对张建华教授关于俄国难民事务负责人的任命、南森译名的翻译等几个问题提出商榷,以为俄国难民事务负责人是由国际联盟任命的,而非国际红十字会,两战期间国际联盟在难民的救济、遣返、保护等方面发挥了主要的作用,南森及南森护照的翻译应采用规范的译名。     

传播的游戏理论视角下 新浪微博俄罗斯世界杯传播效果分析

使用“传播的游戏理论”,对新浪微博俄罗斯世界杯传播效果进行分析,并对新媒体用户的需求进行探讨。研究认为,世界杯传播是一场盈余时代的足球“游戏”,满足用户对愉悦、趣味的需求和对游戏的需求是新媒体未来发展的一种趋势;新浪微博俄罗斯世界杯期间,体现主观、个性的“选择性会聚”让用户在“游戏”过程中促进了“自我”的发展;只为享受足球魅力的非功利性传播为用户提供了一个宽松的“游戏”环境;利用微博话题、短视频、直播等新媒体技术传播乐趣,用户从“游戏”中收获了愉悦。对于传播效果的研究立足受众的个性特征和主观心态,注重体现个体主观能动意识,对把握未来新媒体传播发展和趋势具有启示意义。     

Racial contacts across the Pacific and the creation of minzoku in the Japanese empire

Focusing on the work of the Japanese sociologist Koyama Eizō, this paper critically explores the development of Japanese race studies from the late 1920s to the 1940s. During this period, Japanese intellectual discourses on race developed in the context of the need to manage heterogeneous populations within the Japanese empire and contain the growing mobility of populations in and outside of the territory. Reflecting Koyama’s keen interest in racial/ethnic contacts and interdisciplinary perspectives, his intellectual work symptomatically exemplifies not only the convergence of knowledge production and the dominant imperial regime but also the transpacific implications of Japanese race studies. On the one hand, my study examines Koyama’s preoccupation with racial/ethnic contacts in relation to imperial security and also traces how his study intersected with the discourse of American social scientists who were also interested in Japanese migrations. On the other hand, the study examines how the development of the idea of minzoku in Koyama’s discourse coincided with contemporaneous attempts to mobilize diverse populations in the empire. Thus, my research reveals a complex dynamic of integration and differentiation in discourse on Japanese race studies in the interwar era.

多渠道培养冬季体育项目俄语人才,是加强与世界冬季体育项目强国俄罗斯交流与学习的首要条件,是提高我国冰雪运动的必要措施。认为冬季运动项目的俄语人才应具备冬季运动项目专业俄语知识,具有扎实的语言基本功,丰富的冬季运动项目知识,良好的政治思想素质等。提出采用建立专门的俄语人才培养管理组织,与高校联合组建高水平体育俄语人才库,实行内部挖潜,开发培训教材,利用黑龙江体育科技信息网站开辟网络的培训模式等途径培养冬季运动项目俄语人才。     

The Russian avant-garde painting palette: Documentary and physicochemical codification of organic colorants

In the present article an attempt is made to elucidate the organic colorants commonly encountered in the Russian avant-garde painting palette by a combined art historical, documentary and physicochemical investigation, and to examine the influence of environmental factors on the chromatic profile originally sought by the artist. The overall approach based on written sources is confirmed by measurements on relevant paintings. The documentary research deals with the influences of Orthodox iconography, folkloric art, and occidental modernist tendencies on the Russian avant-garde palette, and studies the effects of contradictory historical processes in the chromatic profile of individual paintings. In the experimental section a series of colorants are investigated concerning the effects of accelerated ageing on experimental painting tables, prepared as watercolor and gouache layers on paper ground. The resulting samples are subjected to colorimetric and spectroscopic measurements, and analogous analytical procedures are applied on samples taken from selected paintings. A systematic comparative study of all data permits evaluation of the materials used in terms of their stability towards extrinsic factors, and proposal of degradation routes in order to assist museum curators and conservators in every concrete case related to the broad spectrum of pigments examined.     

晋陕蒙边界地区武术文化发展及成因

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对晋陕蒙边界地区武术文化发展及成因进行研究.指出,该地区地处特殊的文化地理位置,形成了明显有别于农耕与游牧的半农半牧社会文化生态体系.伴随着两种文明的不断碰撞与交融,武术这一身体文化也在该地形成了独特的文化形态,并对摔跤、射箭和武术文化进行具体分析.对成因的探究显示,黄河是凝聚农耕思想的武术身体文化在晋陕蒙边界地区传播发展的根基与命脉,长期的民族冲突为武术技击的传承与发展提供了动力,移民则是武术文化在该地区传播的载体.

ABSTRACT

The article analyses a debate that preoccupied the Russian press in the winter of 1878/9. Writers, journalists and scientists discussed whether mathematics could explain spiritualist séance phenomena. At its core, this was an assessment of social change and a debate about the ambiguity of modern life. While spiritualists hoped to bridge the divide between science and religion, subjectivity and objectivity, their opponents feared that séance phenomena and modern mathematics undermined a rationalist world-view that was endowed with reliability and universal truth. That no agreement could be reached indicates that the post-reform public sphere had become truly pluralist and modern.     

‘I'm not going to be in Japan forever’: how Filipina immigrant youth in Japan construct the meaning of home

This article, based on an ethnographic study of five Filipino-born daughters of Filipina migrant workers in Japan, discusses how these young women construct understandings of home as they navigate the borderlands between the Philippines, Japan and the US. The study reveals the ways in which these young women negotiate the possibilities and constraints of their homeland in the Philippines, their new land of Japan and an imagined future home in the US. Their senses of safety, economic security, community and cultural/linguistic affirmation all affected how they understand these countries as potential and possible homes. The study reveals how these youth search for and build homes across multiple spaces and the struggles they encounter within that search.     

文学的"解冻"——20世纪俄罗斯文学曲折发展的一个"解扣"

文学有自己的发展逻辑和规律。在19-20世纪之交,俄罗斯文学出现了再辉煌的"白银时代"。十月革命后,在"白银时代"多元美学思想的推动下,出现了20年代的文学复兴。斯大林体制占统治地位后,苏联文学经历了曲折发展的道路,波澜壮阔的文学大潮被分裂为三个支流。斯大林去世后,文学家掀起"解冻"运动,三流汇合,俄罗斯文学又登上世界高峰。俄罗斯文学的高度发展是国家存在的历史条件同独立的文学家队伍相结合的结果。     

社区教育:解决农民工社会排斥问题的有效途径

随着社会的发展、城市化进程的加速、社会流动的加剧，大批农民流入城市，而这些外来人员的生存和发展，以及伴随的社会问题更发人深思。可以从社会排斥的视角来看当今农民工的生存现状，包括经济排斥、政治排斥、社会关系排斥、文化排斥、社会保障排斥和教育排斥，而开展针对农民工的社区教育是解决农民工社会排斥问题的有效途径。
