试析冷战后韩国的东亚区域合作政策

上个世纪90年代以来,东亚区域合作进程日渐加速,东亚也被称为“一个按新地区主义理论分析的最激动人心的地方”而日益为世人所瞩目。冷战后韩国的东亚区域合作进程大致可以分为三个不同发展时期,通过考察其,运行轨迹,可以管窥其区域合作政策之特点：浓郁的中等强国外交色彩;政策重心在东北亚。而制约韩国东亚区域合作政策的因素有：朝鲜半岛南北分裂局面;美国在东亚的利益;东亚区域内的历史问题以及韩国自身因素。     

从亚运会看我国田径运动发展及析因

通过远程观摩第14届亚运会田径比赛和检索相关田径比赛资料(11、12、13届亚运会),旨在较全面、客观地分析探讨这届比赛本身所带来的相关信息,了解当今亚洲田坛格局的整体发展动态,从而探讨中国田径在"119"工程中新的"增长点"、发展战略和举措等,为加快我国田径运动的发展,推动田径运动的普及与提高,为2004年、2008年奥运会做好准备。     

论东亚奇迹中儒家文化因素的功能

东亚儒教文化圈虽然接触现代文明较晚,却在其现代化的启动和发展的短暂过程中取得了令人瞩目的成就,对马克斯·韦伯关于新教伦理与儒教伦理的比较社会学研究所得出的儒教伦理不利于资本主义发展的假说提出了质疑。传统文化与现代化是不能割裂而谈的,况且文化也是在不断地完善发展的,儒家思想中的精华部分与东亚模式的成功之间存在着必然的联系。探索儒家思想中的积极成分和合理因素,有助于更好地开发利用传统文化资源,服务于我国的社会主义经济建设,推动现代化的进一步发展。     

The making of Gòng/ Kyō – visual archive and the common in contemporary East Asia

ABSTRACT

This study will take two cases from East Asia to illustrate how visual archive/archiving has become or potentially becomes new space where image, heterogeneous temporalities and ideas of the common may lead to a redefinition or at least reconsideration of the binaries between public and private, between image and visual, between past and future. In contrast to historical archives, such visual archives not only aim for documentation and conservation but also become the sites of creating agencies and provoking critical reflections on the idea of the public. The first case is “Center for Remembering 3.11”¹ initiated by Sendai Mediatheque (SMT), where civic participation and the archiving of the post-311 Tohoku Earthquake images of the disaster-ridden region were solicited and made into an online archive. The second case is Multitude.asia, a digital archive initiated by Taiwanese activist and scholar Huang Sun-quan, who works in collaboration with students, artists, and researchers from Mainland China and Taiwan in sorting, interviewing, and editing videos and texts about alternative cultural activities and space in Asia. While discussions on the archive and the public discourse are predominated by theories from Europe and the US, the current study intends to contextualize the concepts of “the public” (gōng/ōyake), “the private” (sī/watakushi), and “the common” (gòng/ kyō) in Chinese and Japanese languages in the discourse of archive in cultural specificity.     

East Asia informal networks beyond the borders: sharing of ideas,skills, and experiences against capitalization of the commons

ABSTRACT

This article focuses on the practices of networking by cultural collectives relating to art/activism in Asia. In recent years, independent, grassroots cultural and social spaces based on equal membership and multi-level networks have been created in this area. These spaces also function as experimental places to create models of alternative societies featuring sustainable lifestyles by connecting people beyond separate genres, such as art, music, agriculture, and craft. Thus, the practice of creating such places leads to an attempt to form new social relationships for common life, creation, and labor through the networking of individuals’ lives, which have become withdrawn, isolated, and forcefully separated by repressive social structures. Moreover, gathering at these places creates a collective subjectivity and shared emotions among their members. In many areas, collective political and artistic practices have been created, which transcend borders, cultures, and languages. The sharing processes of such practices have been steadily advancing.     

东南亚在亚运会历史发展中的地位与战略

本文从历史与战略两个角度分析了东南亚与亚运会的关系.从历史角度看:首先,亚运会的创建和发展离不开东南亚板块的努力与贡献,东南亚举办亚运会次数最多,贡献最大,亚运会的历史历程深深地打下了东南亚烙印;其次,东南亚板块竞技体育的实力尽管与东亚板块有较大差距,但终究构成亚洲体育格局的重要组成部分,表现在亚运会参与率最高且较为稳定;若干项目实力不俗,在亚运会总体金牌榜上排名第二,仅次于东亚板块.从战略角度看:亚运会作为整个亚洲仅有的统一性运动体系,需要不断发展.东南亚板块应该具备自身的亚运会发展战略,这些战略可以概括为:适当举办亚运会,以实现体育和政治双重目标;继续以地区运动会为基础,促进地区竞争,增强整体竞技水平;积极支持南太平洋国家加入亚运会,促使亚运会持续、稳定和均衡的发展.     

亚洲男子篮球竞技格局的变化及发展趋势——以第25届男篮亚锦赛为例

文章运用文献资料、观察法和比较法等研究方法,以第25届男篮亚锦赛比赛数据为依据,分析了亚洲男子篮球竞技格局的变化,并对亚洲男子篮球的发展趋势提出见解。

Select Books – the struggle of an independent bookshop

Abstract

This is a first‐hand account of the initial 28 years of Select Books, an independent bookshop, located in Singapore, but with a regional Southeast Asian focus and a global reach. Select Books carved a niche for itself by specializing in books about Southeast Asia and published in Southeast Asia. Its comprehensive and in‐depth book stock gave it an edge over formidable competition at home and abroad. The author relates the difficulties encountered and the novel solutions Select Books employed to overcome administrative problems and sidestep bureaucratic red tape. Select Books operated on all levels of the book trade: as bookseller, distributor, library supplier and publisher. Equally important is its intangible role as a promoter of Southeast Asian authors and their works in Singapore as well as to the first world. Select Books provided a cultural space where authors could meet with their readership. Turning to the broader book community, the author is critical of the Eurocentric mindsets of public and academic institutions in Singapore. She is equally critical of the parochial and prejudiced international market that dismisses books about Asia as insufficiently ‘mainstream’ for their market.     

第15届多哈亚运会中国国家男子足球队比赛技战术特征研究

采用文献资料、录像观察等研究方法对第15届多哈亚运会足球赛中国国家男子足球队比赛攻守技战术基本状况进行总结分析。研究发现:中国国家男子足球队比赛阵型更趋动态变化、凸现进攻态势;进攻战术结构更趋合理、手段多样;球队自信心的增强、攻势足球成为指导思想、出色的体能状态、合适的阵型选用等都成为球队的优异特征。
