邓小平的真理检验标准思想探析

邓小平真理观在坚持马克思主义实践标准的基础上,把是否有利于促进生产力发展作为检验真理的科学标准,把是否有利于增进人民福祉作为检验真理的价值标准,并在此基础上提出了判断是非功过的＂三个有利于＂标准,从而实现了科学标准和价值标准的有机统一,实现了对马克思主义真理观关于真理检验标准思想的丰富和发展。     

Chinese children with ASD in Hong Kong (SAR): development of inclusive practice

The advancement of inclusive educational provision in the Asia‐Pacific region has been guided by international research. As one example, Hong Kong has developed a unique and cultural response to inclusive practice within the region. This paper reviews Hong Kong's development of inclusive education practice for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). It provides an account of how services in education have developed for Chinese children with ASD, from diagnosis to school placement, and how the students are supported. A number of challenges for the region are discussed including those related to pedagogy, mentoring, placement, support and the need for culturally appropriate professional learning.     

欧美国家广播电视管理型态研究

以美、法、英、德、加拿大等国为范例,对五种不同的欧美国家广播电视行政管理型态及其原则与职责作横向的比较研究,揭示它们作为国家广播电视行政管理模式的多样性,揭示其相同特征：均以宪法、法律为基础,在民主宪政框架内奉行“公共服务”的核心理念,保障公众利益在传媒领域的体现,以及独立行政、自治、多元主义、社会利益集团高度参与性等发展总趋势。     

行动学习视角下外语教师实践性知识构建研究

参考Elbaz提出的教师实践性知识分析框架,以两位高校英语教师为个案,从行动学习的视角探究高校外语教师实践性知识的构建途径,以期为高校外语教师教育与专业发展提供相关启示。     

民营企业家子女（中学生）学习状况的调查报告

采用自编问卷,通过对382名民营企业家子女（中学生）的问卷调查,从校内学习情况、校外学习情况、学习兴趣、作业考试情况、学习心理状态以及对自我学习的期望和要求等六大方面考察了民营企业家子女的学习状况。结果表明：民营企业家子女的学业负担较重;民营企业家子女的学习兴趣不强,学习自觉性较弱;民营企业家子女的学习心理状态不佳。研究认为,了解这些后果及其产生原因,可为探讨改善民营企业家子女学习状况、促进其健康成长提供科学依据。     

Disaster preparedness,adaptive politics and lifelong learning: a case of Japan

Preparedness for disaster scenarios is progressively becoming an educational agenda for governments because of diversifying risks and threats worldwide. In disaster-prone Japan, disaster preparedness has been a prioritised national agenda, and preparedness education has been undertaken in both formal schooling and lifelong learning settings. This article examines the politics behind one prevailing policy discourse in the field of disaster preparedness referred to as ‘the four forms of aid’ – ‘kojo [public aid]’, ‘jijo [self-help]’, ‘gojo/kyojo [mutual aid]’. The study looks at the Japanese case, however, the significance is global, given that neo-liberal governments are increasingly having to deal with a range of disaster situations whether floods or terrorism, while implementing austerity measures. Drawing on the theory of the adaptiveness of neo-liberalism, the article sheds light on the hybridity of the current Abe government’s politics: a ‘dominant’ neo-liberal economic approach – public aid and self-help – and a ‘subordinate’ moral conservative agenda – mutual aid. It is argued that the four forms of aid are an effective ‘balancing act’, and that kyojo in particular is a powerful legitimator in the hybrid politics. The article concludes that a lifelong and life-wide preparedness model could be developed in Japan which has taken a social approach to lifelong learning.     

博士生知识焦虑的多维透视及其消解策略

作为知识社会重要的劳动主体,博士生受知识引发的现实性变革影响而压力倍增,逐渐暴露出由知识引发的焦虑问题。从心理学来看,博士生知识焦虑表现为以无助感为特质的情绪症候,消解之策在于博士生自我调控和外部干预两个方面;从现象学来看,其导源于博士生消极的学术体验,主要表现为由知识建构中自我效能感降低和师生关系紧张所诱发的学术倦怠,对此应加强研究生教育的系统性,建立科学机制以保证师生间的良性互动;从生命哲学而言,知识焦虑表现为博士生对学术生命的存在困惑,因应之道在于关注博士生的生存状态、尊重其学术生命的独特性和完整性,满足博士生潜能发挥与自我实现的内在需求。     

民国时期老子研究风貌管窥--《老子哲学之研究》阅读札记

在民国时期,伴随着中国现代化的进程,西方近现代学术开始大量传入中国,并为中国学术界所接受。随着"哲学"一词及其观念的传入,"老子哲学"研究一词开始频繁出现在民国时期老子研究的各类文章和书籍中,一个不同于封建时代的老子研究范式逐步被确立起来,其中许多观念一直延续至今。从金声这本名不见经传的小册子中,我们能够感受到中西思想强烈撞击的时代背景下老子研究的风貌。     

再论集体经营性建设用地信托之法构造

集体经营性建设用地使用权是一种用益物权,其可转让性得到了新修订的土地管理法的承认,可以成为集体经营性建设用地信托的信托财产。 集体经营性建设用地信托关系中的委托人和受益人都是农民集体。 农民集体作为委托人时,由于不具备我国信托法要求的民事行为能力,所以,农民集体的委托行为往往可以由经过其授权的集体经济组织代理。 集体经营性建设用地信托的受托人一般采取信托机构的形式,并有两种模式可以选择,即由政府出资成立的信托机构和商业信托机构。 前者具有一定的现实意义,而后者代表了受托人未来的发展趋势。     

Unexpected changes of itinerary – adaptive functioning difficulties in daily transitions for adults with autism spectrum disorder

Adaptive functioning skills, also known as adaptive behaviours, refer to a multifaceted concept defined as behaviours necessary for age-appropriate, independent functioning in social, communication, daily living or motor areas. In light of the growing population of children with ASD who will eventually become adults, increased understanding of adaptive functioning during the transition to adulthood is of importance, but current research in this area lacks first-hand evidence presenting adaptive skills difficulties among older adolescents and adults with ASD. This article focuses on adaptive functioning skills in daily transitions for adults with Asperger’s syndrome (AS) or high-functioning autism (HFA). It draws on evidence from 12 interviews with individuals on the autism spectrum age 16–43, and 2 focus groups with 8 family members of people affected by ASD. Particular emphasis is placed on impact of adaptive functioning difficulties on well-being and quality of life for adults with ASD. Grounded theory approach has been used to analyse the gathered data. Interviewees reflected on daily challenges associated with unexpected changes in routine, sensory difficulties and social interactions. These in turn had an impact on their adaptive functioning skills by introducing complications in the process of making transitions between different contexts and decreasing interviewees’ ability to tackle challenges of daily life. Importance placed on societal expectations towards meeting bespoken standards and conforming to norms ruling the structure and interactions of daily life were also widely discussed. Frequently such expectations did not allow for factoring in the developmental nature of ASD and related difficulties, which as a result triggered additional complexity in managing daily transitions for adults on the spectrum. Further research addressing adaptive functioning skills in daily transitions for adults with ASD is needed.
