关于师德师风建设问题的思考

学校是进行系统道德教育的重要阵地，师德师风建设是教师队伍建设的核心，加强师德师风建设必须以科学理论为指导。以教育法规为基本原则，以《公司道德建设实施纲要》为依据，以敬业乐业，勤力精业，教书育人为基本内容，一手抓教育，一手抓管理，全面提高教师的综合素质。     

Developing identity and agency as an early career academic: lessons from Alice

This paper draws on Lewis Carroll’s character of Alice as a metaphor for interrogating identity construction and agency amongst early career academics, a process which can seem like Alice’s pursuit of the White Rabbit in a strange land. Keeping in mind the effects of neoliberalism on the tertiary sector, we recognise the centrality of personal lives in decision-making about academic careers and the shaping of professional identities. We also foreground how communities of practice not only build agency amongst ECAs but can also be supported by academic developers.     

藏族大学生的民族认同及其影响因素研究

藏族大学生的民族认同主要包括主流化认同、积极的民族认同以及消极的民族认同等三方面；藏族大学生民族认同的不同方面其影响因素互有差异，但总体而言，汉族朋友的数量、学习汉语的时间、父母的民族身份以及汉族的接受性等影响藏族大学生的民族认同；除了消极的民族认同与整合的化适应策略之间不存在相关外，民族认同的其他维度与化适应的其他维度之间都存在显的相关。     

Identity policies of education: struggles for inclusion and exclusion in Peru and Colombia

ABSTRACT

Policy initiatives that seek to account for ethno-cultural differences in education and schooling have become increasingly popular over the past few decades. These include affirmative action measures and bilingual education models. The rationale for the implementation of these policies focuses on their potential to rectify historical discrimination by both levelling horizontal inequalities and granting equal value to different cultures and languages in the schooling process. In this framework, however, ethnic communities are often treated as discrete and static social aggregates, and social heterogeneity and spillover effects between groups are disregarded. This paper draws on empirical case studies from Colombia and Peru to show how identity policies of education can increase inter-ethnic competition, leading to protracted social conflicts. These outcomes, beyond negatively impacting local communities, raise important dilemmas surrounding the theoretical and operational foundations of these popular policy measures.     

多功能IP代理服务器用户管理系统的方案设计

目前，很多的企事业和机关部门以及大学在它们各自的局域网的建设过程中，均使用了在服务器端构建代理服务器系统的做法，它能有效解决IP地址资源的紧张问题。在“Linux系统下存在一种代理服务器的实现方式——IPChains以及动态主机技术，但是这种代理是基于IP包伪装和转发的，对于用户的管理不灵活。本文首先描述了IP代理的原理，提到了IP代理应用的优点以及其不足。然后重点在于设计了一个应用于局域网代理服务器的用户管理系统。     

《朱丽小姐》中的女性身份与自我认同

《朱丽小姐》是瑞典戏剧大师斯特林堡创作中期的一部重要剧作,反映了两性之间不可避免的冲突。从女性主义的立场出发,该剧的社会意义在于揭露了虚伪的传统道德对女性的迫害,以及强大的男权社会对女性的残酷统治。主人公朱丽的最终死亡不仅是对生的解脱,也是对不公的社会制度的最大抗议。     

国外教师职业认同研究综述

本文对国外对教师职业认同概念的界定、教师职业认同研究的方法、教师职业认同研究的现状作了综述,并分析和探讨了教师职业认同的主要特征、现有研究存在的问题以及教师职业认同的研究前景.     

Leadership identity in a small island developing state: the Jamaican context

While the role of leadership in improving schools is attracting more worldwide attention, there is a need for more research investigating leaders’ experiences in different national contexts. Using focus-group and semi-structured interview data, this paper explores the background, identities and experiences of a small group of Jamaican school leaders who were involved in a leadership development programme. By drawing on the concepts of culture, socialisation and identity, the paper examines how the participants’ journeys of becoming and being school leaders are influenced by national-level societal and cultural issues, experienced at a local level. The findings suggest that in becoming school leaders, the participants perceived that they had a strong sense of agency in attempting to change the social structures within the institutions they lead and in the surrounding local communities, which in turn, they hope, will have a lasting effect on the nation as a whole.     

“文化自觉”与教师教育研究的价值选择

长期以来,借鉴或采用西方教师教育研究的理念、经验和做法,已成为我国教师教育研究的基本范式,“文化殖民”现象普遍存在。由此,不仅造成基本国情、民族传统文化、本土教育资源等的“集体遗忘”,还造成研究者在价值选择上思维方式的单一、认识的片面、多元思想的消解。从后殖民主义、本土知识等的研究来看,我国教师教育研究必须要有“主体重建”,克服“民族化”或“西方化”二元对立的思维观念,强调“文化自觉”,摆脱文化帝国主义的束缚,走出一条中国的教师教育研究之路。     

“文化殖民”与中国教育发展战略选择

长期以来,借鉴或采用西方国家教育发展的理念与做法,已成为中国教育发展战略的基本选择。由此,不仅造成基本国情、民族文化、本土教育资源等的"集体遗忘",还造成思维方式的单一、认识的片面、多元思想的消解。从后殖民主义、本土知识的研究来看,中国教育发展战略的选择必须要有明确的"身份确定",克服二元对立的思维模式,摆脱文化殖民主义的束缚,走出一条中国式的教育发展之路。
