隐性知识转移框架研究--以医院科研工作实践为例

医院科研团队虽然明确了解所需要的知识与具有外部嵌入知识来源的有效性,并利用多种多样的工作实践途径来促进内部隐性知识的转移。但是,医院科研在实践中仍然存在隐性知识转移的困境。文章对科研团队对怎样组织与设计知识转移实践的方式以及达到什么程度才符合知识转移和达到共享的目标、如何把这些知识存储到团队的知识管理系统来管理和捕捉隐性知识等问题进行研究讨论,把研究内部隐性知识转移思路集中定位在医院科研工作实践过程中,分析医院科研团队工作实践情境中知识重组与知识转移关系,希望通过建立跨职能科研部门以及工作实践情境的观点解决知识转移问题,促进科研协作、知识交流、学习和创新。     

不同级别项目团队科研人员信息查询行为特征与差异性

目的：评价不同级别团队科研人员的信息查询行为特征和差异.方法：采用自行研制的科研人员信息查询行为量表,调查所在学校承担国家级、省级、厅级、局级4个层面科研项目的36个团队218名科研人员的信息查询行为,并比较分析其信息查询行为特征和差异.结果：团队中不同性别、不同学历、不同职称科研人员的信息查询行为均存在显著差异,高职称的科研人员对信息查询行为最强;承担国家级科研项目的团队科研人员的信息查询行为最优.结论：应针对项目团队科研人员的信息查询行为水平,提高、增强科研人员的信息协作能力和信息素养,为其构建良好的信息资源环境.     

Child maltreatment deaths in the U.S. National Child Death Review Case Reporting System

Comprehensive reviews of child death are increasingly conducted throughout the world, although limited information is available about how this information is systematically used to prevent future deaths. To address this need, we used cases from 2005 to 2009 in the U.S. National Child Death Review Case Reporting System to compare child and offender characteristics and to link that information with actions taken or recommended by review teams. Child, caretaker, and offender characteristics, and outcomes were compared to team responses, and findings were compared to published case series. Among 49,947 child deaths from 23 states entered into the Case Reporting System during the study period, there were 2,285 cases in which child maltreatment caused or contributed to fatality. Over one-half had neglect identified as the maltreatment, and 30% had abusive head trauma. Several child and offender characteristics were associated with specific maltreatment subtypes, and child death review teams recommended and/or planned several activities in their communities. Case characteristics were similar to those published in other reports of child maltreatment deaths. Teams implemented 109 actions or strategies after their review, and we found that aggregating information from child death reviews offers important insights into understanding and preventing future deaths. The National Child Death Review Case Reporting System contains information about a large population which confirms and expands our knowledge about child maltreatment deaths and which can be used by communities for future action.     

Sex does not matter: gender bias and gender differences in peer assessments of contributions to group work

This paper considers the possibility of gender bias in peer ratings for contributions to team assignments, as measured by an online self-and-peer assessment tool. The research was conducted to determine whether peer assessment led to reliable and fair marking outcomes. The methodology of Falchikov and Magin was followed in order to test their finding that gender has no discernable impact on peer ratings. Data from over 1500 participants at two universities enrolled in four different degree programmes were analysed. The research indicates an absence of gender bias in six case studies. The research also found that women received significantly higher ratings than men.     

新时期高校共青团干部队伍建设和管理探析

当前高等教育大众化、信息来源网络化、课余生活多样化、学习时间弹性化的新形势对团干部队伍提出了新的要求,要积极应对改革发展中出现的新问题,如多校区办学导致团的干部相对不足;后勤服务社会化教学、生活管理相对分离;思想政治教育工作统筹安排需团干部进学生公寓;学生规模和群体结构有了新的变化,学生数量激增且学生素质参差不齐;团员意识形态复杂化。这些问题的出现使高校共青团面临更为艰巨的任务,对高校团干部队伍建设提出了更高的要求。     

基于大学英语教师发展的教师团队合作研究

近年来,随着我国大学英语教学改革的不断深入,大学英语教师发展问题也受到越来越多的关注。本文从团队合作的视角为高校大学英语教师发展提供思路。教师之间的团队合作是促进教师发展的一种重要途径,团队合作有利于课堂教学质量的提高,也有助于大学英语教师自身专业素质及科研能力的提升。大学英语教师团队合作,应根据教师自身的特点,组建各种特色教学团队,培养团队成员的综合素质,保障教师团队有效运行的激励机制。     

Using communities of practice to enhance interdisciplinary teaching: lessons from four Australian institutions

We report on the establishment of communities of practice at four Australian institutions and evaluate their effectiveness and durability as a means of building staff and institutional capacity for interdisciplinary teaching. A community of practice approach is a potentially valuable methodology for overcoming dynamics of fragmentation, isolation and competition within universities. The communities we established were anchored by a shared focus on the topic of climate change and they worked collaboratively to build relationships of trust and reciprocity between teachers in a wide range of disciplines. The aim of each community was to improve the teaching of climate change through enabling members to integrate diverse disciplinary perspectives, to teach collaboratively, to promote innovation through exchange and to demonstrate leadership within their institutions. The key factors that made our communities effective and durable are: (1) designation of two leadership roles, activator and facilitator, (2) provision for institutional autonomy in domesticating the model to fit local circumstances and (3) a pragmatic emphasis on opportunities for teaching innovation and leadership within existing administrative structures, teaching programs and workloads. We conclude that suitably designed and resourced communities of practice are a viable means of improving interdisciplinary teaching of complex problems by facilitating both staff development and institutional learning.     

The impact of the organizational transfer climate on the use of teacher leadership competences developed in a post-initial Master's program

The transfer of learning outcomes of Master's programs for teachers is not self-evident. In this study, 18 teachers who recently graduated and their supervisors were interviewed on the transfer of leadership competences developed during their Master's program and on how the organizational transfer climate of the school supported or hindered this transfer. In schools with high levels of transfer, strategic partnerships between Master's-level teachers and formal leaders were observed, which facilitated a two-way process in which the application of new competences led to changes in the workplace. Therefore, the Master's program contributed to both professional development and school improvement.     

河南建业队2012年中超联赛降级原因分析研究

在刚刚过去的2012年中超联赛,河南建业队在投资近一亿元,队内还拥有多名中外国字号球员的情况下,以排名最后一名提前一轮降级。这一结果实在令广大中原球迷接受不了。运用文献资料、数理统计、录像观察、比较法、访谈法等对2012年中超联赛河南建业足球队降级原因作出更深层次的剖析和研究。结果表明：俱乐部管理层不“职业”,导致在教练的选定、内外援的引进等各方面显得非常业余,是建业队降级的主要原因。
