行业企业参与职业教育的激励机制研究之三——长效机制的建立

企业参与职业教育办学,其深度和持久性如何,很大程度上在于建立一种可持续的长效机制。这种机制的建立不仅需要政府的法律政策保障,需要满足企业利益诉求的职业院校有力服务,还需要建立校企互惠共赢的共担人才培养的机制。     

大学生创业资金支持系统构建研究

创业资金是大学生创业中不可或缺的重要因素,也是制约大学生创业能否成功的主要瓶颈。文章从政策法规健全、创业专项基金设立、社会资金盘活等方面阐述和分析了如何持续、有效构建大学生创业资金支持系统,为大学生创业活动提供有力的资金保障。     

旅游安全评估与恢复系统的科技支撑体系

信息资讯技术的飞跃式发展对现代旅游安全管理提出了巨大的挑战,特别是旅游安全问题越来越受到旅游者的重视,任何安全问题的发生都会影响到旅游业的形象,减弱旅游者的忠诚度,损害旅游业的可持续发展。基于科技支撑的纬度,从旅游安全管理实践的角度出发,通过对旅游安全管理和科技支撑的内在共生性分析,总结出旅游安全评估与恢复系统有三个组成部分,即旅游安全事后恢复、旅游安全事后调查与评价以及旅游安全事后学习。对此阐述以期能够为旅游业安全管理和控制提供一定的借鉴意义。     

基于支持向量机的结构损伤识别

支持向量机是一种基于统计学习理论和结构风险最小化原则的新型机器学习算法。介绍了支持向量机分类概率估计和回归估计,构造基于模态频率的损伤指标标识量,根据分类概率估计与回归算法计算结构损伤位置及程度。通过简支梁仿真算例,验证了该方法的有效性。     

工作支持量表在高校教师中的试用研究

采用工作支持问卷对河北省288名高校教师进行问卷调查。工作支持量表从内容上看比较适合高校教师的测量。该量表内部一致性较好,量表分半信度系数及各维度信度系数均符合测量学要求;探索性因素分析表明,各因子的项目分布与原量表项目分布比较接近。结论：工作支持量表在测量高校教师工作支持程度上是比较满意或至少是可用的工具;高校教师工作支持总体水平较好,在性别与所属学科上存在显著差异。     

建立高校家庭经济困难学生二元资助体系研究

2007年开始,国家对高等学校家庭经济困难学生的经济资助力度大幅增加,高校通过＂奖、贷、助、补、减＂,开始建立新的资助体系。因此,如何构建完善的高校家庭经济困难学生资助体系,并提出改善思路,对开拓富有实效、与时俱进的助学工作新格局具有重要的理论和实践意义。

In this column, a mother shares the story of her son's birth with her prenatal yoga instructor. The mother was able to work with her labor, was well supported by her husband and doula, and negotiated successfully with the hospital staff to have a safe, healthy birth. She describes how difficult labor is and the ways in which comfort and support strategies help women manage contractions.     

Authentic school partnerships for enabling inclusive education in Hong Kong

Education reform towards a whole school approach to catering for diversity within Hong Kong government schools has seen the initiation of several strategies to support mainstream schools in this transition. One of these approaches is the use of a resource school model. Special and mainstream schools in Hong Kong are being invited to establish themselves as resource support hubs for partner mainstream schools. This paper investigates how this model is being implemented by considering one of each type of resource school. Three broad themes have emerged that relate to the type of support being offered and sought: the school ethos and culture of the partner schools; and management issues. The effectiveness of a resource model is evaluated for its use in Hong Kong.     

高职院校实训基地建设资金筹措的方式及路径研究

在高等教育改革这样一个宏观大背景下,全国高职院校招生规模不断攀升。由此导致高技能人才培养规模与实验、实习、实训资源不足的矛盾突出。在探讨多元化筹资渠道的同时,还要重点考虑筹资的成本、筹资风险的规避、资金使用效益的提高以及建立有效的筹资组织,以保证高等职业教育健康、稳定的发展。     

Motivational influences on school‐prompted interest

Some argue that the goal of education is to influence out‐of‐school learning activity, yet little research exists on how teachers can help students develop an interest in a topic and continue to pursue that interest outside of school. The current study tested classroom context variables from self‐determination theory (teachers’ autonomy support) and from achievement goal theory (teachers’ mastery goals) that may predict students’ school‐prompted interest above and beyond students’ mastery goals and self‐efficacy. Survey data were collected from 178 high school students in 15 mathematics classes. Hierarchical multiple regression revealed that students’ perceptions of a teacher who focuses on mastery goals account for little variance above and beyond students’ own motivation, whereas perceived teachers’ autonomy support emerged as a significant predictor. While the results are correlational and do not support causal claims, they suggest that teachers who support student autonomy might foster school‐prompted interest.
