对克隆人技术发展的哲学思考

克隆人技术可分为治疗性克隆和生殖性克隆。治疗性克隆日益得到世人的宽容或支持,而生殖性克隆仍遭到大多数人的反对。理性剖析这一现象蕴涵的内在本质,不难得出生殖性克隆与治疗性克隆并没有不可逾越的道德鸿沟。有理由相信,随着克隆技术的进步,生殖性克隆终将和治疗性克隆一样被人们逐渐接受。

Using a sensory approach with children who challenge

In this article Denise Chilvers and Angela Cole describe a school‐based study which is located very much in an action‐research idiom. Starting from a questioning, but collegial, stance on identifying positive interventions for children who challenge, the authors illustrate how theory and reflection on practice can lead to significant innovations in pedagogy and curriculum. They provide a thought‐provoking account of how a multi‐sensory approach in one setting has had a notable impact on pupils' social behaviour.     

An Examination of Perceived Therapeutic Bond as a Mediator of Psychological Outcomes

The client's perception of the therapy relationship is an essential component of modern theoretical orientations. To date, there is a lack of quantitative research examining how the therapeutic bond affects therapy outcomes in college counseling. This study used path analysis to examine longitudinal therapy outcomes with 423 college students. Having a stronger therapeutic bond predicted decreased symptoms of depression, social anxiety, and academic distress. Findings support continued attention to developing a working relationship.     

防治新冠病毒化学药物专利合作网络演化研究

对江苏信息中心“新冠疫情专利信息平台”数据库中的专利分别进行整体结构、个体结构、药物维度和省市合作分析,发现:(1)我国防治新冠病毒化学药物专利合作网络规模、合作关系和合作次数一直在增加,但合作密度有所下降,该领域中各创新主体之间还存在着较大合作空间;(2)专利合作网络关键节点如大学、研究机构或企业等在不同阶段变动比较大,说明主体很难建立长期稳定的合作关系;(3)防治不同类型病毒的化学药物专利合作网络规模和网络密度演化情况有所不同,这与病毒的特性有关;(4)从我国省市合作中心来说,出现了以北京为核心逐步向长三角、珠三角的核心省市合作转移的情形.     

人的克隆:支持和反对的论证

支持和反对人的生殖性克隆及治疗性克隆的有各种伦理论证,综述这些论证并提出反论证,即可在此基础上得出结论：反对生殖性克隆的站得住脚的主要论证是不伤害论证和人类尊严论证;支持治疗性克隆的主要论证是其对治愈多种疾病的巨大潜力,而且人类胚胎的伦理学地位并不妨碍有控制地利用胚胎于治病救人的人道目的。     

心力衰竭研究的若干进展

近几年来,国内外学者重新讨论心力衰竭的概念和分类,进一步从病理生理学角度加以阐明,以理解评定心脏功能方法的临床价值,并提出目前心力衰竭的治疗决策.     

复方血栓通软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高脂血症的临床观察

目的:观察复方血栓通软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:将64例符合纳入标准的高脂血症患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组应用复方血栓通软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,两组治疗前后进行疗效比较。结果:治疗后观察组与对照组比较,血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白明显降低,高密度脂蛋白明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组总有效率为,对照组总有效率为,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:复方血栓通软胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗老年高脂血症能够迅速降低总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白,具有较好的临床疗效,值得广泛推广。

Mindfulness-based interventions and the affective domain of education

Thanks largely to the work of Kabat-Zinn and associates applications of mindfulness-based practices have grown exponentially over the last decade or so, particularly in the fields of education, psychology, psychotherapy and mind–body health. Having its origins in Buddhist traditions, the more recent secular and therapeutic applications of the basic notion of impartial present-moment attention have been shown to have far-reaching implications for all aspects of learning and education. It is argued that mindfulness practice has much to contribute to the neglected area of affective education in the UK system and that – in addition to enhancing learning in the crucial sphere of the education of the emotions – it can also provide a foundation for more general cognitive development. In addition to philosophical arguments, reference is made to research studies of mindfulness-based educational practices in America and Britain.
