城乡一体化背景下农民进城的产业链构建的实证分析

进城农民始终处于城市的边缘,难以真正地融入城市。而城乡一体化背景下,进城农民的产业链构建正是其立足城市可持续发展的关键。本文在对湖南娄底市进城农民的产业链构建进行深入调查研究的基础上,总结了进城农民产业链构建的现状及特点,深入分析了造成进城农民产业链构建困境的原因,以期对破解农民产业链构建难题有所裨益。     

成都经济区协同推进统筹城乡综合配套改革研究

成都以统筹城乡为龙头的一系列综合配套改革举措,抓住了制约经济社会发展的关键性因素,是为消除经济社会全面、协调、可持续发展的瓶颈制约障碍的成功尝试。其成功经验对于成都经济区其他7个城市乃至全国都有很强的借鉴和推广意义。成都经济区建设能否得到实质性的推进,能否取得较全国其他经济区更有特色的全面和深入发展,关键在于成都经济区＂1＋7＂模式中统筹城乡改革能否实现协同发展,从而为经济区的全面合作发展创造良好的基础条件。本文对如何实现成都经济区统筹城乡改革协同发展进行了研究,提出了成都经济区统筹城乡改革协同发展的关键在于实现政策协同和制度协同的思路,同时还提出了相应的实施路径建议。     

Prediction of self-reported knowledge with over-claiming, fluid and crystallized intelligence and typical intellectual engagement

We investigated the usefulness of the Over-Claiming Questionnaire (OCQ) as a measure of cognitive abilities. In OCQs respondents are asked to rate their familiarity with items of academic or everyday knowledge (Paulhus, Harms, Bruce, & Lysy, 2003). Some items exist in reality (reals), and others do not (foils). We developed four OCQs, each consisting of 40 reals and 8 foils from the domains of Science, Humanities and Civics. The OCQs were administered in a longitudinal rotation design to 112 participants who attended the 9th school grade at the beginning of the study. In latent variable regression analyses 53% of variation in the reals could be explained by fluid and crystallized intelligence and over-claiming as indicated by responses to foils. Further variation in responses to reals and foils was explained by intellectual engagement. Our results show that self-reported knowledge, although positively related to measures of ability, to a large extent reflects over-claiming.     

Socioeconomic Status– and Gender‐Based Differences in Students’ Perceptions of E‐Learning Systems

Many universities are pursuing increases in on‐line course offerings as a means of offsetting the rising costs of providing high‐quality educational opportunities and of better serving their student populations. However, enrollments in online courses are not always sufficient to cover their costs. One possible way of improving enrollments is through marketing campaigns targeted to specific demographic groups. In this study, we take a first look into how students’ perceptions of e‐learning systems, prior to their enrollment in an online course, vary across socioeconomic status and gender. Findings suggest that prior to taking an online course, working‐class students perceive e‐learning systems more positively than their middle‐class peers but that little difference exists between genders. Armed with this knowledge, universities may improve online course enrollments by marketing online courses specifically to working‐class students or through campaigns aimed at improving middle‐class students’ perceptions of e‐learning systems.     

信息环境下西部地区大学生英语学习现状及其原因分析——以四川外语学院为例

信息技术影响到外语教与学的方方面面。对学生进行调查后发现,近半数学生喜欢通过网络和手机等电子工具学习英语;有1／3左右的学生喜欢通过虚拟学习环境学习英语;只有很少一部分学生喜欢去自主学习中心学习英语。从学生视角对造成上述现象原因进行分析有助于帮助学生提高学习能力。     

论“海南岛梦之岛”的文化品牌建设

2010年伊始,国务院发布《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》,海南建设国际旅游岛的梦想正式起航。如何抓住此次机遇,顺利实现国际旅游岛的建设开发,关键在于文化。要努力打造适合国际旅游岛建设的文化品牌——“海南岛梦之岛”,使海南国际旅游岛真正成为游客心中的“梦之岛”。

我国城乡居民收入差距不断拉大,在此背景下泰州市城乡收入差距也不断拉大,因此要缩小泰州市城乡收入差距,应继续保持较快的城市化步伐,推进城乡教育均衡发展,加强农村基础设施建设。另外可尝试率先构建农村居民社会保障体系。     

1860年汕头开埠始末考略

该文根据国家权威档案文献,论述1860年汕头开埠始末的曲折过程;指出,汕头开埠是第二次鸦片战争清政府屈辱妥协外交路线的产物,是中华民族的屈辱史,是粤东门户被迫＂开放＂史,也是潮汕历史大走向的重要转折点。今人应以胡乔木《国史事典》的题词＂在沉重的历史中,汲取奋进的力量＂为警示,＂知耻近于勇＂,爆发奋进之力,建设美好家园。     

Error analysis of non-spherical raindrops on precipitation measurement

Radar cross section (RCS) of non-spherical raindrops is calculated by using the software CST based on finite integral method and compared with RCS of spherical raindrops. The revised factor of non-spherical raindrops is obtained. The radar reflectivity with precipitation change of four distribution models of M-P, Gamma, JD and JT combining the revised factor is gotten using trapezoidal integration. When the influence of non-spherical raindrops is considered, the accuracy of precipitation measurement of four distribution models can be separately improved 8.77%, 8.47%, 10.53% and 8.04% in the case of rain intensity is 100 mm/h.     

Dependence of electrical and optical properties of IGZO films on oxygen flow

Amorphous InGaZnO (a-IGZO) films were deposited on the corning eagle XG (EXG) glass substrates using magnetron sputtering method. The structure, surface morphology, electrical and optical properties of these films were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), semiconductor parameter analyzer and spectrophotometry, respectively. The influence of oxygen flow on the electrical properties of IGZO thin films was studied, showing that increasing oxygen flow changes the resistivity with six orders of magnitude. The contact resistance of ITO/IGZO is 7.35×10⁻² Ω·cm², which suggests that a good ohmic contact exists between In₂O₃: Sn (ITO) and IGZO film.
