中共话语视阈中的乡村妇女解放——以1937-1948年晋察冀、晋冀鲁豫边区为例

20世纪三四十年代,晋察冀、晋冀鲁豫边区的乡村妇女通过不同场域的社会实践活动来对她们的性别身份进行话语表演,她们的实践活动是"一种话语效应",是中共妇女解放话语重塑下的新的社会活动.这种活动推动了乡村女性在政治、经济、婚姻等层面的转型,也正是这种转型开启了近代乡村女性解放的新里程.

《良友》画报,作为近代上海最具影响力的杂志之一,不仅是上海现代生活的倡导者和都市图象的构建者,更是20世纪二三十年代上海女性生活的记录和呈现者。通过对《良友》画报关于女性问题的广告和内容研究,阐释20世纪二三十年代时上海女性生活的变化。     

种族与性别的双重压迫：普里查德土著题材小说中的澳大利亚土著女性

澳大利亚作家凯瑟琳·苏珊娜·普里查德,在她的土著题材作品中,努力克服种族偏见,对土著民和土著文化倾注了同情、理解和尊重;不仅如此,作为一个女性作家,她还对土著女性的不利生存地位给予了特别的关注,这使得她的土著题材作品既有反对种族主义的一面,又有关注性别歧视的一面。本文结合《库娜图》等四部作品,探讨了澳大利亚土著女性在19世纪末至20世纪初的殖民时期所遭受的种族和性别的双重压迫。

Mentoring of Women Faculty: The Role of Organizational Politics and Culture

This article reports on a key finding of a phenomenological study on the mentoring experiences of women faculty. The study revealed the political climate of the organization as an essential attribute of this experience. Women faculty identified organizational culture and gender issues that affected the mentoring they received. This study suggests the need for human resource and organization development initiatives to facilitate the provision of academic mentoring for women faculty—individually, departmentally, and culturally—as a means to foster transformation and change in academic institutions.Sharon K. Gibson is an Assistant Professor of organization learning and development at the University of St. Thomas. She received her Ph.D. in adult education from the University of Minnesota. She holds an M.S.W. degree and graduate certificate in labor and industrial relations from the University of Michigan and a B.S. from Cornell University. Her research interests focus on developmental relationships including mentoring and coaching, strategic human resource and organization development, and adult learning.     

论茅盾笔下时代女性的精神悲剧——兼与五四时期女性作比较

茅盾笔下的时代女性形象群是一个特殊的群体。她们身上有着强烈的悲剧色彩，具体表现为自身无法摆脱的矛盾冲突：梦想与现实的冲突；灵与肉的冲突；情与理的冲突；生与死的冲突。这种精神悲剧的形成有其深刻原因。     

对航专女生健康及锻炼状况的调查与分析

采用问卷调查法及数理统计法，对广州航海高等专科学校300名女生近3年的身体健康和体育锻炼情况进行了调查分析．结果表明：该校高年级女生的身体素质下降，肺活量降低。一般性痰病增多，针对这一调查结果，提出了如下建议：改革体育课教学内容，开设活动课，成立体育协会，改善教学和练习条件。旨在使学生有组织、有时间、有针对性地加强体育锻炼。

本文考察钱谦益的女性墓志铭，从中分析其夫妻观、女性观以及表现方法上的某些特点，并据以探究其背后蕴藏的文化意义。钱谦益钟情于挚友性质的夫妻关系，反映出晚明文人渴求精神生活的舒畅，并且向往日常生活中无拘无束、和谐美满的身心自由。钱谦益弘扬女性的阳刚之气，鼓吹女胜于男的观点，则体现了他的政治焦虑和反思意识。钱谦益的自我抒情和借题发挥，以及顽固的尚古思想，使得他的女性墓志铭在颇具文学色彩的同时，又有难以避免的矛盾和弊端。     

健身运动处方在女生健美操教学中实效之研究

通过对健身运动处方的教学模式与传统的教学模式的对比实验,对女生健美操的教学中运用健身运动处方的可行性和实效性进行分析、研究,旨在使学生更科学的掌握锻炼身体的方法,为今后的终身体育锻炼打下基础。

Through his colorful characterization, Hemingway exposes the social contradictions, the physical and psychic traumas the women had in the war and depicts these women characters‘ pursuit of normal life, true love, and domestic happiness even in the turbulent and dangerous conditions of the war.
