乌兰察布地区胡萝卜优化施肥方案初步研究

本试验通过正交旋转回归设计在乌兰察布地区选取氮、磷、钾和有机肥为参试变量,以胡萝卜产量为目标函数,建立了胡萝卜产量与参试因子间的数学模型,得出了各变量与产量的主次关系及各因素对产量的效应。最后,通过模拟寻优获得了本试验地条件下胡萝卜产量高于6000kg/667m2的施肥方案：N（8.06-8.72kg/667m2）、P2O5（3.89-4.26kg/667m2）、K2O（19.10-20.45kg/667m2）、有机肥（6346-6907kg/667m2）。

Simple groups with orders 2^a3^b5^cp^d, 2^a3^b7^cp^d and 2^a3^b5^c7^d

This work deals with the power exponent r1 and r2 respectively of the maximal and second-maximal prime factors ofthe order of simple K4-group, and the classification for simple {5,7}′-K4-group G (i.e. ｜G｜ can not be divided by 5 nor by 7 or ｜π(G)｜ = 4 ), simple 5′ -K4-group G (i.e. ｜G｜ can not divided by 5 and ｜π(G)｜ =4) and simple 7′-Ea-group G (i.e. ｜G｜ can notdivided by 7 and ｜π(G)｜ =4). It is derived that r1 =1, 2 and 4, and r2 is not greater than 4. All the simple K4-groups with order 2^a3^b5^cp^d, 2^a3^b7^cp^d and 2^a3^b5^c7^d are obtained.     

英国职业教育体系建设及对我国职业学校发展的启示——以四川交通职业技术学院为例

通过深入考察了解,英国完善的职业教育管理体系,成熟的职业证书制度及与学业证书互通的架构,以及基于质量和学生个体差异的职业教育投入机制,对我国高等职业教育实施集团化办学、调动和整合社会资源、建设终身学习体系,建立科学的投入机制具有积极的借鉴作用。     

间歇运动激活心梗大鼠心肌NRG1-PI3K/Akt通路抑制心肌细胞凋亡

摘要：目的: 探讨心脏NRG1在间歇运动激活心梗(myocardial infarction,MI)大鼠心肌NRG1-PI3K/Akt通路抑制心肌细胞凋亡的作用。方法：雄性SD大鼠48只,随机分为假手术组(S),心梗安静组(MI),心梗+间歇运动组(ME),心梗+间歇运动+抑制剂组(MEA),每组12只。采用左冠脉前降支结扎法建立MI模型。S组手术仅穿线不结扎。ME组和MEA组在MI术后1wk进行跑台间歇运动。运动开始速度为10m/min运动10min后,速度逐渐增至25m/min×7 min,再以15 m/min×3min运动,之后依次交替进行。60min×1次/d,5d/1wk×8wk。训练结束后次日,腹腔麻醉,颈动脉插管测定LVSP、LVEDP及±dp/dtmax。之后开胸摘取心脏,进行组织学制片,Masson染色。荧光实时定量PCR测定心肌NRG1及其受体ErbB2/4表达。Western Blot法检测心肌NRG1、ErbB2/4、PI3K/Akt、Bcl-2和Bax蛋白含量。Caspase3表达及TUNEL检测观察分析心肌细胞凋亡情况。结果: MI组胶原容积百分比(CVF)和LVEDP较S组显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.01),LVSP和±dp/dtmax显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.01)。且MI后心肌ErbB4 mRNA表达显著降低(P<0.01),心肌NRG1、ErbB2和ErbB4蛋白表达显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01),PI3K/Akt蛋白表达及Bcl-2/Bax比值显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.01),TUNEL阳性细胞数和Caspase3活力显著增加(P<0.01,P<0.01)。ME组CVF和LVEDP较MI组显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.01),LVSP和±dp/dtmax显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.01),心肌NRG1、ErbB2和ErbB4 mRNA及蛋白表达均显著增加(P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.01),PI3K/Akt蛋白表达和Bcl-2/Bax比值显著增加(P<0.01,P<0.01),TUNEL阳性细胞数和Caspase3活力显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.01),且运动效应被抑制剂AG1478显著减弱。结论:间歇运动可通过激活心肌NRG1及其受体表达,上调PI3K/Akt蛋白表达,抑制心肌细胞凋亡和胶原过度增生,改善心功能。     

