如何协调江苏沿江开发与饮用水源地保护之间的关系是亟待解决的问题.该文选取饮用水源地上下游1km岸线利用、饮用水源地上游1km~5km岸线利用、饮用水源地下游1km~5km岸线利用、饮用水源地腹地土地利用等四个经济因子,根据土地利用类型、土地利用强度和是否有排污口等将四个因子划分为不同的层次,采用特尔菲法赋权,对江苏沿江26个饮用水源地的生态安全进行评价,结果表明,生态安全的水源地(综合得分>0.48)仅占27%,生态较安全的水源地(0.26<综合得分<=0.48)占46%、生态低安全的水源地(综合得分<=0.26)占27%.评价结果与现状水质之间有着较高程度的一致性,说明饮用水源地的生态安全与其附近的土地利用关系密切,据此提出调整岸线功能等保护措施. 相似文献

News source evaluations based on fact-checking can help curb the consumption and spread of fake news on social media. Prior research has primarily considered source evaluations with intuitive icons that indicate whether or not news sources are reputable. But can we increase the power of these icons by adding more detailed information about the evaluation that explains the reasons for the icon? What additional benefit would such evaluation details bring? Would they have the same effect for both positive and negative evaluations? We conducted two online experiments to understand the effects of a source evaluation icon (a positive or negative summary of the evaluation) and more detailed evaluation information explaining the reasons for the icon. Our results show an asymmetric effect of positive and negative icons and details. Negative icons reduced the believability of the articles, but adding evaluation details supporting the icon had no additional effect. In contrast, positive icons had no significant effects, but adding evaluation details significantly increased believability. We also found that users were more likely to view the evaluation details when the content of the article aligned with their pre-existing opinions, but the valence of the icon (positive or negative) did not affect this decision. 相似文献

The goal of this study was to re-examine McCroskey, Valencic, and Richmond's findings about the impact of a teacher's temperament on her or his students by examining the findings in a different context, the supervisor-subordinate relationship in organizational settings. This study measured a supervisor's temperament to see if it affected a subordinate's job satisfaction, motivation, and perceptions of supervisor credibility, sociocommunicative style, and approachability. Results indicated a positive relationship between supervisor psychoticism and subordinate job satisfaction and motivation, while supervisor extraversion and neuroticism negatively related to subordinate job satisfaction and motivation. Furthermore, results indicated a positive relationship between supervisor extraversion and subordinate perceptions of supervisor responsiveness, and a negative relationship between supervisor neuroticism and psychoticism and subordinate perceptions of supervisor responsiveness. Overall, a supervisor's temperament was shown to affect subordinate perceptions of supervisor communicative behavior. 相似文献

There is an urgency to improve source use among non-native speakers of English in the globalized era. This review examines problems and causes of second language (L2) English source misuse in the English as a Second Language (ESL) and English as a Foreign Language (EFL) environments, and proposes remedies for the problems. Thematic analysis resulted in issues related to L2 English misuse under the categories of (a) source use norms, (b) source use acquisition, and (c) ethical practice in L2 academic writing from 53 empirical studies. Furthermore, nine recommendations for L2 English source use pedagogy were derived to (a) ensure transparency in definitions, guidelines, and expectations, (b) build source use knowledge, and (c) engage L2 English writers in continuous practice and autonomous development of plagiarism avoidance. Finally, the authors provide an inter-relational network among the nine themes as well as suggestions for enhancing L2 source use policies and education among institutions and practitioners aiming to improve source use for L2 English writers. 相似文献
