论当代社会核心价值体系的公共性

任何社会都有自己的核心价值体系,核心价值体系是社会大多数成员经过价值实践后所形成的能够反映他们公共利益与需要的价值体系。公共性是当代社会核心价值体系的重要旨趣,它深刻地体现在核心价值体系的生成、运行与目标中。在当代社会核心价值体系的生成中,公共性是通过经济、政治、文化、道德、伦理对价值体系的影响来体现的。在当代社会核心价值体系的运行中,公共性是通过核心价值体系的导向、规范、整合、发展作用体现出来的。当代社会核心价值体系在生成与运行的逻辑演进基础上,逐渐实现其公共性目标,即维护社会公民的公共生活秩序、保障社会公民的公共利益、推进社会公共精神的构塑。     

公允价值计量在我国银行业中的运用探究

在2008年全球性金融危机的背景下,公允价值计量属性再度成为理论界与实务界关注的焦点。新企业会计准则中有关金融会计准则的颁布与实施对增强我国银行业财务报告的质量和透明度起到了积极的促进作用,但是采用公允价值计量属性,必将对习惯采用历史成本计量属性的银行的财务状况和经营成果带来相当大的影响,同时也给银行的风险管理理念、风险控制技术以及风险管理能力提出新的挑战。文章针对公允价值计量在我国银行业中的运用进行了相关探究。     

亚纯函数与其微分多项式的值分布

通过研究亚纯函数的Nevanlinna值分布理论问题,并结合亚纯函数的小函数,及其微分单项式和微分多项式,得到一比较有趣的关于亚纯函数的计数函数密指量和微分多项式的不等式,此不等式改进了Fang,Yang及I Lahiri和S.Dewan等学者的结果。     

On the Shapley value and its application to the Italian VQR research assessment exercise

Research assessment exercises have now become common evaluation tools in a number of countries. These exercises have the goal of guiding merit-based public funds allocation, stimulating improvement of research productivity through competition and assessing the impact of adopted research support policies. One case in point is Italy's most recent research assessment effort, VQR 2011–2014 (Research Quality Evaluation), which, in addition to research institutions, also evaluated university departments, and individuals in some cases (i.e., recently hired research staff and members of PhD committees). However, the way an institution's score was divided, according to VQR rules, between its constituent departments or its staff members does not enjoy many desirable properties well known from coalitional game theory (e.g., budget balance, fairness, marginality). We propose, instead, an alternative score division rule that is based on the notion of Shapley value, a well known solution concept in coalitional game theory, which enjoys the desirable properties mentioned above. For a significant test case (namely, Sapienza University of Rome, the largest university in Italy), we present a detailed comparison of the scores obtained, for substructures and individuals, by applying the official VQR rules, with those resulting from Shapley value computations. We show that there are significant differences in the resulting scores, making room for improvements in the allocation rules used in research assessment exercises.     

Exploring the forward citation patterns of patents based on the evolution of technology fields

Forward citations of patents have been used extensively to capture the impact of technological knowledge. However, our understanding of the factors shaping patent citation patterns remains limited. One of the main limitations is the lack of scholarly attention paid to the dynamic influences arising from the evolution of technology fields. From an evolutionary perspective, technological impact is not simply determined by the static attributes of a technology itself; it is also dynamically affected by changes in the external conditions. Drawing on this viewpoint, this study suggests a model for understanding patent citation patterns by reflecting the evolution of the technology fields to which each patent belongs. Four such factors are explored: technology cycle time, potential of technological convergence, popularity of the technology field, and technological novelty. Based on the proposed model, we show how expected citation patterns can change as a result of different scenarios for technology field evolution. We conduct a case study of patents in the information technology and healthcare industries to show citation patterns of patents across heterogeneous industries as well as those within an industry. Contributions to the innovation literature and research investment decisions are discussed.

新形势下大学体育课程改革问题探讨与发展路径——“2016全国大学体育课程建设经验交流研讨会”的省思

摘要：面对大学生体质持续下降问题,大学体育课程改革迫在眉睫。为总结目前大学体育课程改革的成功经验和存在问题,探寻科学合理的发展路径,运用文献调研法、专家调查法和实地考察法,以“2016全国大学体育课程建设经验交流研讨会”上20余名专家和来自全国42所高校130多位大学体育工作者研讨的主要问题为线索进行追踪调查及学理分析。研究认为新形势下大学体育课程改革应明确“大课程观”的指导思想,以“整体”的视角整合学生、社会和体育三者之间相互制衡的关系,既要突出学生主体地位,丰富体育课程内容,改善体育运动环境,开展多样化的体育组织形式,又要从体育学科的性质与特征出发,结合大学性质、学科优势、地域特色、体育传统、办学条件,探索适应社会发展和学生终身发展需要的实用性体育课程、特色体育活动及品牌体育赛事。并结合实践中大量卓有成效的案例,在大学体育课程个性化内容设置、组织形式、管理制度、资源开发与利用等方面提出改革发展的见解和建议。     

全球传播进程中我国体育文化再审视

在全球化浪潮的裹挟和冲击下,中国体育文化受到巨大冲击。有必要对我国体育文化在全球传播进程中所面临的具体语境、文化心态、价值冲突与融合等问题进行审视,分析其成因,寻求解决之道。研究表明,体育文化系统要素具有独特性,与全球传播之间存在天然的亲缘关系。体育物质文化、身体文化、制度文化、价值文化四要素相互依存、相互作用,分别从硬实力、显实力、巧实力、软实力等方面构成并完善体育文化系统。认为,体育价值文化决定着体育文化的价值和方向,应克服文化语境差异带来的障碍,把握好价值传播的主旋律,对各种体育要素文化进行创新和改革,才能实现中国体育文化价值在全球化时代的复兴和超越。     

角斗士运动的体育文化学研究

从社会学、民族学、体育学等视角对角斗士运动体育文化特征、社会价值进行理论阐述和研究,并结合项目特点与开展现状对角斗士运动发展趋势提出相关建议:构建现代职业体育发展理念;大力传播角斗士运动文化;合理有序地引导角斗士体育彩票产品的发展;扩展传播途径,实现赛事多元化发展。     

论奥林匹克运动教育价值实现的机制

奥林匹克运动教育价值主要体现在个人和社会两个层面,奥林匹克运动社会层面的教育价值需要通过个人层面得以实现。奥林匹克运动教育价值实现的机制与人的意向性活动、人的需要系统、人的生命释放紧密相关。
