华北抗日根据地是敌后战场的重点地区。由于我们党在这一时期对知识分子采取了正确政策 ,因此 ,大大地调动了他们的积极性。知识分子在开辟华北抗日根据地、建立民主政权和建设抗日根据地中皆发挥了重要作用     

高校在读研究生体育状况的调查分析

通过问卷调查、查阅文献资料、访谈、数理统计等方法对我国24所高校的468名在读研究生的体育知识、锻炼方法、体育态度、体育习惯、体育行为以及体育管理现状等方面情况进行了深入的调查研究．结果表明：大部分研究生的体质有下降趋势；参加体育锻炼的周次数偏低，每次锻炼持续的时间偏短；大部分学生不能科学的进行体育锻炼，良好的体育习惯尚未养成，有必要对其进行有效的控制与引导；研究生体育管理不够健全。不能有效的为研究生组织体育活动；没有最基本的体育课，这些需要引起有关管理部门的高度重视。

Revisioning professionalism from the periphery

Abstract

The issue of who should be included and recognised as professionals in the early childhood education and care (ECEC) service system is both contested and pressing in the current policy climate. At stake is a high-quality early childhood care and education service system that is both responsive and appropriate to the constituency it serves. A review of the history of ECEC professionalism reveals complex entanglements and debates regarding professional belonging. Services that deliver education and care to children and families living in high poverty contexts are often excluded from ECEC professionalism debates. Drawing on notions of rationality, emotionality and criticality presented in recent accounts of ECEC professionalism, we use data collected from interviews with service providers delivering services to children and families living in high poverty contexts in Australia to develop an account of criticality that is pertinent to current funding and policy contexts. We argue that these service providers’ perspectives about their own professionalism have much to offer broader debates.     

Choosing schools,choosing selves: exploring the influence of parental identity and biography on the school choice process in Delhi,India

Drawing on qualitative interview data from a group of lower income parents in Delhi, India, this paper focuses on the dynamic relationship between parental choice of a particular school and parents’ own identity construction. The data indicate that choice of school is for some parents a symbolic expression of identity, influenced by family dynamics and parents’ educational biographies. The paper outlines the concept of ‘forging solidarities’ and proposes it as an alternative way of understanding school enrolment decisions that recognises the social significance of such choices for the wider family unit. More generally, as school choice mechanisms in various forms become an increasingly important part of the educational landscape in many countries, the findings draw attention to the sociocultural nature of choice in real-world market settings and the contribution of schooling choices to processes of social and educational segregation.     

我国民俗文化的现状分析

作为当前社会发生急剧变迁的结果,民俗文化在此背景下出现了程度不同、内容复杂的变迁;作为被开发的对象,民俗文化尽管创造了一定的经济价值,但受到的破坏远远大于保护;作为被保护的对象,民俗文化受到的关注还处在大造声势的阶段,保护口号远远多于实际的措施,但已经表现出充满希望的前景.     

Entering the occupational category of ‘Farmer’: new pathways through professional agricultural education in Ireland

Purpose: Understand the emergence of new potential career trajectories in the liberalised Irish dairy farming sector through analysis of the narratives of students of a Professional Diploma in Dairy Farm Management

Design/methodology/approach: A review of the literature highlights that entry to a working life in agriculture has been characterised by protracted farm succession processes; a strong association between being a farmer and owning land in the family name; lingering male identities esteeming manual labour; and a pragmatic need at farm level for manual work. The abolition of milk quota in 2015 was predicted to catalyse expansion of production on dairy farms with an increase in milk production; accompanied by a demand for qualified personnel. The BNIM method was employed.

Findings: Results confirm that agricultural education is perceived and experienced as offering new pathways for young farmers to enter the occupational category of ‘farmer’, helping to manoeuvre around the constraints of non-inheritance. The students’ narratives evidenced managerial identities, being strongly influenced by encountering management approaches through their agricultural education. All students desired to eventually own a farm someday and to be to employed as a professional dairy farm manager was a perceived as an intermediary goal.

Practical implication: Discontinuation of the traditional family farming model based on family farm/land ownership is not imminent even among a cohort qualified to become employed dairy farm managers.

Theoretical implication: This paper contributes to theoretical framework which highlights the shift in farmer masculine identity and the career trajectory of graduates of specialised agricultural education programmes.

关于"休谟问题"的新思考

“休谟问题”的焦点可以集中在所谓的“自然齐一律的假定”不可证明的问题上。休谟及同意休谟观点的哲学家们没有发现事实上人类头脑中有未经证明便确立的东西——原始的信念。如果我们不否认人类头脑中的确有信念这种东西,我们就不能否认人类头脑中有未被证实同时也是不证自明的东西——如果我们承认了这一点,休谟问题事实上已不复存在了。
