基于贝叶斯网络的人力资源管理评价体系

目前对人力资源的管理局限于人力资源管理过程的研究,文章将贝叶斯网络引入到人力资源管理评价中,提出人力资源管理结果的贝叶斯评价预测模型,取得了较好的预测效果。     

医用磷酸二氢钙合成方法的研究

本文阐述了复合骨修复材料和聚磷酸钙的研究发展,并重点研究了作为聚磷酸钙前体磷酸二氢钙的实验室合成方法。     

<Emphasis Type="Italic">Agrobacterium</Emphasis>-mediated transformation of herbicide resistance in creeping bentgrass and colonial bentgrass

Embryogenic calli were induced from the seeds of creeping bentgrass (Agrostis palustris Huds.) cv. Regent and colonial bentgrass (Agrostis Tenuis Sibth. Fl. Oxen.) cv. Tiger. The embryogenic calli were precultured on fresh medium for 4–7 days and then co-cultivated withAgrobacterium tumefaciens, LBA4404. which contains plasmid vector-pSBGM harboring bar coding region, synthetic green fluorescent protein (sGFP) coding region and matrix attachment region (MAR). After 3 days of co-cultivation, the calli were washed thoroughly and transferred to MS medium containing 2 mg/L of 2, 4-D, 12–15 mg/L phosphinothricin (PPT) and 250 mg/L of cefotaxime. After 2–3 months of selection, the actively growing calli of ‘Regent’ and ‘Tiger’ were transferred to MS medium with 12–15 mg/L PPT and 250 mg/L cefotazime for regeneration. The putative transformants were maintained on MS medium with 3 mg/L PPT for long period but control died within 1 month. After establishing in greenhouse, the transformants also showed strong resistance to 0.4% of herbicide Basta but control plants died within 2 weeks. Under confocal microscope, both young leaves and roots showed significant GFP expression. PCR analysis revealed the presence of a DNA fragment of GFP gene at the expected size (380 bp) in the transformants and its absence in a randomly selected control plant.     

Using the Phono‐Graphix reading programme as a literacy support intervention strategy

The study outlined here was an attempt to investigate the effectiveness of using the Phono‐Graphix reading programme with a group of four struggling readers/non‐readers. The children selected were in Primary 2 and had already had one‐and‐a‐half years of mixed reading instruction strategies – primarily Jolly Phonics with a ‘look and say’ approach. The children were taught in twice weekly ‘pull out’ sessions in addition to learning with their peers in their normal, daily classroom lessons. Results showed that they had improved in all literacy sub‐skills being assessed. Two of them also improved on standardised assessments. All children were observed to be reading (and spelling) more accurately than at the beginning of the project.     

试论康德先天综合判断及其可能性

《纯粹理性批判》是康德哲学的基础,主要论证先天综合判断的存在,这缘于康德确信逻辑、数学和自然科学知识以及应对＂休谟问题＂。康德所谓的先天综合判断并不存在,因为他没有正确理解数学和自然科学的性质和可靠性,他所依赖的亚里士多德逻辑自身是存在缺陷的,他对＂休谟问题＂的所谓解决其实是回避。     

基于稀疏求解的改进PCA方法在SAR目标识别中的应用

针对实际军事情况下车辆目标为非合作目标,提出改进的主成分分析方法（IPCA）。它首先利用稀疏求解方法得到与测试样本最相关的部分训练样本以及它们对测试样本的表示系数。然后结合主成分分析（PCA）得到最优投影矩阵,使投影后不同测试样本能更好地利用训练样本信息进行分类。利用美国运动和静止目标获取与识别数据库中3类目标进行识别实验,结果表明基于改进的PCA方法比传统的PCA方法能够得到更高的识别率,并对稀疏方位角训练样本有更好的鲁棒性。     

学习型城市创建的模糊综合评价研究——以天津为例

学习型城市的建设是提升城市竞争力的重要途经,已成为国内外众多城市的重点发展方向.根据天津市开展和实施学习型城市的现状,提出天津创建学习型城市的多层次综合评价指标体系,并将模糊综合评价方法应用到该研究中,解决被评价对象无法具体量化、权重不易判断的多层次指标综合评价问题.通过问卷调查对天津创建学习型城市的阶段成果进行测量,提出存在的问题和发展重点.     

人造生命技术及其伦理学讨论综述

生命科学的迅猛发展不可避免地涉及人类自身,随着后基因组时代的到来,合成生物学、人造生命技术的发展必将广泛地应用于能源、环境、材料、医药等诸多领域,因此科学技术进步与传统伦理之间的矛盾也必将出现,从而影响和改变人类未来的生活。     

丰富高职数学课堂 提高学生综合素质

从改变高职数学课堂现状出发,围绕提高学生综合素质,从高职数学课堂教学内容、教学手段、方法等方面做了分析和探讨,提出了若干丰富课堂教学的建议。     

基于模糊综合评价法的非英语专业硕士生英语口试评分研究

由于现行非英语专业硕士生英语口试易受考官等主观因素影响,其评分方法也存在不足。本文针对非英语专业硕士生英语口试中的模糊性,采用模糊综合评价方法,建立非英语专业硕士生英语口试模糊综合评分的评判模型并进行实证分析。研究表明：非英语专业硕士生英语口试模糊综合评分能有效减少主观因素的影响,且计算方法简单,评判结果更精确。
