论胡适的妇女解放思想

胡适认为传统的“男尊女卑”、“三从四德”等封建纲常礼教是中国妇女解放的最大障碍。他反对缠足,反对片面的贞节观,主张男女平等、婚姻自由。他特别强调通过教育培养中国妇女的“自立”精神和能力,使妇女全而自由的发展,成为具有独立意志的、社会的人,从而使近代中国社会愚昧、落后的面貌有所改观。     

唐崔安乐墓志的文化价值和认识意义

墓志作为一种特别的化形态，是我国某历史阶段化成果的最真切的综合性反映。从人类化不断发展的角度，对新发现的唐代崔安乐墓志进行较详细诠释，分析出此墓志在史学、学、书法艺术方面的个性特征和因袭固例的历史性缺陷。由此提出了唐化突变的关节点是安史之乱，此后的唐化才实现了具有本质意义的深化和进步的重要思考。     

Critical moments and second-chance education constructing socially excluded women’s stories of career success

This study narrates the role of education/training in the career success stories of twelve women on an Irish active labour market programme, Community Employment (CE). All from lower socio-economic groups, having early school-leaving backgrounds, and, prior to CE, were long-term unemployed. CE enhances the employability of the long-term unemployed by offering job opportunities and providing education/training. Using narrative inquiry, it understands how the women (re)construct their interpretations of their career success following critical moments of change in their lives. The study narrates the stories on a case-by-case basis according to the category of critical moment that each participant experienced and then views the chronicles via the lens of social class as mediated through the educational structure. It, therefore, specifically recognises the micro-individual and macro-social aspects of a person’s interpretation of his/her career and education/training experiences. To understand the change process inherent in the stories, a theoretical construct, Giddens’ (1991) fateful moment, is operationalised by examining how the critical moments evolve in to fateful moments facilitated by the structural influence of the education/training provided by the expert system of CE. The study concludes by proposing three categories of career success for this sample to take account of their altered career structures.

From trust to control – the Swedish first teacher reform

In this study, the implementation of the Swedish first teacher reform, where especially skilled teachers get an opportunity to advance in their careers, is examined. The scene is an upper secondary school, Baxter High, in the southwest of Sweden. In this particular school, a new system with first teachers replaces an old system of so-called head teachers. The teachers’ response to this is multilayered: at the same time as it reveals an unwillingness to change everyday work rhythms, it is also a response to cultural change, and to change in the discourse of political life in Baxter High. The implementation of the first teacher reform results not only in a change in administrative categories, but also in a change in ideology, intertwined with and embedded in the cultural and social life of the school. In this article, the authors connect the first teacher reform to the neoliberal transformation process that the Swedish educational system has undergone over the last three decades.

在全球化时代,文化因素的重要性日益突出.当今日益严峻的国家文化主权问题是伴随着文化全球化而凸现的.文化全球化凸现出文化主权与文化霸权的冲突问题.面对西方的文化霸权,中国要从根本上捍卫国家文化主权、保障国家文化安全,必须制定对外文化战略、发展先进文化、加快经济发展、建设文化产业和加强网络建设.     

Escape rooms as tools for climate change education: an exploration of initiatives

Abstract

In the last years we have observed a growing interest in the use of gamification approaches for climate change education. While most practices are related to digital gaming, there is a new trend which is still academically unexplored: escape rooms. The main objective of this paper is to serve as an initial exploratory study in this field by identifying and analysing climate change-related escape rooms. For that purpose we carried out a web search and a qualitative content analysis. A total of 17 initiatives are described and compared, unravelling their main audience, country of origin, topics, scenarios and objectives covered. The paper also highlights what escape rooms can offer to climate change education: experiential and immersive learning, problem solving and critical thinking skills, and a sense of collaboration and urgency.

价值取向在社会变迁的时期引导人们重新塑造价值观念.本文分析了广西龙胜平安壮寨在旅游开发之后发生的社会文化变迁,论证了旅游开发对传统村寨的社会文化影响,并说明了这种变迁深层次原因是价值取向引导重新塑造了当地居民的价值观念.     

我国高校教师差异化聘用格局的表现、成因及评价

教师是高校的核心战略资源。近年来,高校教师差异化聘用趋势明显。差异化聘用表现为三种模式:一是不同职业发展轨迹下长聘轨教职和普通轨教职差异聘用;二是不同薪酬分配模式下年薪制教职和岗位薪酬制教职差异聘用;三是不同合同聘期下终身教职和任期教职差异聘用。差异化聘用源于一系列强制性因素和诱致性因素的共同作用。强制性因素主要是政府主导的教师聘用制改革所带来的自上而下的强力推动;诱致性因素主要是教师身份趋于多元,以及大学职能扩展和绩效管理所带来的自下而上的路径探索。差异化聘用三种模式交叉、共存,体现了教育公益、教师私益和高校绩效管理的有机结合,值得肯定。但也应警惕可能引发的过度市场化倾向、“精英”“普通”教师疏离、效率与学术不平衡等负面效应。     

Driving change from ‘the middle’: middle leading for site based educational development

ABSTRACT

Educational researchers have invested much in isolating the specific ‘drivers’ that influence school change and teacher professional development. In this vein, this article draws attention to necessarily situated understandings of practice development through research into the nature of ‘middle leading’ for site based education development in one primary school district in regional Australia. Drawing on practice theory, the analysis reveals how developing and sustaining change in schools is contingent on middle leaders’ insider knowledge, shared responsibility and capacity to sustain and ‘drive’ teachers’ learning. The article argues more situated understandings of middle leading practices are essential for sustainable educational reform.
