毛泽东与邓小平法律经济职能观之比较

毛泽东、邓小平作为中国第一代和第二代领导集体的核心，在领导中国革命和建设的漫长实践中，各自形成了其较为系统的法律经济职能观。比较起来，两位伟人的法律经济职能观有许多相通和契合之点，也有较大的歧异和不同之处。但总的来说，后者继承和拓展了前者的思想。     

The work of lagrange in number theory and algebra

Joseph Louis Lagrange, a French mathematician, worked on a variety of topics — Algebra (classical and abstract), Number Theory, Dynamics, Functions of several variables, and Astronomy to mention a few. Here we give proofs of four theorems, three in number theory and one in group theory. It is said that post-Newtonian mathematics was dominated by two giants, Lagrange and Euler, in the eighteenth century. While Euler mainly contributed to pure mathematics, Lagrange contributed equally to mathematical physics and pure mathematics. Lagrange had special love for the theory of numbers and theory of polynomials.     

Researching the Transition to High School for Adolescents with a Disability: Qualitative Action-Project Method as an Exemplar Approach

ABSTRACT

The transition from elementary to middle or high school is an important experience common to most adolescents in North America. However, very little research has been conducted to understand the experiences of students with a disability status and the stakeholders involved in the transition. Clearly, there is a need to generate information that views the transition as a process between students and stakeholders that takes place over time. This investigation illustrates the utility of the action-project method for studying the transition to middle or high school. Three cases involving Canadian adolescents with different disabilities (learning, sensory/motor and emotional/behavioural) and their parents, as key stakeholders, are presented.

赫鲁晓夫在作为苏联最高领导人期间,做出了一系列政策调整,这包括他在苏共二十大上的秘密报告、国内政治经济改革、对外战略上的“三和路线”等。这些政策调整产生了重要的后果,无论是对当时整个世界局势、中苏关系还是整个国际共产主义运动都具有深远的影响。这使赫鲁晓夫也成为一位富有争议性的人物。如何看待这些政策调整直接关系到对赫鲁晓夫本人的历史评价。     

New reality in university-industry relations: A search for foundations and forms

This paper examines changes in the economic environment effected by the increasing role of knowledge and technological innovations. The university and its academe are expected, for a variety of reasons, to participate in fostering the process of technological development and increased up-grading of the workforce. The author then analyzes various institutional forms which can facilitate university-industry co-operation. Based on the analyses of trends and organizational premises of enhanced university-industry co-operation, the paper draws attention to the potentially negative implications of excessive entrepreneurial participation of the academe in commercialization of academic work. It also suggests measures—ethical and organizational—which would allow us to avoid such situations and which would put university-industry relations on new foundations.     

Multiculturalism and Inter-Faith Understanding at Teaching Colleges in Israel: Minority vs. Majority Perspectives

Abstract

Living in a pluralistic society where groups are ethnically, nationally and religiously different and sometimes live in conflict with one another requires teachers to be prepared to deal with conflict-laden issues. In such societies, educational institutions in general and especially teaching colleges should not be ethnocentric but should acknowledge the experiences, cultures, and histories of different minority groups to educate for multiculturalism and to promote multi-cultural and inter-faith education. For this reason, the main purpose of this study was to investigate the manifestations of multiculturalism and multicultural and inter-faith education in two teaching colleges in Israel, one that belongs to the Arab minority and one that belongs to the Jewish majority. Seven senior staff members of each college were interviewed and asked about the way multiculturalism is demonstrated in their college and how multicultural and inter-faith education are expressed. The findings confirm that multicultural and inter-faith education have not penetrated all realms of activity in the two colleges and the gap existing between preaching multiculturalism and practicing it is still deep.

公共关系课程作为高校的基础课,有其普遍性,但对于高职院校来说该课程的设立及要求与教学手段、目标等具有不同特性。如何在教学中体现“因材施教”,体现该课程的综合性、实用性、技能性,如何正确认识和处理好公共关系课程与其它课程的关系,对学生综合能力的培养具有不可低估的意义。
