信息化教学在计算机应用基础课程中的应用

在计算机应用基础课程中从选取教材,分析学生,课程设计的多个环节,融入信息化元素,不仅可以丰富课程、充分调动学生学习的积极性,还能通过发放给学生大量学习素材,实现学生为核心、以自学为主导、以动手制作为主线的开放式的课堂教学模式,从而改进传统教学的弊端,提升计算机应用课程的课堂效果。     

关于建筑物不均匀沉降的地基处理方法

工程建设在经济高速发展的推动下取得了重大的突破,尤其是高层建筑物的密集程度日益提高,建筑物不均匀沉降成为地基面临的主要问题之一。在介绍建筑物地基不均匀沉降带来的危害的基础上,从不同方面分析和总结了其产生的原因,深入研究防治措施并且阐述了针对软弱地基与不良地基的处理方法,以求达到有效预防、控制建筑物不均匀沉降的产生,最终消除事故根源的目的。

目前,强夯法以其造价低且施工简单的特点,在黄土湿陷性处理应用中得到了较大发展.本文从强夯对黄土湿陷性影响出发,分析了强夯消除黄土湿陷性的机理,为此法的设计应用提供借鉴.

The nature and incidence of barriers to learning among Grade Three learners in Tshwane

Abstract

A questionnaire designed to investigate the epidemiology of barriers to learning was given to the parents of 800 Grade 3 learners from 11 schools in the Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality, Gauteng Province, South Africa. This article reports on only the frequency and nature of problems as experienced by the 634 learners whose families completed the questionnaire. A differentiation was made between developmental problems noted in the pre-school stage and learning barriers identified after Grade 1 entry. Results show that 50.5 per cent of Foundation Phase learners experienced barriers described as moderate to severe difficulties or disabilities, with a fairly even gender distribution. The most commonly experienced difficulty in pre-school is concentration. While concentration and task completion are the most frequently experienced barrier in formal schooling. Attention Deficit Disorder (inattentive type) is the most frequently diagnosed disorder.     

Feminism and Constructivism

In this article, I explore the tensions between constructivism and feminism in teaching a course on social work practice with women. Drawing on modernist feminist theory, I examine the conflict between validating the stories that women construct for themselves, while raising women's awareness of the difficulties in constructing liberated stories in an oppressive society. I discuss strategies I have used in the classroom to address, albeit not resolve, these tensions.     

“Equal Time” and “Equal Voice”

ABSTRACT

This paper outlines the development, implementation, and qualitative and quantitative evaluations of a foundation research course structured to give “equal time” and “equal voice” to both qualitative and quantitative research content. Assessment of this integrative approach suggested that students' gain in qualitative research knowledge was strongly correlated with their gain in quantitative research knowledge (r = .653, p > .0005), and some students believed “I am better able to evaluate my practice” as a result of taking this course.     

大学计算机基础教学改革探索
