There is substantial research interest in tutor feedback and students’ perception and use of such feedback. This paper considers some of the major issues raised in relation to tutor feedback and student learning. We explore some of the current feedback drivers, most notably the need for feedback to move away from simply a monologue from a tutor to a student to a valuable tutor–student dialogue. In relation to moving feedback forward the notions of self regulation, dialogue and social learning are explored and then considered in relation to how such theory can translate into practice. The paper proposes a framework (GOALS) as a tool through which tutors can move theory into practice with the aim of improving student learning from feedback. 相似文献

房产税是我国房地产市场宏观调控"组合拳"中的新工具。重庆房产税改革试点方案主要针对高端住宅市场,更具有政策"窗口意义"。房产税实施的目标主要是稳定房价、防范金融风险、调节居民财产再分配,构建税收新体系,实现国民经济平稳健康发展。从我国房价的构成和房地产市场的供求关系长期趋势看,在房产税改革试点方案出台的背景下,房价在"十二五"期间和未来十年总体上仍呈现稳中有升的态势;同时,在宏观调控"组合拳"长效化机制下,未来的房价不会出现暴涨与暴跌。 相似文献

This article reports on the findings from the first part of a pilot project which gathered data from a mixed-ability Year-4 class on their perceptions of their identities as learners. A questionnaire was used which addressed both academic and affective issues, for example, why pupils do or do not enjoy certain subjects, whether they prefer to work collaboratively or alone and why they do or do not feel comfortable in the classroom. It also asked about the reasons for such preferences. The study of religious conversion messages is currently an unexplored facet in interpersonal communication and social-cognition research. This study focused on the affective, intellectual, and cognitive needs of potential converts in reference to their attitudes and responses toward ministers utilizing the conversion appeals of fear and comfort. Eighty-nine participants, representing different levels of perceived personal relevance, religiosity (High Religiosity, Low Religiosity, Fundamentalism), familiarity with the type of appeal being made, and High/Low need for cognition were given a religious sermon to view, followed by various response and mood instruments. Results found familiarity with the message type to be a mediating factor of perceived speaker credibility and level of perceived influence, but not necessarily in reference to level of religious grouping. Possible explanations for these findings and applicability of the influence of emotional persuasion in religious conversion sermons were discussed. 相似文献

Regulation refers to governmental restrictions over enterprise in order to protect public interest. Research on governmental
regulation in China primarily focuses on public utility, and inadequate attention has been paid to regulating college tuition.
Currently, although the educational administrative agencies have successfully kept college tuition at the level of the year
2000, the governmental regulation on tuition has not achieved the effects expected because it has not been able to lower college
tuition to the level that the public is willing to accept, and it has not established any internal scientific management system
in colleges. The ultimate goal of college regulation should be establishing a healthy order among various social groups. After
tuition is capped, the priority for constructing a scientific college management system is to define the goals for governmental
regulation on college tuition. A feasible option for now is to replace cost analysis with intervention institutions and to
improve the situation of asymmetric information.
