Focusing on academic institutions in higher education as the research context, this study examined the relations of key factors affecting students’ supportive behavioral intentions toward the university (e.g., giving gifts as alumni, continuing education, and giving referrals regarding the university). Based on the literature from various disciplines, this study proposed four factors are critical influencing such intentions: (1) students’ communication behavior with the university, (2) perceived quality of educational experience, (3) evaluations of the relationship with the university, and (4) university reputation. The data in this study were collected using a survey of current undergraduate students (N = 336) who were attending a private university in Seoul during Fall 2005. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the proposed model. Regarding overall results, the proposed model can be retained as a valid model based on data-model fits: Eight hypotheses were supported in this study, but not the effect of students’ educational experience on university reputation. The findings suggest that to foster students’ supportive behavior, universities need to cultivate a good relationship with their students and to obtain favorable reputation held by students, while ensuring active communication behavior of students and the quality of students’ educational experience.

本文研究创业倾向的性别差异,在理论分析的基础上建立研究框架,构建结构方程模型,并以北京高校大学生作为实证研究对象,定量探讨人际关系、前瞻性人格、创业态度和创业能力对创业倾向的影响。研究发现,男性创业倾向的各条影响路径均高于女性,且人际关系在其中发挥重要作用。本文的理论贡献在于明确了这些变量之间相互影响的机制和路径,阐明女性创业倾向的形成路径,以及不同性别创业倾向影响路径的差异,对于女性创业教育的研究和实践具有重要意义。  相似文献

近几年来澳门的课程改革出现了一些新的动向,澳门政府明确了当前及今后一段时间内课程改革的任务,即为中小学各个阶段的教育制定课程框架,并规定学生须达到的基本学力要求。此外,课程改革的新动向还表现在课程理念、课程内容、课程实施以及课程管理等方面,使课程改革呈现出了新的特点。同时,由于澳门的课程改革起步较晚,一些历史原因的影响还在起作用,所以澳门的课程改革仍面临着一些比较突出的问题,如师资问题和教科书问题等。  相似文献

An adult creativity survey, the Preference Inventory (PI), was based upon the assumptions that creatively productive persons, more than the average, mentally examine and play with ideas. Such people also are very curious, strong in needs to create, and are highly original. Scores on the PI were significantly correlated with scores on the Sounds and Images test, ratings of art and writing samples, and an objectively scored Statement of Past Creative Activities (SPCA). The SPCA was considered the most reasonable validating criterion. A regression analysis showed that different patterns of PI subscales were the best predictors of different criterion measures.  相似文献

This online experiment integrates confirmation, politeness, and self-determination theories to examine how Veterans evaluate family members’ messages encouraging them to seek behavioral health care. Veterans (N?=?226) evaluated messages manipulated to express high or low levels of acceptance and autonomy support, completed outcome measures (persuasiveness, relational impact, identity management, emotions), and reported on their own reintegration difficulties. Positive associations were found between perceived message acceptance and three outcomes, and perceived autonomy support and two outcomes. Reintegration difficulties were associated with more negative message perceptions. Perceived acceptance and autonomy support also mediated a number of associations between manipulated message features and outcomes, as well as reintegration difficulties and outcomes. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.  相似文献

随着女性出游率超过男性,女性群体出游在国内引起了广泛关注,但是女性旅游市场没有进行目标市场细分,女性旅游产品单一、缺乏针对性.通过对武汉市女性游客抽样调查,尝试分析武汉女性旅游者的消费特点.选择武汉市女性旅游者的人口学特征(年龄、职业、月收入、文化程度)和行为特征(旅游目的、信息来源、旅游方式)作为标本进行分析,从而得出女性旅游者出游行为的一般规律,并在此基础上从具体目标市场、促销方面提出了女性旅游市场的开发建议,希望对女性旅游市场开发提供建设性意见.  相似文献

Objective testing techniques, such as multiple-choice examinations, are a widely accepted method of assessment in gross anatomy. In order to deter cheating on these types of examinations, instructors often design several versions of an examination to distribute. These versions usually involve the rearrangement of questions and their corresponding answer choices. This study will determine whether the distribution of different versions of an examination affects student performance in a lower division anatomical science course. Students who receive the original version of an examination may be at an advantage over those that receive a shuffled version of an examination because of the systematic tendencies that go into examination construction. This study concludes that the shuffling of questions and answer choices to produce multiple versions of an examination does not affect student performance.  相似文献

创客教育是一种以造物为形式的工程教育,旨在培养能利用各种技术手段与方法把创意转化成真实产品的人才。创客教育的新要求对创客教师的实践活动和能力结构提出新的挑战。为了进一步廓清我国创客教师的实践领域与能力结构,对来自10个省份且具有两年以上创客教育经验的38名教师进行行为事件访谈,并应用扎根理论方法对59万字的访谈资料进行三级编码,结果发现:我国创客教师的实践领域主要包括制定学校创客规划、实施学校创客教学、指导学生创客竞赛、建设与维护创客空间、参与与引领专业发展等5个方面。经过对每一项实践活动所对应的能力及其子能力进行分析、汇总、调整、合并,最终形成了包括创客规划能力、创客教学能力、竞赛指导能力、空间建设能力和专业发展能力等5项一级能力及其对应的13项二级能力的创客教师能力结构体系。这一针对我国创客教师的本土化探索对指导当下和未来我国创客教育实践的开展,创客教师的培养、选拔和评估具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

Abuse of information entrusted to organizations can result in a variety of privacy violations and trust concerns for consumers. In the event of violations, a social media brand or organization renders an apology – a form of social account – to alleviate users’ concerns and maintain user membership and engagement with the platform. To explore the link between apology offered by a social media brand or organization and the users’ trust dynamics in the brand’s services, we study how organizational integrity can contribute to reducing individuals’ privacy concerns whiles increasing or repairing their trust. Drawing on organizational behavioral integrity literature, our proposed research model suggests that the persuasiveness of an apology following a data breach affects users’ trust or spillover trust through their perceptions of the degree of alignment between the words in the apology and the actions of the violating entity. Based on a survey of Facebook users, our findings show that persuasiveness of an apology has a significant impact on users’ perceptions of the alignment between the social media brand’s (i.e. Facebook) words and subsequent actions. These perceptions impact social media brand trust (i.e. users’ trust in Facebook and allied services such as Instagram). We also find that, post data breach incidence, while integrity of the social media organization partially mediates the relationship between persuasive apology and users’ trust, it fully mediates the relationship between the persuasive apology and the privacy concerns expressed by the users. However, users’ privacy concerns do not contribute much to the repair of trust needed to maintain their membership.  相似文献
