智能化实验室教学管理模式

结合作者多年的实验室教学管理经验,对传统实验室教学管理模式中存在的一些问题进行了探讨,提出一种新的智能化实验室教学管理模式。该模式运用先进的计算机智能系统,便于实现实验室的开放教学,网络化,智能化,同时提高实验室的安全性保障。

本文以会计学专业本科生教学模式为例,结合我国现有会计学专业本科生教学模式的现状,探讨基于“团队建制的本科生与研究生”阶梯式培养对本科生人才教育教学的意义,并提出该模式的优化改进措施,加速该模式快速应用于本科教育教学工作中,具有十分重要的意义.     

Exploring the effects of substituting basketball players in high-level teams

Substituting basketball players during competition is a key process to optimise collective performance. Available research on this topic is scarce, probably due to the difficulty in isolating these effects; thus, the aim of this study was to identify the temporal effects of substitutions in basketball (Spanish professional basketball league). The sample was composed of 1118 substitutions gathered from 21 basketball games. The analysed variables were coach-controlled (player and team’s personal fouls, player in and player out roles, player’s in and out minutes on-court and timeout situation); on-court (foul committed, free throws, 2- and 3-point field-goal effectiveness) and situational variables (scoreline, quality of opposition, game location and game quarter). The results showed positive scoring performances after the substitution for all the analyses. During the first quarter, there were significant effects for fouls committed, scoreline and game location after the substitution. The player’s out personal fouls, free-throw effectiveness, player in, minutes on-court player in, timeout situation and 3-point field-goal effectiveness were significant during the second quarter. The team’s personal fouls, game location, and scoreline were identified as important in the third quarter. The fourth quarter did not show significant effects on the independent variables. Current findings allow optimising coaches’ plans and team management of on-court and bench players throughout the game.

我国艺术体操集体项目与25届世锦赛前6名在完成得分中的差距和分析--2002年联通杯全国艺术体操锦标赛调研

集体项目是我国艺术体操参加世界比赛的重点项目，对25届世锦赛及2002年中国联通杯艺术体操比赛中集体项目前6名完成得分的有关数据做分析，结果表明：我国各集体队柔韧身体技术动作的完成质量较好，但现阶段我国各集体队的完成得分与世界先进水平仍有一定差距，具体表现为：因全套动作容量偏少，致使成套动作速度偏慢，动作力度不足；因跳步与转体技术不足而造成扣分次数较多；平衡技术不稳定；因带器械的技术和图形不好，造成扣分现象较严重；因运用器械能力不足，造成器械技术硬伤失误扣分较多。这说明我国集体项目运动员在某些身体技术和器械技术的训练上、规格上与世界先进水平存在一定的差距.

人工智能生成物不具有作品属性的分析

人工智能生成物是否属于著作权法意义上的作品,应根据生成物的产生过程判断,而不仅仅是生成物外在本身。现有人工智能只能按照人类预先设定好的特定算法、程序或规则生成内容,生成物是执行既定流程的产物,不符合著作权法中作品独创性要求,不宜认定为作品。即使不考虑生成物的创作主体,认为其具有外在作品的一般属性而享有著作权,同样会带来权利归属的难题。     

Emotional intelligence and academic attainment of British secondary school children: a cross-sectional survey

Trait emotional intelligence (trait EI) covers a wide range of self-perceived skills and personality dispositions such as motivation, confidence, optimism, peer relations and coping with stress. In the last few years, there has been a growing awareness that social and emotional factors play an important part in students’ academic success and it has been claimed that those with high scores on a trait EI measure perform better. This research investigated whether scores on a questionnaire measure of trait EI were related to school performance in a sample of British pupils. Results showed that high performing students had higher trait EI scores than low performing students and that some aspects of trait EI (motivation and low impulsivity) as well as total trait EI were significant predictors of academic achievement after controlling for prior attainment at school. Therefore, initiatives to develop the emotional and social abilities of schoolchildren might be worthwhile and more effective than concentrating solely on teaching and curriculum activities.     

我国备战与征战奥运会中有待思考与解决的问题

为有助于我国奥运选手在未来奥运会上取得理想运动成绩,采用文献研究和逻辑分析等方法对我国备战与征战奥运会过程中有待思考与解决的3个问题:国家队教练组组构与功能、运动竞赛中“黑马现象”与“黑马心理”以及经验训练与科学训练等进行了初步探讨。研究认为,国家队教练组应是一个由多学科专家组成的高素质团队;比赛中出现的“黑马”主要源于其“心理”;现阶段,经验训练对金牌贡献率大于所谓的“科学训练”。
