北魏建都平城刍议

北魏建都平城（今山西大同）进而统一北方,对于中国封建社会的发展影响至深。平城及其京畿所在的大同盆地是内蒙古高原与山西高原的接合地,因盆地用边有多处山口,形成天然关隘,而为古代游牧族进入中原之通道,战略地位异常重要。魏晋十六国时期,匈奴等游牧民族纷纷入塞南下,大同盆地是各民族南下中原之枢纽,鲜卑拓跋部经过力微、猗卢、什翼犍等几代首领的努力,向大同盆地进军,奠定了北魏建都平城的基础。到十六国后期北魏建立,拓跋硅利用该地区独特的战略地位,击败周边诸多政权,由此南下中原,建都平城,完成了统一北方的伟业。     

从宗系辩诬事件看明朝与朝鲜外交渠道的特点

朝鲜与明朝进行的宗系辩诬事件,持续长达近两个世纪,最终获得圆满解决。在这漫长的宗系辩诬交涉中,明朝与朝鲜属国之间外交渠道的不通畅暴露无遗。当东亚封贡体系面临外部巨大冲击时,必然走向全面瓦解。

《国民杂志》是日伪华北政务委员会于1941年1月在北平创办的一份汉奸杂志,是日本法西斯对华北报刊进行舆论管制的产物。文章主要介绍了《国民杂志》创办背景、宗旨及特点,分析其栏目设置和主要内容,指出《国民杂志》的低俗、媚俗和庸俗。     

华北水利委员会对华北水资源勘查与利用

1928年成立的华北水利委员会是以科学方法进行水利建设的新式水利行政机构,主要负责华北防洪、灌溉、航运、水力及其他水利工程事宜。该会成立后在华北水利测量、水资源勘测,以及引水灌溉工程建设方面做了大量工作,为制定水利计划、进行水利工程建设、改善华北水环境打下了良好的基础。     

安徽淮河流域当代农业科技现状研究——以皖北为研究对象

淮河流域是中国传统社会主要粮食产区,至今仍是全国重要的粮食生产基地之一。处于淮河流域中游的皖北地区在整个淮河流域农业生产发展中起着举足轻重的作用。通过调查,全面把握该地区当今农业科技状况。并通过与传统农业技术的系统比较,综合评判两者对于该地区未来农业发展的意义。从而为安徽省淮河流域农业的可持续发展寻求途径。只有使两者密切结合,扬长避短,才能促进农业环境朝着可持续方向发展,为皖北及整个淮河流域未来农业的发展提供有利的环境条件。     

魏晋南北朝时期的歌谣风议与官民互动

民间歌谣是民众生活与情感的直接反映和流露 ,往往会引起统治者的关注 ,在特定的历史条件下 ,还会促成官民之间的互动。魏晋南北朝时期由歌谣风议引起统治政策的调整变化就是这种互动的生动表现。大体说来 ,这种调整和变化可以归纳为以下四个方面 :一、升迁或罢黜官员 ;二、调整军事和行政措施 ;三、实现皇权更迭 ;四、改元和祈禳。这些措施包含了顺应民心的因素 ,对于社会的安定 ,具有一定的积极意义。     

The Evolution of GIS Services within North American Academic Libraries: Documenting Change through the Decades (1995–2016)

This review was conducted to identify articles written about Geographic Information Systems (GIS) services offered in the United States (US) and Canadian university and college libraries. In the early 1990's, the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) GIS Literacy Project, in partnership with Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), helped enable ARL member libraries to create GIS services within their libraries. By the mid to late 1990's, librarians from academic institutions began to write articles that discussed how their library developed GIS services and the components involved with operating a GIS service. Writing about GIS services in academic libraries continued on into the 2000's and 2010's. This review of the literature will document the areas of staffing, service, technology, and data provision for GIS service units from three decades (1990's, 2000's, and 2010's).     

A Study to Develop and Apply Evaluation Factors for Subject Guides in South Korea

The purpose of this study is to develop the evaluation factors for the Subject Guide for Korean Modern Literature, which is provided by the National Library of Korea, to enhance the guides as an effective public service. In the study, the following final evaluation factors were identified: four evaluation domains (use, content, format, and collaboration), 23 evaluation components, and 67 evaluation items and questions. The results of the study showed that key evaluation components included the reliability of the website, user communication, accessibility to the subject guides, book search capability, provision of information in a consistent format, and the scope of the subject guides. When the subject-specific bibliography system of the National Library of Korea was examined by applying the developed evaluation factors, it was found that the system satisfied only 37 (55.2%) of 67 evaluation items: 8 (40%) of 20 items on use, 13 (66%) of 20 items on content, 15 (88%) of 17 items on format, and 1 (10%) of 10 items on collaboration. Accordingly, the entire subject-specific bibliography system that is currently in use needs to be reviewed, and changes and improvements need to be made utilizing the derived evaluation factors. In particular, it is imperative to develop a strategy to facilitate collaboration among users and librarians in charge, and a more effective subject guide system.
