关于编辑在中医药事业中价值作用的思考

中医药期刊编辑工作不仅体现在栏目设计、选题策划、论文评审选择、文稿加工修改等方面,作为学术研究者和学术传承人,在凝聚人才、汇聚成果和引领学术等方面,中医药编辑也发挥着不可替代的作用.本文对编辑在中医药事业中的价值作用进行思考,并从中医药传播、保护、传承和创新/发展4个方面进行阐释.认为中医药期刊编辑要充分利用学术期刊这一文化载体,推动中医药向世界传播和发展,弘扬中医药传统文化,提高民族自信,提升中国文化软实力.     

Courting Apocalypse: Creating a Zombie-Themed Evidence-Based Medicine Game

In 2015, two librarians at the Hardin Library for the Health Sciences at the University of Iowa turned their dreams into a reality and secured funding to build a zombie-themed evidence-based medicine game. The game features a “choose your own adventure” style that takes students through a scenario where a disease outbreak is taking place and a resident is asked to use evidence-based medicine skills to select a screening and diagnostic tool to use on potentially infected patients. Feedback on the game has been positive, and future plans include building additional modules on therapy, harm, and prognosis.     

论中西医学之异同

运用马克思、列宁主义的哲学原理和辨证唯物主义的观点,从中西医学的起源、发展及其异同比较,综合分析了二者各自的历史文化背景、现实特点以及发展趋势等,阐明了中西医学是相互对立的两套理论体系,但二者并非毫不相干,而是前后相通的两道门．作者认为中西医的交融、结合是历史的必然,既符合时立统一的规律,又符合科学发展观．     

高等医学院校临床医学专业基础化学课程建设的实践与研究

通过高等医学院校临床医学专业基础化学课程建设,完善教学基础条件,优化教师队伍结构,调整教学内容,进行教学方法与手段的改革与创新,达到提高教师队伍的整体素质和课堂教学质量,进而提高基础化学整体教学水平的目的,实现人才培养目标。     

苗药药性理论与属经理论的研究

本文在综合各地苗药药性理论调研、论证分析的基础上,对苗药的药性理论与属经理论进行系统的分析研究,提出了较为合理的苗药药性理论与属经理论,以期建立起相对统一和规范的苗药理论系统。     

消除运动性疲劳的10种中药及其元素的研究

近20年来,国内运动医学界已开始重视并运用中药和元素等中药疗法来治疗运动性疲劳、缩短恢复时间、提高运动能力,取得了一些研究成果．本文用ICP／AES法对10种抗运动性疲劳中药中的17种元素进行了分析．研究发现：运动性疲劳与中医的“虚证”是十分相似的;中医的补虚类中药中微量元素含量与临床上治疗各种虚证的疽效有密切关系．     

Evaluation and application of an efficient plant DNA extraction protocol for laboratory and field testing

Nucleic acids in plant tissue lysates can be captured quickly by a cellulose filter paper and prepared for amplification after a quick purification.In this study,a published filter paper strip method was modified by sticking the filter paper on a polyvinyl chloride resin(PVC)sheet.This modified method is named EZ-D,for EASY DNA extraction.Compared with the original cetyl trimethylammonium bromide(CTAB)method,DNA extracted by EZ-D is more efficient in polymerase chain reaction(PCR)amplification due to the more stable performance of the EZ-D stick.The EZ-D method is also faster,easier,and cheaper.PCR analyses showed that DNA extracted from several types of plant tissues by EZ-D was appropriate for specific identification of biological samples.A regular PCR reaction can detect the EZ-D-extracted DNA template at concentration as low as 0.1 ng/μL.Evaluation of the EZ-D showed that DNA extracts could be successfully amplified by PCR reaction for DNA fragments up to 3000 bp in length and up to 80%in GC content.EZ-D was successfully used for DNA extraction from a variety of plant species and plant tissues.Moreover,when EZ-D was combined with the loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)method,DNA identification of biological samples could be achieved without the need for specialized equipment.As an optimized DNA purification method,EZ-D shows great advantages in application and can be used widely in laboratories where equipment is limited and rapid results are required.     

临床医学专业“新生研讨课”实践与反思

“新生研讨课”是本科教育中新兴起的一种引导性的大学启蒙教育课程。山东大学在借鉴美国和国内“新生研讨课”开设经验的基础上,通过3轮教学实践,探索出适合临床医学专业“新生研讨课”的教学模式,这一模式有助于临床医学专业大学生完成由中学阶段向大学阶段的角色转换。     

Review:Study progress in therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine monomer in severe acute pancreautis

Severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) is a common acute abdomen clinical problem characterized by high mortality, multiple complications, complicated pathogenesis and difficult treatment. Recent studies found traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)monomers have markedly good effect for treating SAP. Many TCM monomers can inhibit pancreatin, resist inflammation, improve microcirculation and immunoloregulation, etc. to block the pathological progress of SAP in multiple ways, reduce complications and lower mortality with rapid effects. It is significant for enhancing SAP treatment to deeply understand the current situation in TCM monomers for treating SAP and take precious references therein. This article summarizes the treating effects and mechanisms of TCM monomers for SAP in recent years.     

中医对运动性骨折原因的分析及预防对策

运动性骨折是运动中经常发生的伤病,中医认为运动性骨折的发病原因可以分为两类：一是外因;二是内因.辨明骨折发病原因对预防和治疗运动员的运动伤病具有重要的意义.