A case of vitamin B12 deficiency neurological syndrome in a young adult due to late-onset cobalamin C (CblC) deficiency: a diagnostic challenge

Vitamin B12 deficiency can present with neurologic and psychiatric symptoms without macrocytic anaemia. We describe a case of late-onset cobalamin C deficiency which typically presents with normal serum vitamin B12 concentrations, posing an additional diagnostic challenge. A 23-year-old woman with decreased muscle strength and hallucinations was diagnosed with ‘catatonic depression’ and admitted to a residential mental health facility. She was referred to our hospital for further investigation 3 months later. Heteroanamnesis revealed that the symptoms had been evolving progressively over several months. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the brain showed diffuse symmetrical white matter lesions in both hemispheres. Routine laboratory tests including vitamin B12 and folic acid were normal except for a slight normocytic, normochromic anaemia. Over the next 6 weeks her symptoms deteriorated, and she became unresponsive to stimuli. A new MRI scan showed progression of the white matter lesions. The neurologist requested plasma homocysteine (Hcys) which was more than 8 times the upper limit of normal. Further testing revealed increased methylmalonic acid and the patient was diagnosed with adult-onset cobalamin C deficiency. This case illustrates that Hcys and/or methylmalonic acid should be determined in patients presenting with neuropsychiatric symptoms suggestive of vitamin B12 deficiency with a normal serum vitamin B12 to rule out a late-onset cobalamin C deficiency.     

英美两项高等教育系统职能分化政策的比较分析

美国加州的"三重制"和英国的"双重制",都是产生于20世纪60年代的高教系统职能分化政策。通过比较分析可以看出:政策环境的差异在很大程度上影响了它们的发展方向,政策的合法性程度是决定它们运行稳定与否的关键。     

动物种群的进化策略

动物种群在自然选择过程中，经历长期对生态环境的适应，分别形成r-种和k-种，以及r-k策略连续系统，动物种群在消耗环境容量值K／2时，出现最大增长率，这一规律在现实生产、生活中的应用研究。     

基于ActiGraph GT3X监测网球运动能量消耗的研究

目的:应用ActiGraph GT3X对网球运动等非周期性运动能量消耗进行测评,建立适合网球运动能耗预测的回归方程,从而丰富ActiGraph测量体系.方法:以K4b2测量值作为校标,分别在拍柄、持拍手手腕外侧、腰部髂肌外侧、大腿中央前侧和脚踝外侧(持拍手同一侧肢体)各佩戴一个加速度计(ActiGraph GT3X),同步对网球运动中不同球速下(30 km/h、60 km/h)的原地正、反手击球,侧向移动正、反手击球,向前移动正、反手击球,侧向移动正反手交替击球和模拟自由单打的运动过程进行监测.结果:腰部、大腿和踝关节部位GT3X的EE和MET预测值存在明显低估,与K4b2测量值一致性较低;手腕和拍柄部位GT3X的EE和MET预测值存在明显高估,与K4b2测量值一致性较低;研究建立了2个网球运动能耗预测回归方程,经检验其预测值与实测值没有显著性差异.结论:运用ActiGraph GT3X对网球等隔网对抗运动项目进行监测存在显著误差,EE和MET的预测存在明显高估或低估的现象;基于ActiGraph GT3X所建立的能耗预测方程能对网球运动进行有效的运动监测.     

The Evolution and Cultural Characteristics of Korean Professional Soccer

Abstract

Since it was introduced in the late nineteenth century, soccer has been one of the cultural driving forces for Koreans in overcoming national hardships during the dark ages marked by imperial occupations, war, and division during the modern era. This study was carried out to investigate the cultural backgrounds and characteristics due to which soccer has entered an era of professionalization under the name of the Super League. Korean professional soccer started in 1983 under the name of the Super League, not by popular demand but by from political backgrounds. The sport was off to a bad start, and this became an inherent limitation and the reason Korean professional soccer did not flourish. In addition, although Korean professional soccer had grown rapidly in terms of quantity based on a consistent increase in professional teams and the introduction of advanced systems, the cultural limitations of an incomplete local franchise system and a lack of public attention were revealed. Korean professional soccer has shown a variety of sociocultural limits while rapidly developing in its short history. Nevertheless, having a short history indicates the system is young, which means it has the opportunity to mature. Korean professional soccer has sufficient potential and it can be directed toward a brighter future.
