低功耗CMOS射频集成电路的设计与研究

Statistical properties of nucleotide clusters in DNA sequences

Using the complete genome of Plasmodiumfalciparum 3D7 which has 14 chromosomes as an example, we have examined the distribution functions for the amount of C or G and A or T consecutively and non-overlapping blocks of m bases in this system. The function P(S) about the number of the consecutive C-G or A-T content cluster conforms to the relation P(S)oce-as;values of the scaling exponent αCG are much larger than αAT; and αAT of 14 chromosomes are hardly changed, whereas αCG of 14chromosomes have a number of fluctuations. We found maximum value of A-T cluster size is much larger than C-G, which implies the existence of large A-T cluster. Our study of the width function ξ(m) of cluster C-G content showed that follows good power law ξ(m)ocm-γ. The average γ for 14 chromosomes is 0.931. These investigations provide some insight into the nucleotide clusters of DNA sequences, and help us understand other properties of DNA sequences.

文章根据语言行为理论,统计分析了商业英语广告的劝说力在言语行为中的分布特征和体现形式,并分析其成因。从分布来看,劝说力主要由指令行为来体现,辅之以断言行为和提问行为,承诺行为和表情行为使用较少,宣布行为几乎不用,这种分布不仅受到礼貌原则的制约,也受到不同文化因素和适宜条件的影响;从体现形式来看,直接言语行为和间接言语行为的使用同样普遍,且多以消费者为出发点,但直接言语行为略多于间接言语行为。分析表明,广告商总是试图运用多种手段使广告的语言生动活泼,引人注目,既要达到其最终销售产品的目的,又要尽量避免"冒犯"读者的危险性。     

论二十世纪五十年代中苏经济关系的政治化:表现、成因及启示——以苏联对华经援为例

五十年代,苏联对中国进行了大规模的经济援助,表面上看,这是双方经济联系的一种主要方式,但实质上,它是苏联籍以实现其国内外政治目标的工具,因而是一种明显的经济关系政治化现象。虽然,这种关系的结局是令人痛心的,但也不是简单的谁之过的问题,它的背后有着许多深层次的原因。对这些原因进行深入探析,无疑将给我们提供一些对现实有益的教训与启示。

Use of stochastic simulations to investigate the power and design of a whole genome association study using single nucleotide

This paper presents a quick, easy to implement and versatile way of using stochastic simulations to investigate the power and design of using single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) arrays for genome-wide association studies in farm animals. It illustrates the methodology by discussing a small example where 6 experimental designs are considered to analyse the same resource consisting of 6006 animals with pedigree and phenotypic records: (1) genotyping the 30 most widely used sires in the population and all of their progeny (515 animals in total), (2) genotyping the 100 most widely used sires in the population and all of their progeny (1 102 animals in total), genotyping respectively (3) 515 and (4) 1 102 animals selected randomly or genotyping respectively (5) 515 and (6) 1 102 animals from the tails of the phenotypic distribution. Given the resource at hand, designs where the extreme animals are genotyped perform the best, followed by designs selecting animals at random. Designs where sires and their progeny are genotyped perform the worst, as even genotyping the 100 most widely used sires and their progeny is not as powerful of genotyping 515 extreme animals.     

中国地方政府间横向关系的新发展

随着我国区域经济的发展,地方政府间的横向关系从阻隔走向了互动。地方政府间横向关系的发展水平如何直接决定着我国区域经济发展的未来,决定着市场经济一体化的进程。组织间网络理论从一种不同于传统的途径入手来塑造一种全新的、合作的地方政府间关系。它的应用对于规范我国地方政府间关系,促进其良性发展有着一定的理论与现实意义。     

一种改进的混沌优化方法研究

为提高混沌优化方法的寻优速度和求解精度,本文提出一种改进的混沌优化方法,该方法结合幂函数载波和变尺度混沌优化方法的优点,在第一次载波中利用幂函数全局寻优,在第二次载波中,以当前最优解为中心,不断缩小优化变量的搜索区间进行双侧局部寻优。仿真结果表明,该方法可以明显提高收敛速度和精确性。

纪昀的《乌鲁木齐杂诗》较全面地反映了新疆各民族之间友好交往的情况。诗集中大量诗篇从新疆与中原政治、经济与文化生活的紧密联系,展现了新疆各民族之间的友好关系,表明新疆的繁荣发展是与中央的有效管理以及各族人民的共同努力分不开的。这说明清政府对新疆的有效管理是各民族团结、祖国统一、边境安定、生产发展的重要条件。
