to be gaining ground rapidly and should no longer be viewed as an exercise in radical thinking primarily aimed at generating innovative teaching. It has become an integral part of the pedagogic mainstream. Close examination of the theoretical foundations of constructivism, however, reveals that the basic assumptions of constructivism are flawed. Far from being a postepistemology, constructivism simply regresses to a pre‐Renaissance mindset with theology replaced with a psychologism. Constructivists should be aware that the implications of constructivism for future generations may be both profound and non‐benign.  相似文献
