为研究电子商务背景下企业和顾客之间的价值创造,从关系观的理论视角构建基于IS应用能力的价值共同创造模型,分析IS应用能力、关系资产、顾客敏捷性和关系价值的构念和维度,应用实证方法验证理论假设.实证研究验证了顾客敏捷性在价值创造的中介作用、IS应用能力对关系资产的互补作用及其对关系价值产生的影响.基于IS应用能力的价值共同创造模型拓展了服务主导逻辑下的价值创造框架,新的理论模型和实证结论解释了电子商务环境下企业通过IS应用能力与顾客进行价值共同创造的机理,为进一步的理论发展和企业实践提供指导.  相似文献

Guided by the intergroup contact hypothesis and intergroup contact theory, the authors examined US Americans' (N=403) communication experiences and relational solidarity with their most frequent Japanese contact and associations with their attitudes toward Japanese as a cultural group. Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) results showed that both communication frequency and quality had an indirect effect through relational solidarity on affective, behavioral, and cognitive attitudes, demonstrating the critical mediating role of relational solidarity. Results also revealed that communication quality was positively and directly associated with the attitudinal measures. Implications of the findings are discussed with respect to prior literature on relational communication in intergroup and intercultural contexts.  相似文献

Technical approaches suggesting that systematically produced, generalized, and scientific knowledge are the most solid foundations for practice present significant challenges for the social work profession, in which the decisions faced often are not technical but rather moral, requiring the application of ethically based and intuitive skills. Meanwhile, the command, control, and measurement of outcomes in social work practice also present significant conundrums for the delivery of relational person-centered social work and social care. With a focus too often on efficiency rather than on effectiveness, this managerialistic approach frequently fails to acknowledge the complexity inherent in the act of caring. In this context and framework, teaching therapeutic practice with children draws a balance between traditional systematic teaching methods and use of creative media including art, play, and music. This article outlines the positive contribution to professional social work practice that the teaching of therapeutic approaches to child care can make.  相似文献

Environmental educators have long dealt with the charge that the practice of teaching about environmental issues is an attempt to introduce a liberal agenda into the classroom curriculum. However, traditionally Republican states and traditionally Democratic states are both among the nation's leaders and laggards in institutionalizing environmental education (EE) programs at the state level. Because of the political power of the charge of liberal bias in EE politics, it is important for researchers to try to determine the veracity of this charge in some meaningful way. The authors applied quantitative statistical methods to this issue and found that, in general, there were not significant differences among the degrees of state-level EE program activity between Democratic states and Republican states. In short, the political party affiliation of a given state is not a reliable predictor of that state's EE program activities. Thus, the evidence does not support the claim that EE is solely a liberal undertaking.  相似文献

This paper extends the dialogue of educational philosophy to the experience of beginners entering the teaching profession. Rather than impose the ideas of any specific philosopher or theorist, or indeed official standard, the exploration presented here owes its origins to phenomenology and the use of grounded theory. Working from a narrative data base and focussing on the knowing of name in the first instance, the authors develop their emergent ideas on self and identity in relation to children taught, through connection to a wider literature that includes reference to Giddens, Illeris, Deleuze and Heidegger, for example. The paper is thus also an exercise in suggesting that research on practice by academics working in professional education, who are non‐philosophers, can lead to constructive and relevant engagement with philosophy in developing theory from and about about practice, even though the approach, in the initial stages, may well be serendipitous and eclectic in nature.  相似文献

A commonsense problematic positions comparative researchers as either inside or outside cultures, or their situation is considered so as to acknowledge cultural fluidity and fragmentation. This article rejects the objectivism of these positions to provide a relational account. Using the lens of social practice theory, comparative pedagogy is analysed and a case study provided, where pedagogy is described as a socially situated phenomenon and research on pedagogy as a contested field. Three relations are examined: researchers to pedagogy in processes of data generation; researchers to theories of and empirical research about pedagogy in processes of analysis; and theories of and empirical research about pedagogy to pedagogy in processes of validation. Methodological insights into the status, legitimacy and limitations of research findings are discussed, and a view of comparative pedagogy as craft apprenticeship is presented.  相似文献

随着证券市场的规范化和股权文化的兴起,在发达的资本市场上,投资者关系已经成为上市公司处理与投资者之间的相互关系以及基于这种关系产生的各种权利、义务的分配和行使的契约,维系未来双方之间的价值,旨在实现双方的利益最大化。本文从关系契约的视角分析了投资者关系作为维系上市公司与投资者之间未来关系价值的契约,其产生的基础和维系双方之间长期合作的机制。投资者关系通过内生于双方的相互需求,在沟通基础上产生信任机制,形成合作关系,实现未来的关系价值,维持和提高上市公司与投资者之间合作关系和效率,降低交易成本和代理成本,构建企业竞争优势。  相似文献
