基于协同理论的高校科研管理探析

在科技创新高速发展的背景下,高校科研管理的协同发展成为需求。文章将协同理论引入科研管理系统,分析了在科研管理中引入协同管理理论的必要性,并从协同理论的三个主要层面,探讨了科研管理协同发展的对策,指出科研管理的成效决定于科研管理子系统的协同效应;找准序参量是决定科研高速发展的重要条件;科研管理应崇尚无为而治。     

供应链管理发展研究——基于市场角度

供应链管理理论为供应链成员企业创造了巨大的价值,也使供应链管理理论成为管理科学近50年来最重要的理论之一。按照供应链管理发展的不同阶段,对供应链管理的内容进行整理。据此预测了电子市场环境下供应链间走向合作竞争的趋势,主张供应链在发展的过程中,应根据自身所处的环境特点制定恰当的策略。     

大学教师教学与科研发展的状态调查

以问卷调查方式对三所大学中教师的教学与科研发展协调状况进行调研。数据表明教师普遍具有较好的教学与科研协调意识,但在校方现行的各项制度体系中,尤其是评价考核压力下,教师在教学科研行为中对于两者的协调难以充分实践。通过对不同教师群体在教学与科研具体困扰及冲突的进一步调查与分析,指出教学、科研团队建设是协调大学教师教学科研发展的有效途径。     

江苏省城乡群众体育协调发展研究

以江苏省城乡群众体育发展现状为研究对象,运用文献资料、问卷调查、实地考察、数理统计等研究方法,从城乡群众体育锻炼行为、体育组织管理、体育消费等方面对江苏省城乡群众体育发展现状进行比较研究。结果显示,城乡群众体育发展有着显著性差异,不协调现象依然存在。针对这种现象,提出相关建议,以期为解决江苏省城乡体育发展不平衡,实现城乡体育协调发展提供参考。     

Synchronized metronome training induces changes in the kinematic properties of the golf swing

The purpose of this study was to evaluate possible effects of synchronized metronome training (SMT) on movement dynamics during golf-swing performance, as captured by kinematic analysis. A one-group, between-test design was applied on 13 male golfers (27.5 ± 4.6 years old, 12.7 ± 4.9 handicap) who completed 12 sessions of SMT over a four-week period. Pre- and post-assessments of golf swings with three different clubs (4-iron, 7-iron, and pitching wedge) were performed using a three-dimensional motion capture system. Club velocity at three different swing phases (backswing, downswing, and follow-through) was measured and cross-correlation analysis of time-series signals were made on joint couplings (wrist–elbow–shoulder) of both arms, and between joints and the club, during the full golf swing. There were significantly higher cross-correlations between joint-couplings and concomitant changes of the associated phase-shift differences, as well as reduced phase-shift variability at post-test. No significant effect of SMT was found for the club velocities. We suggest that domain-general influences of SMT on the underlying brain-based motor control strategies lead to a more coordinated movement pattern of the golf-swing performance, which may explain previous observations of significantly improved golf-shot accuracy and decreased variability after SMT.     

2-(4-羧基苯基)-苯并咪唑和铜(Ⅱ)二元配位聚合物的合成及晶体结构

采用溶剂挥发法,选择2-(4-羧基苯基)苯并咪唑为有机配体成功地合成了一种三维层状结构的铜(Ⅱ)配位聚合物,通过X射线单晶衍射仪对结构进行了表征,结果表明,该配合物属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,晶胞参数a=0.9939(2)nm,b/=1.0633(2)nm,c=1.5193(3)nm,α=90.00°,β=92.719(4)°,γ=90.00°,Z=2.中心铜原子通过2-(4-羧基苯基)-苯并咪唑配体的两个氧原子和两个氮原子形成平行四边形的配位环境.     

Broadband Utilization in Space: Effects of Population and Economic Structure

We examine the effect of public policy on the growth of Internet use. Using a decentralized country—Spain—as an example, we compare the 17 Spanish regions to test different Internet policy designs, taking into account the quality and number of specific programs promoted by regional governments, as well as the presence or absence of strategic planning in each region. We treat the percentage of Internet users as a dependent variable to compare its diffusion in different territories. Our findings show that educational levels and economic differences explain about half of the variations observed. Furthermore, the regional policies play a significant role in explaining regional variations. We investigate which public policy instruments are more significant for the development of the Internet, and find that focused policy intervention and complex policy initiatives are more significant than other policy instruments in explaining the increase in the percentage of Internet users.     

基于收益共享契约的突发事件下四级供应链协调研究

研究四级供应链在突发事件下的协调问题.首先构建基于收益共享契约的四级供应链模型,证明该模型在正常状态下可以实现供应链协调,然后分析突发事件下造成市场随机需求和生产成本同时扰动时,原收益共享契约无法实现供应链协调的原因,提出应对策略并改进收益共享契约使供应链达到协调,最后经数值算例得到验证.研究结果表明,运用收益共享契约不仅能够有效地协调供应链,而且对供应链系统具有较好鲁棒性.     

耦合视角下的企业智力资本价值贡献研究

借鉴物理学中的耦合理论,测度了2007～2011年我国高科技上市公司的智力资本价值贡献度,构架了智力资本价值贡献耦合模型并尝试性测度了其耦合协调度,提出了智力资本无纲量化的会计计量设想。     

教育与经济社会发展协调性研究--基于国家和地方发展规划视角

教育规划必须与经济发展的总体规划相适应。本文应用模糊数学协调度评价方法,对我国部分省区的教育规划与国民经济和社会发展规划的协调性进行定量评价,研究表明,总体上地方《教育规划纲要》对各省区的国民经济和社会发展“十二五”规划的协调程度较高,但是按照这两个规划的目标实施后,与2009年相比协调性有所下降。为了更好的发挥教育规划对教育发展的指导作用,建议规范教育规划的编制规程;加强规划的协调评估,建立规划实施评估和调整机制。
