地红霉素的合成与表征

以红霉素A为起始原料,经红霉素腙法合成红霉素胺,再与制备的侧链溴代乙醛缩二乙醇进行缩合生成地红霉素,同时对产物结构进行了表征．该工艺合成地红零素的总收率为19．2％．     

大学英语教师职业认同感的调查研究

采用定量与定性相结合的方法对大学英语教师的职业认同感现状进行调查。结果表明:第一,男女教师的职业认同感水平无显著性差异;第二,重点大学教师的整体职业认同感水平高于一般大学教师;第三,教师职业认同感存在工作年限的显著性差异,表现为3年以内>3-5年>5-10年>10年以上的变化趋势;第四,教师职业认同感存在职称类型的显著性差异,表现为讲师>教授>副教授>助教以上的变化趋势。     

Linking complex problem solving to opportunity identification competence within the context of entrepreneurship

Today’s working life is increasingly characterized by entrepreneurial challenges. Entrepreneurial challenges start at an individual level with the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities, which is acknowledged as one of the key competencies for lifelong learning. Since the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities relies heavily on the opportunity identification competence (OIC) of individuals, understanding the meaning of OIC is relevant. Until now, OIC has been explored in the young entrepreneurship research field. However, entrepreneurship researchers until now have not fully explored OIC. According to several authors, the research on complex problem solving (CPS) in the cognitive research field might contribute to understanding OIC. In this paper, we review the link between OIC and CPS by comparing the cognitive and entrepreneurship research fields. We argue that those who excel in identifying opportunities share core characteristics with high-level complex problem-solvers. We propose to conduct empirical research in the future to investigate the relation between OIC and CPS within a work context in order to gain more insight into OIC. We believe that the cognitive research field contributes to the entrepreneurship research field and provides a deeper understanding of the initial steps of the entrepreneurial process.

增强大学生对社会主义核心价值观的认同,不仅是当代大学生接受现代社会挑战的现实需要,同时也是凝聚伟大“中国梦”实现力量的现实需要。增强大学生对社会主义核心价值观认同,不仅要把提升社会主义核心价值观认同融入思想政治理论课全过程,而且要着眼于激发大学生对社会主义核心价值观认同的内在需要和提升大学生对社会主义核心价值观的行为自觉。     

GA-BP神经网络和多层次灰色评价法在乌鲁木齐市道路交通事故多发路段鉴别中的应用

在应用多层次灰色评价方法的基础上,采用遗传算法优化的神经网络方法 (GA-BP神经网络)构建乌鲁木齐市道路交通事故多发路段的鉴别模型。GA-BP神经网络模型预测值与多层次灰色评价结果吻合良好,验证了GA-BP神经网络方法鉴别道路交通事故多发路段的可行性。GA-BP神经网络有着较高的收敛速度和预测精度,为乌鲁木齐市道路交通事故多发路段鉴别提供了一种新的思路与方法。     

Role of maturity timing in selection procedures and in the specialisation of playing positions in youth basketball

This study investigated the role of maturity timing in selection procedures and in the specialisation of playing positions in youth male basketball. Forty-three talented Dutch players (14.66 ± 1.09 years) participated in this study. Maturity timing (age at peak height velocity), anthropometric, physiological, and technical characteristics were measured. Maturity timing and height of the basketball players were compared with a matched Dutch population. One-sample t-tests showed that basketball players were taller and experienced their peak height velocity at an earlier age compared to their peers, which indicates the relation between maturity timing and selection procedures. Multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) showed that guards experienced their peak height velocity at a later age compared to forwards and centres (P < .01). In addition, positional differences were found for height, sitting height, leg length, body mass, lean body mass, sprint, lower body explosive strength, and dribble (P < .05). Multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) (age and age at peak height velocity as covariate) showed only a significant difference regarding the technical characteristic dribbling (P < .05). Coaches and trainers should be aware of the inter-individual differences between boys related to their maturity timing. Since technical characteristics appeared to be least influenced by maturity timing, it is recommended to focus more on technical characteristics rather than anthropometric and physiological characteristics.     

研发人员组织认同与工作压力的U型关系研究

根据相关文献回顾,建立组织认同感、工作自主性、挑战性压力和阻碍性压力之间的理论模型,并用研发人员的大样本调研数据对模型和假设进行了验证。结果表明:组织认同感U型预测挑战性压力,当组织认同感增加时,挑战性压力首先随之下降,但当出现过度认同时,挑战性压力开始逐渐上升;而组织认同感与阻碍性压力直接效应不显著;工作自主性调节组织认同感和挑战性压力的U型关系,也在组织认同和阻碍性压力关系中起调节作用。     

流行性出血热病毒的鉴定

报道了用长爪沙鼠从流行性出血热病人血液中直接分离到5株病毒,经直接荧光血清、单克隆抗体分型血清及电镜观察等鉴定,确定1株为家鼠型流行性出血热病毒,其余4株为野鼠型流行性出血热病毒。     

射频识别装置与单片机之间的串行通讯在车号识别中的应用

采用射频识别(RFID)技术,利用无线射频方式实现非接触双向通讯,达到识别目标和数据交换目的。利用电子标签的信息标示完成多目标识别,再通过单片机模块与PLC之间的通信,实现了对生产小车的良好控制,提高了生产效益和管理水平,最终实现生产综合自动化。
