本文采用纵向研究设计方法,对大四师范生进行了专业承诺和学习倦怠的研究,旨在探讨师范生专业承诺状况,为大学生职业心理咨询和干预提供理论依据.研究结果表明:①大四师范生专业承诺整体水平处于中等水平(83.98±12.23),继续承诺最低(16.71±2.87);②总承诺、情感承诺、理想承诺、规范承诺、继续承诺随着时间的增长有下降的趋势,其中,继续承诺前后测的得分存在显著性差异(t =2.413,p<0.05).③学习倦怠的水平较高(59.83±6.57),其中成就感低最为严重(19.42 ±3.08);④总倦怠、情绪低落、成就感低随着时间的增长有上升的趋势.因此加强对师范大学生进行职业心理辅导,可激发大学生学习积极性和增强大学生职业信心.  相似文献

This research explores the relationship between employees’ disposition and several important job attitudes. Dispositional affect is a personality trait that describes people's emotional responses to situations. This study explored how affective disposition influences the job attitudes of work engagement, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. Data were collected from a sample of librarians, and the results show that affective disposition strongly predicted the three job attitudes in the expected directions. The findings contribute to knowledge of the role of personality in the workplace and provide guidance for library managers on how best to facilitate positive job attitudes.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Extant literature on relationship marketing tends to focus on for-profit firms and their relationships with important stakeholders. However, higher education institutions face many of the same intense competitive forces that have made relationship marketing a practical choice for many for-profit firms. Therefore, it is not surprising that many are adopting relationship marketing strategies. In the context of higher education marketing, we examine the nature of the student-faculty relationship development process and its affect on helpfulness, which we define as a “state of mind” conducive to future helping behavior. Drawing on relationship marketing theory and identity theory, we posit that trust, relationship commitment, and identity salience are key mediating variables between three antecedent variables (shared values, communication, and opportunistic behavior) and helpfulness. Our results provide support for the roles hypothesized for trust, relationship commitment, and identity salience.  相似文献

对湖北、湖南、浙江、江苏等省部分高等院校的280名体育教师的组织承诺,离职意愿及职业生涯发展阶段进行了调查。有效数据被试247名,男性占68%,女性占32%;平均年龄34岁。对有效数据进行多元回归分析,表明普通高校体育教师职业生涯发展的第2阶段(在适应成长阶段),规范承诺能够有效地预测离职意愿;在职业生涯发展的第3阶段(即在快速发展阶段),情感承诺能够有效地预测离职意愿。因此,在体育教师的适应成长阶段提高其规范承诺、在快速发展阶段提高其情感承诺可降低其离职意愿,这将为高校体育院系的有效管理提供一定的依据。  相似文献

Online open source software platforms, such as Sourceforge.net, play a vital role in creating an ecosystem that enables the creation and growth of open source projects. However, there is little research exploring the interactions between open source stakeholders and the platform. We believe that the sustainability of the platform crucially depends on financial incentives. While platforms can obtain these incentives through multiple means, in this paper we focus on one form of financial incentives—voluntary monetary donations by open source community members. We report findings from two empirical studies that examine factors that impact donations. Study 1 investigates the factors that cause some community members to donate and not others. We find that the decision to donate is impacted by relational commitment with open source software platform, donation to projects and accepting donations from others. Study 2 examines what drives the level of donation. We find that the length of association with the platform and relational commitment affects donation levels.  相似文献

通过对149名知识型人才的调查,探讨组织支持感与职业承诺、职业满意之间的关系。结果表明:职业承诺由四个维度(情感承诺、持续承诺、职业动力和职业忠诚)构成;组织支持感对职业承诺不同维度存在不同的影响;职业承诺可以预测职业满意度(职业成功)。  相似文献
