我国竞技体育后备人才培养改革

通过对专家和竞技体育后备人才基地的调查，笔者认为，以加强体教结合为核心的体制创新是解决体育后备人才队伍不断萎缩的根本出路。因此．我们必须转变观念，清除阻碍竞技体育发展在认识上、体制上、机制上、制度上以及方法手段上的障碍，并根据各地的实际情况走创新之路。     

Student outcomes and perceptions of instructors' demands and support in online and traditional classrooms

In this study, seven graduate students were interviewed and 187 (91 online; 96 traditional) graduate students were surveyed about perceptions of differences in instructors' demands and support and student' motivation, self-regulation, satisfaction, and perceptions of learning in these environments. Results indicated significant differences in students' perceptions on all variables except self-efficacy. Results indicated a strong effect for differences between perceived instructor affective support in online and traditional classrooms. Although students in traditional classrooms ranked instructors' affective support higher, the variable had a stronger relationship with online students' satisfaction. Differences between online and traditional students' reports of instructors' academic support, instructors' demands, and students' satisfaction were significant with medium effect sizes. Results are important because they provide information about students' perceptions of the differences in environments created by instructors that relate to students' affective outcomes.     

对数据仓库的认识

计算机技术的发展和各种新的需求，是数据仓库技术的产生的强大动力。数据仓库技术将从事事务处理的传统数据处理与具有分析特性的处理分离开来，使得数据仓库，结合数据库成为一个新的体系化环境。数据仓库，联机分析处理及数据挖掘构成了这一体系的三大技术，并且使得决策支持系统的真正实现成为可能。数据仓库和ＤＳＳ是密不可分的，利用了 ＤＷ技术的支持，企业的决策分析才更有真实的意义。     

Integrated MSS effects: An empirical health care investigation

Since accurate decisions are required for effective management, much research has focused on information systems that support decision making. Recently, this research has engendered frameworks, such as the management support system (MSS), that are designed to provide comprehensive and integrated support for the decision making process. Few, if any, studies have empirically measured the effects of these frameworks on decision making. This article offers empirical evidence on MSS effectiveness. It overviews the decision making process, presents an MSS for supporting the process, and assesses the influences of the MSS on the process and outcomes of health care decision making. The paper also examines the implications of the analyses for information systems research and health care practice.     

基于技术追赶的企业技术能力发展路径研究

在文献回顾和实证研究基础上,提出了基于技术追赶的企业技术能力发展的一般路径,即通过对技术知识的不断学习、积累和使用,企业技术能力沿着搜索、选择、获取、吸收、改进五阶段模式螺旋式上升;并且认为这一路径是技术后进地区或国家的企业发展技术能力的有效途径。     

关于高能重离子碰撞中的反常子问题

本文对反常子的特性作了不同假设,分别给出它们穿过介质时的局域平均自由程,并与实验结果比较。最后用蒙特卡罗方法对反常现象进行了研究。     

LED产业集群中资源优化组织的关键路径——基于产业链创新协同平台视角

以提升LED产业集群中资源组织效率为目的,基于产业链创新服务平台视角,从产业链平台的业务流程出发,寻找资源组织的关键路径。基于提升资源组织速度的考虑,使用包括基本信息层、结构信息层、活动信息层、能力信息层和时间信息层的5层资源描述方法构建LED产业平台中虚拟单元。通过LED产业链平台中的应用,证明本方法在实践中是有效的。     

高校“资助育人”工作的瓶颈及提升探析

高校学生资助的本质是通过扶贫来扶智,目的是让"寒门学子"都有学可上,培养社会主义建设所需要的人才。目前,我国高校资助工作中还存在精准资助难、心理关怀少、育人成效低等问题。资助育人是一项长期而艰巨的任务,未来,高校资助工作需要把牢精准资助理念,立足育人基础;以立德树人为目标,加强理想信念教育;以促进学生全面发展为目标,多维度寻求资助途径,以期最大程度发挥"资助育人"的功效,有效促进"寒门学子"自觉践行社会主义核心价值观。     

集成创新的宏观意义:产业集聚层面的分析

集成创新是近几年来企业管理领域里出现的一种新的创新模式,主要讨论微观层面的创新问题。产业集聚现象是区域经济发展中的一种组织形式,集聚区内企业通过合作与交流发挥规模经济效应。目前关于产业集聚的研究主要源自区域经济理论,集中于其特性及有关的公共政策问题。本文在比较分析这两种理论的基础上用集成创新的思路设计了产业集聚的演化路径,可以较好地解释产业集聚的形成机理问题。     

产业集群内知识转移的小世界网络模型分析

产业集群内各成员之间通过知识转移这一社会行为建立了复杂的连接关系,研究表明,这些连接纵横交错形成集群的知识转移网络,呈现出典型的小世界特征。用小世界网络模型分析产业集群,并运用特征路径长度和集团化系数来表征集群成员间知识转移频率和集聚程度,旨在为促进产业集群发展提供一种新的分析思路。
